What is the purpose for these, since we already report our monthly visits? I know this sounds like a lame question but I always kind of dread them just a little bit and I can't quite put my finger on it.

I think maybe it's a way for your president learn how the sisters you visit are doing....their needs, worries, concerns....I think it would help your president better know how to help and serve the women in the ward...maybe it is a way to account for ones stewardship? I still get a little nervous when having ppi's with my priesthood leader so I appreciate your feelings of stress.

The interviews I have had in the past consisted of questions regarding my visiting teaching such as; How are things going? Do you have any problems with your route, your companion, is your actual route o.k., are there any problems. Do we need to make any changes. Are you able to get out and visit with your sisters. Do the sisters on you route have any issues, problems? Are things good between me and my companion? etc. etc. etc.

I have no problem with being interviewed re: visiting teaching. It's not offensive; it's a way for the RS leaders to know how things are going.
