You know, I often wonder who uses nerve gas against his own people whenLDSguy wrote:US prepping to drop missiles on Syria. http://benswann.com/breaking-u-s-cruise ... ike-syria/" onclick="window.open(this.href);return false; X(
1)They want to win
2) The U.S. warned them that they would unleash shock and awe (civilian massacre) if they did.
3) They don't want someone coming into their own war on the other side.
It really makes little sense. Not only that, unlike nuclear weapons, it has been demonstrated that even civilian radicals can make homemade poison gas. Check out the Tokyo Subway and Sarin gas in 1995 if you don't believe me. There was also, IIRC, another attack on an apartment complex in Tokyo also by the same whack jobs. It just makes Obama sound rediculously bloodthirsty when he and Kerry argue that. I still could be wrong, but it sounds rigged for war, an it's hard to believe Obama after the Benghazi affair where he lied over the details of a dead ambassador who begged for his life, and was killed on the anniversary of 9/11. It's disturbing when a Russian President Putin, who is not a friend of the U.S., actually sounds sane.

It makes no sense for Assad to gas his own people. The only ones who stand to gain from it are the rebels. They can accuse Assad of WMD and get the US to help them by attacking Assad. It's a trap that Obama seems destined to fall into.

Re: War with Syria?
That's the whole problem with Obama, the man is both stubborn and reckless. Zawahiri called Obama a house slave, easy to provoke and manipulate. The part that hurts is the realization that Obama pretty much proved that insult true. Obama just has to be right, and he'smaking me feel really ashamed right now.kathyn wrote:It makes no sense for Assad to gas his own people. The only ones who stand to gain from it are the rebels. No doubt about it.samizdat wrote:Another reason why going there is a VERY BAD IDEA: http://theeconomiccollapseblog.com/arch ... p-missiles" onclick="window.open(this.href);return false;
In fact, the whole looming uncertainty out there is how long and when some nation that we like to target with airstrikes, drones, and missiles will actually bring on a retaliation. When can we see the possibility that terrorists will take out their retaliation domestically on people in the U.S., like they did in Spain or Britain? When are we going to see some serious damage being done to surface warships firing missiles, like artillery or missile fire from the regime? Or when are we going to see suicide bombers of sorts attack bases both overseas or even within the U.S.? That's the scary part, we've got politicians who like Reagan and Clinton, like to arrogantly shoot from miles above in the sky to show off, but sort of like playing puppy guard in capture the flag, you run that risk that someone figures out how to rig the rules similarly, and play by their own dirty tricks in return. That's not even including how badly in debt the EU and the U.S. are right now. Economics alone should be a serious caution against any of those nations throwing out the budget to fund such military actions, even if there is no apparent risk of losing life. NATO and the U.S. need to stop thinking of themselves as the world police when they're so deep in debt.

Re: War with Syria?
From my understanding Iran and Syria and I can't remember if Russia was in on it too, were trying to get away from oil being bought with the US dollar. I read that they were trying to move away from U.S. money and wanting to trade oil for gold instead. Of course with the world's money being US dollars, our govn't can't have that. It would literally all come tumbling down. I read that that is why they have been going around the world taking over middle east countries...all because of the petro dollar, and of course the lust of power/greed.

We're living in a nazi concentration camp called amerik-UH. Why fluoride? Does everyone know what fluoride does? That's right, it calcifies the pineal gland. What's the purpose of the God-given gift of the pineal gland? It acts as our spiritual antenna. Getting it yet?????? Yhea. They're out to get you. And they're succeeding if you think this is just a bunch of bogus. Satan is waging war on our gland that produces visions, spiritual visitations, and unlocks mysteries of godliness. Things just got a little more twisted.liberty wrote:This should outrage everyone.

Actually I have seen 10 to 7. McCain voted for it.BMC wrote:The Senate Foreign Affairs Committee just approved military action 15 Yes and 5 No's I think it was, not to be confused with the whole Senate.
If the entire Senate goes along with this as well as the House, I could definitely see the formation of a formalized third party in 2014 that will be making noise in 2016.

Yes, I think that this may be the moment we'll look back to as the beginning of WWIII. There is nothing to be gained by attacking Syria, and we have everything to lose.

China has now joined Russia in sending warships to Syria to peacefully monitor the actions of US ships sent there by Barack Obama to commit terrorist attacks againt Syria according to this breaking story from Infowars. As the build up to WW3 rapidly escalates, will Nobel Peace Prize winner Obama do the unthinkable and launch ‘love bombs‘ towards the Syrian people based upon a ‘false flag‘ or will he back down and wait for a full investigation from the UN inspectors to be completed?

I wonder if Obama has any idea how much he is tweaking the tail of Russia and the possible consequences. Does he even understand how dicey the Middle East is now or is he so delusional that he thinks the world will bow to the US and its king?
