The article suggests diversity among the native Americans and not the previous thought that they are exclusively from Asian descent.

Hello avidseeker,

I clicked on the link yesterday and read it. I did it again today and they wouldn't let me read it so I'm going from memory here. How does the article relate to the book of Mormon, and how does it show native Americans have E. Eurasian origins. The fossils were several thousand years old which is before Lehi and company came. It could lend credibility to the Zaredite story but they were all wiped out therefore no Native Americans would have originated from them.

Only if uniformitarianism and naturalism are true. They may not be. They are, after all, philosophical assumptions.
