Many keys were restored during the first few years of the Restoration, but not all of them. We are still in the Restoration, because we don't have it all just yet.

The ordinance of Resurrection is the most famous ordinance that we do not have keys for (Christ currently holds them). It gives us hope and we are told to look forward and prepare for the glorious day in which He will call us from the graves.

Brigham's use of the plural "ordinances" and "administrations" infers that he knows of more than just the Resurrection. Could someone please guide me as to what other ordinances he could have been referring to?

I remember reading somewhere that this is not upon all men, but rather that this was the authority of Adam (and possibly Eve?). I don't remember where I read it...Doctrines of Salvation or TPJS maybe? Anyway maybe the key to dominion (authority) of animals is a key that hasn't been restored yet - perhaps this key will be restored at the beginning of the milennium and this is why there will be peace among the animals. Just thinking out loud here, any thoughts?
