These people are legit insane. Oh, and they're the true racists.

https://www.theblaze.com/news/video-opr ... 270%20days

AUGUST 04, 2020
Billionaire media maven Oprah encourages white people to admit that they are racist in bizarre video

Huh?

Oprah Winfrey said on video that white privilege and whiteness give white people a leg up over people of color in all situations.

In a recent seminar about what it means to be white, the self-made billionaire told white people that they're racist even when they might not realize that they are racist.

Her white guests agreed.

In a recent episode of "The Oprah Conversation," Winfrey and NFL linebacker Emmanuel Acho spoke to several white guests who admitted their racism.

During the episode — titled "Uncomfortable Conversations with a Black Man: Part 1" — Winfrey said, "There are white people who are not as powerful as the system of white people — the caste system that's been put in place — but they still, no matter where they are on the rung, or the ladder of success, they still have their whiteness."

"[Whites have a] leg up," she insisted. "You still have your whiteness. That's what the term 'white privilege' is. It means that whiteness still gives you an advantage, no matter. It is the fundamental issue."

During the discussion, Winfrey spoke with her white guests, who discussed their own personal come-to-Jesus moments in admitting that they, too, might just be racist.

One man, Seth, told Winfrey that he must be racist, because he's never been actively anti-racist.

"You've become woke during this period, and realized in that awakening that you are racist, right?" Winfrey asked Seth. "I just want to know how that happened."

Seth responded by admitting that he's apparently been a racist his whole entire life, but only now does he realize how.

"I was born in the '70s," he began. "I was born and raised in Manhattan. I've always considered myself to be liberal. Now I'm not only a friend of people of color, but also an advocate ... but this movement over the last month has been powerful. ... I realized that I couldn't be not racist. I realized that I either was a racist or an anti-racist, and I wasn't — I'm not — an anti-racist."

One woman, Lisa, told Winfrey that she — a Californian — said that even she has "unconscious biases that white people have."

'If the white person is your problem, only the white person can be your solution'
Acho responded by pointing out that white parents should help bear the burden of solving racism.

"Here's what I told my friends with their white children," he began. "I said 'Y'all live in a white cul-de-sac, in a white neighborhood, in a white city, in a white state. If you were not careful, your children will live their whole white life, and at 26, 27, they'll end up being a part of the problem, because you just let them and allowed them to live a completely white, sheltered, and cultureless life." [Wait, because whites have no culture??]

Acho added, "As a black person, white people — the proverbial phrase of white people — they run America. CEOs, Fortune 500 companies, execs, ownership. They run America. Not an individual white person, but collective white people."

He concluded, "I firmly believe that if the white person is your problem, only the white person can be your solution."

Deputies accused of being in secret societies cost L.A. County taxpayers $55 million, records show

The county has paid out nearly $21 million in cases that began in the last 10 years alone, according to the document.

The high cost underscores how these deputy groups — with monikers such as the Vikings, Regulators, 3000 Boys and the Banditos — have operated out of several Sheriff’s Department stations and jails for decades, exhibiting what critics have long alleged are the violent, intimidating tactics similar in some ways to criminal street gangs. The cases involve incidents that date to 1990.

Over the years, a succession of elected sheriffs has failed to bring the subgroups under control despite multiple internal investigations and, more recently, a probe by the FBI. Many civil liberties advocates and county watchdogs have accused the Sheriff’s Department of turning a blind eye.

Husband of L.A. County DA Jackie Lacey charged with assault after waving gun at protesters | KTLA

The husband of Los Angeles District Attorney Jackie Lacey has been charged with pointing a gun at Black Lives Matter members who demonstrated outside the couple’s home the day before she faced a primary election in March.

The state attorney general filed three misdemeanor charges Monday in Los Angeles Superior Court against David Lacey for assault with a firearm for the March 2 incident.

Lacey, 66, pointed a gun at demonstrators who protested outside the couple’s home before dawn on March 2 and said “I will shoot you,” according to video of the incident.

Brickbat: Keep It Quiet – Reason.com

The Phoenix, Arizona, police department initially said they were responding to an emergency domestic call when they fatally shot a man in the doorway of his apartment. In fact, they were responding to a noise complaint. When Ryan Whitaker answered the knock on his door at 10 p.m., he grabbed a gun to answer it. Bodycam video shows that when he opened the door and saw the officers, he raised one hand, began to kneel and placed the gun behind him. That's when Officer Jeff Cooke shot him in the back at least twice.

Salt Lake City mayor signs executive order for police reform | One America News Network

Mayor Erin Mendenhall signed an executive order Monday, which will require the city’s police chief to enforce several policy changes. The order affects the police department’s policies regarding search and seizure, police body cameras and the use of force.

“While our policy currently requires that an officer find it reasonable to believe that a person will use a weapon to harm someone, an officer must now determine that deadly force is necessary and the threat of death or serious bodily injury is imminent,” stated Mendenhall. “Necessary and imminent will be carefully defined in our new policy.”

Officers will also be expected to stop other officers who are about to use illegal or excessive force. The Salt Lake City Police Department is expected to enact the new policy changes by next month.

Students, community protect cross on Ore. college campus from Antifa threats | One America News Network

A Christian college in Oregon is standing up to radical protesters after they threatened to tear down a cross that has been on the campus for decades.

On Friday, students and staff at New Hope Christian College in Eugene stood guard and prayed for God to protect the cross. They said it’s a symbol of God’s unconditional love.

Antifa activists have claimed the structure is a symbol of racism because it had previously stood in an area where the KKK burned crosses in the 20s.

According to reports, a number of people from the community and police also came to defend the cross.

Money seized at airports by customs agents is often due to failure to report it

Arlington, Virginia-based law firm Institute for Justice says in a new study that, from 2000 to 2016, more than $2 billion was seized by U.S. Customs and Border Protection and other Homeland Security agencies at airports nationally, including $108.8 million at the Atlanta airport.

Sometimes, travelers get their money back. But the law firm is arguing that, too many times, it takes months — and that can have long-lasting consequences.

Tax preparers warn unemployment recipients could owe IRS | TheHill

Tax preparers are concerned that many of the millions of Americans receiving unemployment benefits due to the pandemic are unaware that they might owe money to the IRS next year.

Jobless benefits are subject to federal income taxes, as well as state income taxes in most parts of the country.

But workers who are collecting benefits for the first time may not be aware of those tax implications, or they might opt against having taxes withheld from their benefit payments. People who do not have enough money withheld during the year could end up with smaller refunds or balances due to the IRS when they file their 2020 tax returns.

abijah` wrote: July 16th, 2020, 3:11 pm Mengele-Scumbag Doctor Forces Estrogen Treatment for 16 year-old boy

A 16-year-old boy being held at a Los Angeles County juvenile hall developed enlarged breasts after he was prescribed estrogen to treat a behavioral disorder, a move that baffled doctors who said the treatment defied medical logic, according to a lawsuit filed last month.

The teen, whose identity is being withheld because of his age, was diagnosed with oppositional defiant disorder, or ODD, two days after he was arrested and housed at Eastlake Juvenile Hall in June 2019, the lawsuit said. Medical records reviewed by The Times show that the teen’s testosterone levels were “slightly high” when the doctor who diagnosed him prescribed daily doses of estrogen.

Estrogen regulates the development of female sexual characteristics and reproduction. Men produce the hormone at much lower levels.

After taking approximately 13 daily doses of the hormone, the teen was diagnosed with gynecomastia, defined as the enlargement or swelling of breast tissue in males whose estrogen level is too high, medical records show.
