America Again Seeks SC’s Trey Gowdy as Chief Counsel
WASHINGTON — America Again, a group looking to indict members of Congress who violate the U.S. Constitution, is turning to South Carolina’s Trey Gowdy as a candidate for the organization’s chief counsel.
America Again’s founder, David Zuniga. told Freedom Post about its plans for justice. Using its proprietary indictment engine, the group’s focus will narrow to the elected officials that match certain criteria. Zuniga said, “Certain algorithms will be employed in order to determine whether a lawmaker has introduced unconstitutional legislation, co-sponsored it, passed it out of committee or voted for it.”

This is a blessing and a miracle.
Bill Gates is a sad clown today because his bizarre $100 million student data project has failed
Common Core-loving billionaire Bill Gates has suffered a stinging defeat in his ambitious quest to reform every cranny of the American K-12 public education system.
The nonprofit educational-software company InBloom Inc., which the Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation and the Carnegie Corp. of New York financed to the tune of $100 million, announced on Monday that it will shut down permanently.
The reason for the shutdown is a steady cascade of parental and legislative anxiety about student privacy, reports The Wall Street Journal.

Why are the cops punishing Common Core opponents?
A school district asked the police to prohibit certain students from setting foot on school property because their parents had privacy concerns about Common Core-aligned standardized testing, and wished to opt their kids out.
The incident happened at Marietta City Schools in Marietta, Georgia. The Finney family didn’t want their three children — in third grade, fifth grade and ninth grade — to participate in the state-mandated Criterion-Referenced Competency Tests, partly because of the vast amounts of data the government is collecting about their children, and partly because they think the tests don’t serve a compelling educational interest, according to The Marietta Daily Journal.

Oklahoma Senate Passes Solar Panel Surcharge
Oklahoma City, OK, April 22, 2014- Some Oklahoma residents who install solar panels or wind turbines on their property in the future are likely to get hit with a surcharge on their utility bill. Senate Bill 1456 passed 83-5 on Monday, and awaits a signature from Governor Mary Fallon.
The bill, if signed, would authorize utility companies to charge higher base rates to “distributed generation” customers. Distributed generation customers are residents who generate enough electricity through their solar panels and turbines to sell excess energy back to the grid. The utility companies would apply for this authority through the Oklahoma Corporation Commission.

Apparently a man with a pen, in a room full of government officials trained to “prevent crime,” justified the multiple shots fired.
It is a good thing that no one else was killed by this aggressive show of force.

Reid: ‘Something Will Happen’ To Stop Nevada Rancher Cliven Bundy
BUNKERVILLE, Nev. (CBS Las Vegas/AP) — Senate Majority Leader Harry Reid says “something is going to happen” to get Nevada rancher Cliven Bundy to stop letting his cattle graze on federal land.
“It’s obvious that you can’t just walk away from this. And we can speculate all we want to speculate to what’s going to happen next,” Reid told KSNV-TV. “But I don’t think it’s going to be tomorrow that something is going to happen, but something will happen. We are a nation of laws, not of men and women.”
Reid called militias staying at Bundy’s Bunkerville ranch “domestic violent terrorist-wannabes.”
