Tribes of Israel / Modern - day nations?

Is this a correct understanding? This is what I have read.
Ephraim = Britain
Manasseh = Spain / Portugal (Iberian Peninsula)
Reuben = France (excluding Brittany and Normandy?) / Flanders
Simeon = Scotland, Wales, N. Ireland
Judah = Israel
Benjamin = Israel
Zebulon = Netherlands / Flemish Belgium
Gad = Sweden
Dan = Denmark / Germany
Asher = Ireland
Naphtali = Norway
Isaachar = Finland
Obviously, this leaves off many nations - such as Switzerland, Italy, Germany, the Baltic nations, Poland, Hungary.
Does anyone have ideas / information on this issue?
