So I'm new here, originally from Utah, then moved to Oregon, then to Hawaii, then the Navy, then lived in Taiwan & Cambodia, and have now been in China the past 13 years

no Tenzen is a Japanese spelling of a Chinese Tian "chan".. meaning Heaven's Zen or Heavenly Zen, or maybe Zen with Heaven.. Zen/chan being some kind of a living, waking, functional meditative state of comprehension of one's being & surroundings, and all that exists which is able to be understood, contemplated, reflected upon, and felt.. some sort of attainable life-force energy.. something like that.. its not really a word that's able to translate into English.. something like Tao

though I dislike the Dalai's influences from the western world, I do feel Tibetan Culture & people are very special in the world, and should be left alone.. by everyone.
