AVOW Escapee

I am a product of challenging a primary tenant of AVOW: The Call Out. Why? For asking questions about its validity rather than sheepishly following the "head sheepdog", "boss" and whatever other name his sheep call him. (Note to those still going there and seeking retribution data: that was NOT a fabrication. Those are ALL true statements.)

Anyway, I am a preparedness minded person in many area: spiritual, herbal, temporal. I don't like to but feel a compelling need to be involved in political discussions.

I am very willing and able to be helpful.

I AM EXTREMELY OPINIONATED!

Another Voice of Warning. It is a prep site on the surface. Underneath it is a dreams and visions and callout site.

Thanks for the welcome comments. Glad you recognized me North Star. I see several other names I recognize. I imagine there are others that have changed their name to protect themselves from AVOW lurkers and detractors.

Welcome IdahoPrepare.

Have you ever heard of Building 7? Agenda 21? (I suspect you have!)

Yes I have. Very opinionated on that and our countries role in both of those matters as well as the twin towers.

Welcome to the forum. I was Toni on AVOW - but had the name changed last year. I remember you. :ymhug:

Originally to protect myself, but not from AVOW (close, though). ;) Now, I don't care, but I really really like this username.

Your position will not be challenged here or anywhere else on the planet.

Most my multicultural neighbors and ward family do not believe in the "Call Out" either.....so you are not alone...

What primary tenants do you espouse and who are your sheepdogs?

Please explain what the air of freedom feels like... having narrowly escaped from AVOW?

When the feces hits the air circulator... will you be eating and drinking your preparations in the comfort and safety of your own home?

Excuse me if I misunderstand, but it sounds like you just did.

While I sometimes wish to see what goes on over on the AVOW boards - and Bro. Parrot has tried to get me to join a few times - I recognize a pay to play scheme when I see one. I can get what I seek without having to pay for it.

on the topic of a call out - mixed thoughts on the church - I wish there would be such an event, strictly for unified protection from latter-day marauders but realize it may not happen.

Welcome, I am also from AVOW, I still stick my nose in to see what is happening there occasionally but seldom post. I am like you opinionated, but unfortunately my opinions do not match their's and that leads to lots of flack and bad feelings from them.

Opinions are allowed on this forum as long as you don't insult anybody, which as good servants of the Saviour we shouldn't do anyway. I like the live and let live attitude which prevails here.

Hoping to hear your opinions soon.

Well, I've paid to play at AVOW. Was actually on there before it was AVOW, it was ROGERKYOUNG.COM
They have a mobile text alert system that Mr Parrot will flash out to anyone subscribed to the mobile system when he deems it important enough to alert people of imminent danger. He doesn't abuse it and actually it has been helpful from the few times he has used it. For that I am glad.

There is a lot of action on the forum. I will probably keep my membership there for now anyway. I have made many a good friend there and have camped with many of them. Gotta admit, there are those that have to oppose anything that anyone wants to post just for the sake of opposing I guess. This place seems a lot more laid back.... well, we will see!!!!!... How many members are part of this site??

I joined this site a few years ago as RindaLu but cant remember my password and never received a way to reset it, so I re-signed up as RendaLu. None of my posts are getting posted yet, I guess the 'board' has to decide!!

I recently was faced with the quandary of whether to renew my AVOW membership. The fee was something to really consider as I'm not working. So I shopped around for other blogs and forums from which I could get a full picture of current and future events. I value Joel Skousen's analysis of events; his World Affairs Brief is included in AVOW membership and was my deciding factor. Oh, and within hours of my membership expiration, a "summer special" of 1/3 off came up and I took advantage of it.

On AVOW if you question the theory/doctrine of the "call out" (or "gathering" as they've renamed it), you can expect to reap a whirlwind of grief. Right, ID Prepare? So I tread softly.

This forum has a different feel with less of the one upmanship on the other site. I still haven't completely explored this site yet but like it so far.

Olefaithful, there are some good people here. There are also some who not-so-good people with not-so-good motives. Know what you believe and don't let others lead you down scary paths.
