Hello,
My username is RendaLu and my dh and I live in Arizona. we moved here from Utah in 2008 and enjoy pretty much everything
about Arizona except the summer heat in Gilbert!

I spent much of my time sewing foam clothing for other since 2006. I am cutting back until fall or winter but I do make those.

Don't know if the pic I just uploaded happened, but that is a set of the clothing. This set is One inch and and would keep anyone warm at seriously low temps .

Secondly, my husband is a therapist / counselor at an agency here in Arizona. Medicaid is one of the provider insurances for that agency so he see a lot of people daily and every week. We are both troubled by the amount of sorrow and trouble in lives of many, including the LDS population. He came across a micronutrient supplement called EMPowerplus Q96 and several of his clients are honestly gaining huge grounds with it. It was developed 18 years ago to help get a daughter off of Psychiatric drugs. 10's of millions of bottles of this has been sold around the world. My husband and I both began taking it just over two months ago and the results have been everything they say it will do.

I will put more in the right forum for this.... Just saying, it is well worth the look at the research and the results.

I found it is very warm -- esp the 1" thick foam.

Oops, my bad. I meant keeping out the HEAT! Its presently 102 in the shade on my back patio.
