I am a lifetime member, yet a convert to the church. I've spent the better part of my life moving around the country and overseas as my father was a 36 year Army veteran and I was in the service for 10 years myself as a USAF weather forecaster. As I mentioned in a previous post, I am in the newspaper or media business and serve as the Publisher of 18,000 circulation daily newspaper about 1 hour west of Chicago.
I enjoy this site as it offers great thought-provoking topics and feedback; and while I don't always agree with everything I see and read on the site, it none-the-less offers an opportunity to re-think many of the preconceived notions that we have and see if they withstand the test of time and knowledge.
