Last week I must have been asked 20 times about the new COVID vaccines. Here are my thoughts. Please pass this information onto many as you can. People need to have fully informed consent when it comes to injecting foreign genetic material into their bodies.

1. The COVID vaccines are mRNA vaccines. mRNA vaccines are a completely new type of vaccine. No mRNA vaccine has ever been licensed for human use before. In essence, we have absolutely no idea what to expect from this vaccine. We have no idea if it will be effective or safe.

2. Traditional vaccine simply introduce pieces of a virus to stimulate an immune reaction. The new mRNA vaccine is completely different. It actually injects (transfects) molecules of synthetic genetic material from non-humans sources into our cells. Once in the cells, the genetic material interacts with our transfer RNA (tRNA) to make a foreign protein that supposedly teaches the body to destroy the virus being coded for. Note that these newly created proteins are not regulated by our own DNA, and are thus completely foreign to our cells. What they are fully capable of doing is unknown.

3. The mRNA molecule is vulnerable to destruction. So, in order to protect the fragile mRNA strands while they are being inserted into our DNA they are coated with PEGylated lipid nanoparticles. This coating hides the mRNA from our immune system which ordinarily would kill any foreign material injected into the body. PEGylated lipid nanoparticles have been used in several different drugs for years. Because of their effect on immune system balance, several studies have shown them to induce allergies and autoimmune diseases. Additionally, PEGylated lipid nanoparticles have been shown to trigger their own immune reactions, and to cause damage to the liver.

4. These new vaccines are additionally contaminated with aluminum, mercury, and possibly formaldehyde. The manufacturers have not yet disclosed what other toxins they contain.

5. Since viruses mutate frequently, the chance of any vaccine working for more than a year is unlikely. That is why the flu vaccine changes every year. Last year’s vaccine is no more valuable than last year’s newspaper.

6. Absolutely no long term safety studies will have been done to ensure that any of these vaccines don’t cause the cancer, seizures, heart disease, allergies, and autoimmune diseases seen with other vaccines. If you ever wanted to be guinea pig for Big Pharma, now is your golden opportunity.

7. Many experts question whether the mRNA technology is ready for prime time. In November 2020, Dr. Peter Jay Hotez said of the new mRNA vaccines, "I worry about innovation at the expense of practicality because they [the mRNA vaccines] are weighted toward technology platforms that have never made it to licensure before.” Dr. Hotez is Professor of Pediatrics and Molecular Virology & Microbiology at Baylor College of Medicine, where he is also Director of the Texas Children’s Hospital Center for Vaccine Development.

8. Michal Linial, PhD is a Professor of Biochemistry. Because of her research and forecasts on COVID-19, Dr. Linial has been widely quoted in the media. She recently stated, "I won't be taking it [the mRNA vaccine] immediately – probably not for at least the coming year. We have to wait and see whether it really works. We will have a safety profile for only a certain number of months, so if there is a long-term effect after two years, we cannot know."

9. In November 2020, The Washington Post reported on hesitancy among healthcare professionals in the United States to the mRNA vaccines, citing surveys which reported that: "some did not want to be in the first round, so they could wait and see if there are potential side effects", and that "doctors and nurses want more data before championing vaccines to end the pandemic".

10. Since the death rate from COVID resumed to the normal flu death rate way back in early September, the pandemic has been over since then. Therefore, at this point in time no vaccine is needed. The current scare tactics regarding “escalating cases” is based on a PCR test that because it exceeds 34 amplifications has a 100% false positive rate unless it is performed between the 3rd and 5th day after the first day of symptoms. It is therefor 100% inaccurate in people with no symptoms. This is well established in the scientific literature. See the attachment (False Positive PCR testing is up to 100%!) for more information on this. If you go to the CDC site (file:///C:/Users/docto/AppData/Local/Temp/cdc_97230_DS1.pdf ), you can see that the weekly death rates in the US are now lower than they normally are during an average flu season.

11. The other reason you don’t need a vaccine for COVID-19 is that substantial herd immunity has already taken place in the United States. This is the primary reason for the end of the pandemic.

12. Unfortunately, you cannot completely trust what you hear from the media. They have consistently got it wrong for the past year. Since they are all supported by Big Pharma and the other entities selling the COVID vaccines, they are not going to be fully forthcoming when it comes to mRNA vaccines. Every statement I have made here is fully backed by published scientific references.

13. I would be very interested to see verification that Bill and Melinda Gates with their entire family including grandchildren, Joe Biden and President Trump and their entire families, and Anthony Fauci and his entire family all get the vaccine.

14. Anyone who after reading all this still wants to get injected with the mRNA vaccine, should at the very least have their blood checked for COVID-19 antibodies. There is no need for a vaccine in persons already naturally immunized. Here's my bottom line: I would much rather get a COVID infection than get a COVID vaccine. That would be safer and more effective. I have had a number of COVID positive flu cases this year. Some were old and had health concerns. Every single one has done really well with natural therapies including ozone therapy and IV vitamin C. Just because modern medicine has no effective treatment for viral infections, doesn’t mean that there isn’t one.

Earlier this month Criminologist Francesca Vianello’s (University of Padua) and my co-authored edited book Convict Criminology for the Future was published by Routledge. Tracing its origins to a conference that was held May 31/June 1 last year, the book, consists of sixteen chapters (and a foreword by Shadd Maruna) written by a team of international scholars on the subject of Convict Criminology.
For those of you who are unfamiliar with Convict Criminology, it is basically a network of individuals who hold a Ph.D. or are on their way to earning a doctorate in Criminology/Criminal Justice or an allied field, and united around the idea that the convict voice is typically ignored in scholarly research and public policy debates. Additionally, scholars who are part of CC represent a diverse group, including those who have been formerly incarcerated, justice impacted, justice-free allies, and/or prison activists.
Since its origins in the 1990s the CC network has participated in public policy debates, taught and mentored scores of students behind bars and those who have been released, and published a considerable amount of scholarly and popular work. Part of this tragectory includes the establishment of the official Division of Convict Criminology (DCC) of the American Society of Criminology during the spring this year. And this new book is now part of development of this field and network.
Why is this book important? Francesca and I had numerous objectives when we held the conference and organized the book. One of them stemmed from our realization that very first book on the subject, Convict Criminology (Ross & Richards, 2003), was increasingly out of date, unnecessarily expensive, and there was a necessity for another edited book that reflected not only a stockkeeping of where CC has been, what it is currently doing, what the future may hold, but the increasing diversity of the people who make up Convict Criminology. Safe to say, Convict Criminology for the Future fulfills these complementary objectives.
In terms of content, what subjects does the book cover? Seven major areas are included:
• Historical underpinnings of Convict Criminology
• Adaptations to prison life
• Longstanding challenges for prisoners and formerly incarcerated people
• Post-secondary education behind bars
• The expansion of CC beyond North America
• Challenges to conducting research in correctional facilities
• Future directions in CC
The book is interdisciplinary in the sense that the contributors have training and experience working in different kinds of social sciencefields. Like the original edited book, many of the contributors who are formerly incarcerated or are justice impacted are presenting their work alongside supportive justice free colleagues who are allied with Convict Criminology. They bring this wealth of knowledge to the pages of this book and to the readers so they can make sense of the complicated world of corrections and to shed light on a viable way forward.
It’s always great to have a project that you and others worked so hard on come to fruition. It presents another opportunity to share what we know with others, address issues we have perhaps ignored, or failed to pay enough attention to, to gauge our progress, to make connections, and to assist others in the quest of making the field of corrections less brutal and more humane.
Doing edited books can be both rewarding and also an anxiety-ridden undertaking. This project had elements of both. More importantly it was a chance to work with people we always wanted to work with and to learn from them. It was also another opportunity to influence, to create, and to share.
The field of Convict Criminology has been all that to me. As the network has grown and matured it has provided fresh opportunities for more experienced members to share what they know, and to attract new people, with new and different ideas and energy, willing to tackle subjects of import to people behind bars, and those who have been recently released, those who study the subject of corrections, and those who want to reform the carceral enterprise. Things that we once thought were impossible and not attainable are all now part of the CC ethos.

The Los Angeles County health department on Monday confirmed the first death from monkeypox in the U.S.
In a statement, the department said the patient was severely immunocompromised and had been hospitalized, but did not provide further details.
The Centers for Disease Control and Prevention has confirmed the death as well, the department said.
In Texas, health officials are still investigating the death of a person with monkeypox. When the death was reported on August 29, the Texas Department of State Health Services said the patient was diagnosed with monkeypox in the Houston area and was "severely immunocompromised." But it's not yet known whether monkeypox was the cause of death.
There was also one reported death in a Hollywood makeup artist 9 days after receiving a monkeypox vaccine injection.
Fortunately, monkeypox cases have been steadily dropping

Standing outside a Minneapolis courtroom 16 years ago, jurors hugged Turner with tears in their eyes after siding with her in what would go down in federal whistleblower history. Turner, who served 25 devoted, decorated, and scot-free years in the FBI, had just won her case against her former employer who, witness after witness, ripped apart her years of service.
Turner joined the FBI in 1978 for all the right reasons. That little girl who grew up watching spy shows and superhero films never dreamed that years later she would be the one painted as the bad guy when up against the very agency she had dedicated her career to.
Prior to joining the Bureau, Turner was the only female counselor at Father Don Murray’s Sky Ranch for Boys, a court adjudicated placement for “trouble-prone” boys under 18. Turner raised this issue and was terminated. It would take years for those allegations to ever come to light. Fierce abuse continued up until Murray’s death in 1975 after he drunkenly crashed a plane, killing himself and a young resident of the ranch in what a survivor of Murray’s assaults described as a “suicide mission”.
“I made a promise to myself that I would never allow sexual abuse to children happen again,” Turner said.
When Turner walked the graduation stage in Quantico, Virginia, on what she described as “the proudest day of my life,” she was not just becoming an FBI agent. She was becoming a female FBI agent, a distinction she would never be allowed to forget. At her first post in Seattle, Washington

Germany’s awkward relationship with the internet continues. On one hand, the German government has told the EU government it’s not willing to follow orders that involve criminalizing encryption or mandating client-side scanning.
On the other hand, it does things like blacklist Techdirt (this happened in 2012) for supposedly offering up too much porn and violence. It followed that up by trying to block the full release of its list of blocked websites. And, for a brief amount of time, it was illegal to sell adult e-books before 10 pm local time. Yes, you read that correctly.
So, it’s been weird. And it’s not getting better. While the government seems unified against EU demands that will make German internet users less safe, certain government figures are trying to inflict their personal morality on the rest of the nation. FBI COMPLICITY IN VOTE FRAUD - excerpts from Lynn Landes's 2007 'REPORT TO CONGRESS'
The unique vulnerability of electronic voting technologies has been long known to federal authorities.
“If you did it right, no one would ever know,” said Craig C. Donsanto, head of the U.S. Department of Justice’s Election Crimes Branch, Public Integrity Section (from 1970-present) in a July 4,1989 Los Angeles Times article about electronic voting machines and vote fraud.
So, why hasn't Donsanto sounded the alarm and informed Congress of this threat? Donsanto has the reputation of a gatekeeper. He was featured in the Colliers' book, VoteScam, for his unwillingness to investigate evidence they collected over the years of rampant vote fraud involving voting machine companies, the news networks' exit polls, and election officials in Florida and other states.
Furthermore, Donsanto made it official department policy that no federal investigator should enter a polling precinct on election day, nor should they begin any serious investigation of the voting process until after the election results are certified. It is this policy that gives those who commit vote fraud ample opportunity to destroy evidence and cover their tracks. (See official policy: http://www.thelandesreport.com/Donsanto.htm)
There is more to be concerned about than obstruction of justice within the DOJ. It appears that elements within the FBI may have not only been aware of computer vote fraud, but participated in it. The following are excerpts from the Cincinnati Post of October 30th, 1987:
"Cincinnati Bell security supervisors ordered wire-taps installed on county computers before elections in the late 1970s and early 1980s that could have allowed vote totals to be altered, a former Bell employee says in a sworn court document. Leonard Gates, a 23-year Cincinnati Bell employee until he was fired in 1986, claims in a deposition filed Thursday in Hamilton County Common Pleas Court to have installed the wire-taps. Cincinnati Bell officials denied Gates’ allegations that are part of a six-year-old civil suit that contends the elections computer is subject o manipulation and fraud. Gates claims a security supervisor for the telephone company told him in 1979 that the firm had obtained a computer program through the FBI that gave it access to the county computer used to count votes."

Church Burnings: What the Government Is and Isn’t Doing

Tyrone Powers, a black FBI agent, discusses the recent wave of arson attacks on churches with predominantly black congregations and the government’s virtual silence on this matter. Powers asserts that the church burnings are a form of domestic terrorism and should be treated accordingly by the FBI. He thinks the government is downplaying the attacks for economic as well as racist reasons; they are stopping the FBI from labeling the fires as terrorism because of how that sort of publicity might affect the upcoming Olympics in Atlanta. Pattern, not conspiracy, is how the fires were recently labeled by the Washington Post, but Powers points to far more sporadic violent incidents – such as the Oklahoma city bombing – that were labeled as conspiracy and terrorism. Powers also discusses the FBI’s long standing history of overt racism, which he personally experienced as an African American FBI agent, and which he feels is equally prevalent now as it was in the past under the direction of J. Edgar Hoover, though it might be more concealed currently.

Over the past decade, proposals for reparations for slavery have entered the political mainstream, culminating recently in a San Francisco plan to award $5 million to each eligible black resident. But despite the prevalence of liberal virtue-signaling about restorative justice, more historically recent state crimes against black Americans have received less attention.
I’m referring to the unsettling reality that throughout the upheaval of the 1960s, the US government waged an all-out covert war against the black freedom movement. The FBI’s campaign of illegal surveillance, harassment, blackmailing, subversion, and violence—including the extrajudicial execution of Black Panther leader Fred Hampton in Chicago in 1969—under the auspices of COINTELPRO is largely a matter of historical record.
So, at this point, are the FBI’s extensive attempts to defame and discredit Martin Luther King, Jr. More enigmatic but equally important are the questions that still surround Dr. King’s assassination. In the nearly six decades since he was killed, he has become one of the premier secular saints of American political culture. But one condition of this canonization has been that we accept the official story that he was killed by a lone gunman, James Earl Ray.

In 1999, she and other surviving relatives put these suspicions to the test in a civil suit filed against Loyd Jowers, a Memphis restaurant owner who had claimed he had been paid by a local mobster to organize King’s assassination. According to Jowers, a group met at the restaurant to plan the assassination. Among them was Memphis Police Lt. Earl Clark, a skilled marksman and associate of Frank Liberto, a member of the Marcello crime family of New Orleans; and Marrell McCollough, an undercover police officer and CIA operative who posed as a member of a militant black political group known as the Invaders. McCollough was later present at the Lorraine Motel and was seen kneeling over King after the shooting.

Wes Swearingen served as an FBI agent from 1951 until he retired in 1977. During that period he perpetrated or witnessed numerous violations of law by FBI agents and their operatives, heard revealing statements by other agents about their illegal activities, and read files which documented violations of the rights of American citizens.
The activities of FBI agents and their "informers" include warrantless break-ins, theft, fraud, kidnapping, perjury, fabrication of evidence, suborning of witness perjury, and murder. The targets were political dissidents: anyone FBI agents didn't like.
Swearingen details how members of the Black Panthers were murdered by FBI operatives, another was framed for a murder he didn't commit, and still others were prosecuted on trumped up charges.
He does not mention anything about the deaths of John or Robert Kennedy or Martin Luther King, but he describes an agency so deeply involved in criminal activity of every kind as to be capable of causing the deaths of those men and others who have died under mysterious circumstances.
He describes various files on political dissidents, called the "Security Index" and the "Reserve Index", which eventually included about 500,000 names, and which were the persons to be arrested without warrant and taken to detention areas in the event of a national security emergency. For those

You’re never going to win… Bottom line is the house wins every time.
That’s what Maine Correctional Center Captain Shawn Welch said to a prisoner who was strapped into a restraint chair, his face coated with pepper spray and his legs shaking in pain and fear. The entire ordeal was captured in a disturbing video that recently hit the internet. After Captain Welch pepper sprayed prisoner Paul Schlosser in the face, Captain Welch ignored Schlosser’s plea that he could not breathe; at one point, Captain Welch responds to Schlosser’s pleas for help with the taunt, “Last I heard, I was as useless as tits on a bull.”
How in the world did this come about?
A former military medic, Paul Schlosser has received treatment in prison for both bipolar disorder and depression. After being held in solitary confinement for two months, he began to cut himself – a common response to such long-term isolation. On June 7, 2012, Schlosser pulled off his bandages and refused to be treated. He was then strapped to a restraint chair and confronted by Captain Welch.
In the video, we see Schlosser immobilized in the restraint chair and surrounded by officers in riot gear. Schlosser remains compliant until one of the officers pins Schlosser’s head to the back of the chair; Schlosser responds by squirming and then spitting at the officer. Without warning, Captain Welch suddenly coats Schlosser’s face at close range with pepper spray from a canister only intended to be used on large crowds from a distance of twenty feet or more, according to an investigator’s report. Schlosser chokes and fights for breath. He pleads, “I can’t breathe, Captain,” but Welch does nothing. Instead of following accepted professional standards and rinsing away the liquid, Welch puts a spit hood on Schlosser, effectively trapping the pepper spray against the man’s face. For over 20 minutes, Welch, with canister in hand, paces in and out of the small area where Schlosser is being restrained, and refuses to let him wash the burning spray from his face and eyes.
Sadly, this is one of many examples of corrections staff abusing restraints and pepper spray, at times with deadly results:
* Nick Christie died in 2006 after being pepper sprayed twelve times and spending six hours naked in a restraint chair. There, too, guards placed a spit hood over Mr. Christie, ensuring that he would breathe the liquid as long as he wore it. The case was later ruled a homicide.
* Maricopa County Sheriff Joe Arpaio discontinued the use of restraint chairs in 2006 after three wrongful death lawsuits.
* Jesse Lee Williams, Jr. was restrained when guards sprayed an entire can of pepper spray into a hood before putting it over his mouth as part of a savage beating. He died two days later.
Openness and accountability are two of the strongest bulwarks protecting prisoners from abuse. This is true whether the abuse occurs in a matter of minutes, such as when Arizona guards beat, tased, stripped, and left Marty Atencio to die in a cell, or days, like when Michigan guards strapped Timothy Souders to a cement slab until he died of hyperthermia and dehydration.
Unfortunately, instead of promoting openness and accountability, the Maine Department of Corrections has closed ranks to protect one of its own. Corrections Commissioner Joseph Ponte ignored the recommendation to fire Welch despite an internal investigation which found that Welch acted on a personal vendetta against Schlosser and not for any legitimate security reason. Now, the Department has focused its attention on ensuring no more videos are leaked, instead of ensuring no more torture happens.
Paul Schlosser is lucky to be alive. The next Paul Schlosser might not be so lucky.

The FBI is responsible for, among other things, tackling fraud and corrupt practices in the public sector.
However, it seems the US federal agency may have its own problems with duplicity, after an investigation found that "a significant number of FBI employees engaged in some form of improper conduct or cheating" when obliged to sit a key exam.
Agents from the FBI – motto "Fidelity, Bravery, Integrity" – had to take the 90-minute assessment to prove they had understood guidelines on how to conduct terrorism investigations.
Suspicion was raised, however, when more than 200 employees completed the exam in less than 20 minutes.

An embarrassed US Justice Department is reviewing its security procedures after admitting that more than 700 weapons and over 400 laptop computers had gone missing in the past three years.
Most of the laptops belonged to the FBI - many containing classified information.

1956 October 24 J. Edgar Hoover Warns Eisenhower of Communist Infiltration of Civil Rights Movement FBI Director J. Edgar Hoover waged a long, vicious, often illegal, and partly secret campaign against the civil rights movement. On this day, he warned President Dwight D. Eisenhower about Communist infiltration of the movement.
Hoover also had the Bureau prepare a report, “The Communist Party and the Negro.” Eisenhower needed little persuading, since he never fully supported civil rights. Apart from a few African-American Party members, the Communist Party never made any headway with the civil rights movement.
The FBI’s most notorious effort was its vendetta against Rev. Martin Luther King. On December 23, 1963, the FBI adopted a plan to “neutralize” him as a civil rights leader. And on November 21, 1964, it distributed an anonymous letter to King and his wife, which included a tape recording purporting to document King having extramarital affairs. The letter strongly suggested to King that he commit suicide. The notorious letter is current sealed under court order and not available to researchers.

Using “Protect the children!” as their rallying cry, red states are enacting digital pornography restrictions. Texas’s effort, H.B. 1181, requires commercial pornographic websites—and others, as we’ll see shortly—to verify that their users are adults, and to display state-drafted warnings about pornography’s alleged health dangers. In late August, a federal district judge blocked the law from taking effect. The U.S. Court of Appeals for the Fifth Circuit expedited Texas’s appeal, and it just held oral argument. This law, or one of the others like it, seems destined for the Supreme Court.
So continues what the Washington Post, in the headline of a 1989 op-ed by the columnist Nat Henthoff, once called “the eternal war against pornography.”

The House Permanent Select Committee on Intelligence (HPSCI) has introduced the FISA Reform and Reauthorization Act of 2023–an absolutely awful bill that ignores years of abuse and unconstitutional surveillance in order to renew a mass surveillance law with no real changes, reforms, or new oversight.
Section 702 of the Foreign Intelligence Surveillance Act is set to expire on December 31, 2023, and there is currently a race to see what bill will renew Big Brother and the NSA's favorite surveillance law. Any reauthorizations must come with significant reforms in order to protect the privacy of people’s communications. But this is not that. The cop-friendliest circuit in the United States has done it again. Whenever there’s a bit of doubt to be had, it’s the cops benefiting from it when the Fifth Circuit Appeals Court handles the case.
Sure, every so often a judge or two might serve up a blistering dissent. And, even more rarely, a Fifth Circuit mishandling will be undone by the US Supreme Court, a court that is mostly inactive these days (unless it wishes to engage in judicial activism).
And when the court (apparently mistakenly) hands a win to citizens and their constitutional rights, there’s always a vocal minority willing to force a rehearing so wrongs against cops can be righted by having citizens’ constitutional rights wronged. (Still with me? Good.)

At the end of the line is Sandra Birchmore, sporting an impish grin, her whole life ahead of her. Around 16 at the time, Birchmore looked much younger, a good foot shorter than the other kids. By all accounts, the girl worshiped police officers and desperately wanted to be one. That ambition seemed to give structure to her difficult childhood.
But at least one of the officers who was supposed to be mentoring the girl in that picture was preying on her at the time, according to an internal affairs report and a civil complaint. They allege police Detective Matthew Farwell, an instructor in the Explorers program, initiated sexual contact with Birchmore when she was 15 and he was 27. His twin brother, William Farwell, another instructor, also had sex with her, as did Robert Devine, a former deputy chief who ran the program, according to Stoughton police. A civil suit accuses all three men of grooming the vulnerable Birchmore and having sex with her, including in patrol cars. Even the Netherlands is hearing about the Louisiana Senate victory against the WHO and the WEF (see story below). And a bill to make ivermectin and over-the-counter drug in Louisiana just made it out of committee. Tennessee already passed such a law. New Hampshire got very close but its RINO governor Sununu refused to sign it.
The really good news is that identical bills as Louisiana’s have been introduced in Alabama and Tennessee, and strong legislators are pushing them forward. So keep your fingers crossed, and we should have some firecrackers going off soon as the deep south preserves traditional American freedoms.
