Report: CDC pressured by gun control zealots to bury stats on guns used in self-defense, downplay firearms as possible crime deterrent - TheBlaze

The report also noted, "Another body of research estimated annual gun use for self-defense to be much higher, up to 2.5 million incidents, suggesting self-defense can be an important crime deterrent."

This second body of research relies upon the findings of Gary Kleck, professor emeritus at Florida State University’s College of Criminology and Criminal Justice.

Up until this year, this range was reflected on the CDC's gun facts page.

CNN analyst and Reload founder Stephen Gutowski obtained emails between the CDC and anti-gun activists through a Freedom of Information Act request, which revealed a pressure campaign to discount and discard Kleck's findings.

Tucker: Source Has Seen the CIA's JFK Assassination Files — Says the Agency Killed Kennedy - The New American

Not long after Jack Ruby shot Lee Harvey Oswald [the assassin who shot Kennedy] on camera in the basement of Dallas police headquarters, a lot of Americans started to have some questions about the Kennedy assassination. It was, you have to admit, a pretty extraordinary sequence of events. A lone gunman murders the president of the United States. And then, less than 48 hours later, that lone gunman is himself murdered by another lone gunman.

New World Order: Coalition of Private Companies Release 'Policy Blueprint' for State Government Officials to Push for Digital ID

A coalition of private companies has released a “digital ID blueprint,” which urges individual states to adopt the policies necessary to establish a digital ID system.

“In December 2022, the Better Identity Coalition released a complementary set of policy recommendations for State government officials, entitled Better Identity in America: A Blueprint for State Policymakers,” according to its website.

“These recommendations are squarely focused on ways governments can improve the privacy and security of digital identity solutions.”

New Zealand Releases Guide to Turn in Potential 'Terrorists' for Opposing Government Policies, Including COVID Measures

New Zealand has embraced the full dystopian, 1984 agenda.

In October, the New Zealand Service released a guide to help the public ‘turn in’ potential terrorists, including friends or family members.

Uncle Bob talking smack about the government’s COVID measures? The government guide will help you decide if you should turn him in.

Take a look at table 2.

Surveillance of COVID-19 vaccine safety among elderly persons aged 65 years and older - ScienceDirect

Findings
Four outcomes met the threshold for a statistical signal following BNT162b2 vaccination including pulmonary embolism (PE; RR = 1.54), acute myocardial infarction (AMI; RR = 1.42), disseminated intravascular coagulation (DIC; RR = 1.91), and immune thrombocytopenia (ITP; RR = 1.44). After further evaluation, only the RR for PE still met the statistical threshold for a signal; however, the RRs for AMI, DIC, and ITP no longer did. No statistical signals were identified following vaccination with either the mRNA-1273 or Ad26 COV2.S vaccines.

United States May Consider Banning Gas Stoves In 2023, Citing Potential “Health Hazards” – winepressnews.com

The United States of America may receive new regulations concerning gas stoves by 2023, a major fulfillment of arbitrary international climate goals.

Richard Trumka, Commissioner U.S. Consumer Product Safety Commission (CPSC), said that his agency is looking into perhaps slapping on new regulations on the sale and use of gas-powered cooktops, claiming that they can cause health effects in young children such as asthma. The Commission will begin seeking out information from the public in March, which could then result in regulations not long thereafter.

Ordinary Americans Will Have To Save The Country Themselves

By all means, keep voting in national elections. Keep making your voices heard at the ballot box. But salvation won’t come from Washington, D.C. If America is going to be saved, or even just parts of it are to be saved, then ordinary men and women, God-fearing patriots all across the country, are going to have to do it themselves, one town at a time. And they will have to do it the old-fashioned and unglamorous way, by taking over the local institutions of civic life, organizing and winning elections for city council and school board, finding reliable and competent people willing to be candidates and staff and volunteers.

It’s going to be a long, thankless slog, but there’s no other way. Neither is there any guarantee of success. I speak here only of towns and suburbs, not of cities, many of which have become unlivable after decades of failed Democrat governance and leftist policies. Conservatives who can manage it should move to places where they can join with other like-minded Americans to take back their communities and instill a civic culture that reflects their beliefs.

Such despicable evil and the response by the library to hold more events based on the number of protestors really shows the vindictiveness of these evil people. Children (or anyone for that matter) should not be subjected to this type of show.

Opposing protest groups clash outside drag event
More than 50 people filed into the Brockville Public Library on Saturday for its first-ever Drag Story Time event.

Simultaneously, a group of 14 people protesting against the drag show traded verbal barbs with a group of counter-protesters who were there to defend the event.

There were some tense moments, and a bomb threat was called into the library after the event.

“There was a vague threat that was called in after the event, or was discovered after the event,” said Brockville Police Deputy Chief Andrew Harvie. “The building was searched, there was no evidence of any explosive device and we’re still investigating at this point.”

Through the library’s social media channels, Slark says the library will host one drag event for every protester that showed up Saturday.

The next Drag Story Time is slated to take place this January.

What is the purpose of doing this? What does he plan to do with the remains?

Democrat Mayor Orders Crew To Dig Up Body of Confederate General

It doesn’t matter who is buried, digging up the dead body of anyone laid to rest (besides forensic investigators cracking a cold case) is extremely disrespectful.

Richmond, Virginia Democrat Mayor LeVar Stoney ordered a grounds crew to dig up the decomposed body of Confederate General AP Hill.

The move by Stoney comes a day after General AP Hill’s statue was taken down and due to his statue being used as a tombstone, his body was removed the very next day.

Distant relatives attempted to stop Hill’s remains from being dug up but Richmond Circuit Court judge ruled in favor of the skeletal remains to be removed.

In times past Mayor LeVar Stoney has received backlash from residents of Richmond for publicly supporting the BLM movement and even going as far as publicly claiming BLM rioters who vandalized different areas of Richmond were actually white supremacists in disguise.

Effectiveness of the Coronavirus Disease 2019 (COVID-19) Bivalent Vaccine

Results Among 51011 employees, 20689 (41%) had had a previous documented episode of COVID-19, and 42064 (83%) had received at least two doses of a COVID-19 vaccine. COVID-19 occurred in 2452 (5%) during the study. Risk of COVID-19 increased with time since the most recent prior COVID-19 episode and with the number of vaccine doses previously received. In multivariable analysis, the bivalent vaccinated state was independently associated with lower risk of COVID-19 (HR, .70; 95% C.I., .61-.80), leading to an estimated vaccine effectiveness (VE) of 30% (95% CI, 20-39%). Compared to last exposure to SARS-CoV-2 within 90 days, last exposure 6-9 months previously was associated with twice the risk of COVID-19, and last exposure 9-12 months previously with 3.5 times the risk.

Conclusions The bivalent COVID-19 vaccine given to working-aged adults afforded modest protection overall against COVID-19, while the virus strains dominant in the community were those represented in the vaccine.

Summary Among 51011 working-aged Cleveland Clinic employees, the bivalent COVID-19 vaccine booster was 30% effective in preventing infection, during the time when the virus strains dominant in the community were represented in the vaccine.

A Nancy Pelosi building, LGBTQ museum, $200 million for 'gender equity,' and more in new federal spending bill - TheBlaze

At the same time, $410 million is allocated for "enhanced border security" in the countries of Egypt, Jordan, Lebanon, Oman, and Tunisia.

A whopping $575 million is assigned to "family planning/reproductive health" in areas where "population growth threatens bio-diversity or endangered species."

A federal building in San Francisco, California, will be "known and designated as the 'Speaker Nancy Pelosi Federal Building'," while in Georgia, Representative Hank Johnson (D-Ga.) requested $3.6 million for a "Michelle Obama Trail."

Former DNC Chair Debbie Wasserman Schultz (D-Fla.) needs $1.4 million for an electric bus charging facility.

Jerry Nadler (D-N.Y.), chair of the House Judiciary Committee, will receive $3 million for an "American LGBTQ+ Museum" and $750,000 to update the fire alarm system at the Metropolitan Opera.

What Could Go Wrong? Startup Releases Particles into The Atmosphere to Stop “Climate Change”

The global warming hysteria has now reached such absurd heights that a startup company will now attempt to control the weather via solar geoengineering. Unsurprisingly, such a move could have deadly unintended consequences if widely adopted.

MIT Technology Review reported Saturday that a company called Make Sunsets has successfully launched weather balloons from Mexico that may have released sulfur particles into the atmosphere. Luke Iseman, the co-founder and CEO, claims that because climate change presents such an imminent threat, bizarre interventions like theirs are necessary:

“It’s morally wrong, in my opinion, for us not to be doing this,” said Iseman. “What’s important is to do this as quickly and safely as we can.”

Disturbingly, Make Sunsets made this attempt at solar geoengineering without informing the public or even attempting to engage scientists. Experts who spoke to MIT Technology Review uniformly condemned the move:
