Them silly Dems playing games again, and stupid Republicans can't stop themselves from helping the Dems.mes5464 wrote: ↑July 18th, 2022, 5:21 pm House to vote this week on codifying same-sex marriage into law | Just The News
House Democrats are introducing legislation to codify the legality of same-sex marriage at the federal level.
The Respect for Marriage Act would “enshrine marriage equality for the purposes of federal law, and provide additional legal protections for marriage equality.”
“Three weeks ago, a conservative majority on the Supreme Court not only repealed Roe v. Wade and walked back 50 years of precedent, it signaled that other rights, like the right to same-sex marriage, are next on the chopping block,” said House Judiciary Committee Chairman Jerry Nadler.
This is a money making ploy, they need donations for the midterms.
Rember 3 months ago when Republicans were going to crush the midterms and take back the House and Senate? It was a sure thing. Nothing could stop it.
Wonder how much Dieter will donate to stop this right wing horror.

Americans trust armed citizens more than law enforcement to stop mass shooters, poll finds | Just The News
Convention of States Action, along with the Trafalgar Group, on Monday released the poll, which showed that 41.8% of surveyed voters “believe that an armed citizen would be their best protection if they were caught in a mass-shooting event.”
Only 25.1% say local police would be their best protection while 10.3% said federal agents. About a quarter of those surveyed said “none of the above.”
The poll found that 62.2% of those surveyed “are not confident their local law enforcement and government officials could identify and and stop a violent person before they started a mass shooting.”

Eva Vlaardingerbroek on Dutch Farmers' Protests: Food Control Is People Control
State control over food production and distribution facilitates deep control over people, Dutch commentator Eva Vlaardingerbroek said while discussing the Dutch farmers’ protests in an interview aired on Tuesday’s Breitbart News Daily podcast with host Alex Marlow.
Dutch farmers are protesting the government’s attempts to restrict their operations as part of its “climate change” agenda.
Vlaardingerbroek explained the Dutch government’s pretexts for restricting Dutch farmers’ animal husbandry.
“Our government is following a climate agenda — the 2030 Agenda, more broadly speaking — and they’re saying that the Netherlands has nitrogen and ammonia emissions that are too high, threatening the climate [and] local nature, and that they need to be cut down.”
She continued, “For some reason, they’re not coming after the airlines. They’re not coming after any other industry that actually is a contributor in these emissions, apart from the Dutch farmers.”

A New Study Says Antidepressants Are Not The Answer to Depression
A review by University College London has concluded that depression is not a chemical imbalance in the brain, and scientists have no idea how antidepressants work.
According to the British study, one in six adults in England are currently prescribed antidepressants. Most of the prescribed medications act by maintaining serotonin levels. However, the new study suggests low serotonin levels do not cause depression.
Instead, the study suggests depression may be more strongly correlated with adverse life events, which lower mood.

WEF Releases Video Pushing for the Use of "Space Bubbles" to Block Out The Sun, Reduce Climate Change - (VIDEO)
In a new dystopian video that was released by the WEF this month, the organization touted the use of futuristic “space bubbles” that could be used to effectively block out the sun, and thus, help reduce climate change. The “geoengineering” project would theoretically reflect a portion of solar radiation back into space in order to cool the planet, the video explains while highlighting a recent study about the project from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT).

Bodycam video shows police officer husband of elementary teacher shot in Uvalde being held back from apparently trying to rescue her amid mass killing - TheBlaze
Bodycam video shows the police officer husband of a teacher shot at Robb Elementary School in Uvalde, Texas, being held back from apparently trying to rescue her amid the mass killing at the school in May.
Fox News published a clip showing Ruben Ruiz — his gun drawn — making his way past other law enforcement personnel outside a classroom.
At that point, a voice is heard calling out to "Ruben" in an apparent effort to get him to stop.
"She said she’s shot, Tony," Ruiz tells another law enforcement official, Fox News said. The video shows a law enforcement official placing his hand on Ruiz's shoulder and directing him back down the hallway and away from the classroom.

Portland judge tosses riot charges leveled against two conservative activists: 'I am somewhat bewildered that the state has driven this case to this point' - TheBlaze
However, Gibson, Schultz, and MacKenzie Lewis all rolled the dice and pled not guilty to the charges issued against them by Mike Schmidt, a district attorney whom Antifa reporter Andy Ngo describes as a "radical leftist."
The gamble has paid off for Gibson and Schultz. On Tuesday morning, Multnomah County Circuit judge Benjamin Souede dropped all charges against the two men, citing insufficient evidence.
"I am somewhat bewildered that the state has driven this case to this point," Souede said.
"The state is trying to convict Mr. Schultz for being present at an incident that violence occurred, and they cannot do so," he added.

Robot dog with machine gun hints of a dystopian future | Cybernews
While Boston Dynamics show off their robot’s dance moves, others turn similar-looking devices into dystopian killing machines.
Much like their flesh-made cousins, robot dogs do not lack attention on the internet. Many have seen the footage of Spot, a high-tech quadruped developed by the US-based company Boston Dynamics, flaunting its dance moves.
However, the latest addition to the robot dog content stream looks like something out of a science fiction movie. Twitter user Sean Chiplock shared a video of someone in Russia firing a gun from a quadruped robot.
Even though the post’s author discusses robots Boston Dynamics make, the one seen in the video is not made by the American company. As Sean Gallagher, a Senior Threat Researcher at Sophos points out, the robot dog is of Chinese origin.

Study: Pfizer Lied, mRNA Shot Can Change Your DNA After All
A new Swedish study published in MDPI found that the Pfizer vaccine goes into liver cells and converts to DNA, challenging claims so far that the mRNA COVID-19 vaccines do not change or interact with your DNA in any way.
It’s the first time that researchers have shown in vitro – or inside a petri dish – how an mRNA vaccine is converted into DNA on a human liver cell line, the Epoch Times reported.
It’s precisely what health experts and fact-checkers said for more than a year could not occur.

Here We Go: WHO Declares Monkeypox Outbreak a Global Health Emergency
On Saturday, the World Health Organization (WHO) declared the monkeypox outbreak a global health emergency just before the midterm election.
On Thursday, members of the expert committee met to discuss the recommendations regarding the ongoing monkeypox outbreak. According to Reuters, two sources told that members of an expert committee were split on the decision, but the responsibility for making the final decision rests with the director-general Tedros.
“WHO’s assessment is that the risk of monkeypox is moderate globally and in all regions, except in the European region where we assess the risk as high,” said WHO Director-General Tedros Adhanom Ghebreyesus.
“There is also a clear risk of further international spread, although the risk of interference with international traffic remains low for the moment.
