Looking to gain greater insight.

I've been a long time reader of LDSFF and have finally decided to introduce myself. I've used this forum to gain greater insight to the gospel as a previous Priest Quorum adviser and current Sunday School teacher (16-17 yrs). I love to read what others have to share regarding the gospel; experiences, knowledge, testimonies, etc. I love the restored gospel of Jesus Christ. Some of my favorite topics are the Atonement, Joseph Smith and Temple work. I just want to say thanks to all who have shared. It has helped me as a teacher, husband and parent.

I know it has helped me to gain insight as to many things about how people think and feel not holding back as they might in church meetings. Peoples hearts seems to desire to do great good. Zion is a people pure in heart, and for some this does come as with Ammon and Alma and the sons of Mosiah diligently searching the words of Christ until they knew them all. But this is not all, for they had given themselves to much prayer, and fasting, which did help in the purifying and sanctifying of their hearts, because of then being yielding, of their hearts unto God. Then they had the spirit of prophesy, and the spirit of revelation, and when they taught, they taught with power and authority of God. ♡
