I believe it is the bases for our Constitution. All men/women are to be equal by all laws. No law shall make men unequal to each other.
Would you agree to this conclusion?
If you agree would you say that any law that violates that precept, no matter how much that law seems like a good idea, is against God's commands?
Finally the truth. Some laws which seem good are actually contary to the commands of God, concerning our laws. Rarely has God given specific instruction as to the laws of man. He did in this case. Are we to honor his commands even if we don't want too?
The Constitution gives citizens equality by its power over all laws.
Does the Constitution for the United States of America guarantee that all citizens are equal under U.S. Laws? I propose that it does not, for the following reasons.
Controlled Substance Acts:
1- Laws that force a monopoly by law, on all citizens.
(Controlling pricing of drug commodities, distribution, and sales)
2- Laws that gives power to one person or group by law, without being an office, is unconstitutional.
(Doctors/pharmacies have script powers; making citizens unequal by law).
3- Laws that are unfair or unjust are not constitutional.
(The poor, in pain, must break the law and become criminals or suffer untreated pain).
4- Any unconstitutional law that deprives a United States citizen of their right to vote is voter fraud. 2.4 million US citizens are being denied their right to vote. Citizens jailed solely for violating the Controlled Sub. Act, should be freed to vote.

In New York City in the last 12 months (from video release on TV) drug dealers
wrote 2,000,000 prescriptions for oxy-codone with a cost of $2 to over $10 per pill. 60,000,000 pills average estimate. Any person not buying drugs from an approved drug dealer get arrested and put in prison for up to life. Does that sound fair to you. How about if your poor and can't afford to go to doctors and tests and MRI etc.
What if they are in pain of some kind. The poor are forced to break the law and become criminals or just suffer.
A further example of unfairness of Doctors having powers over each and every one of us is below.

You may not believe this. Your sub conscience won't allow you to read this truth about an unconstitutional law and act to support striking it down. The mechanism in our sub-conscience considers acting against current reality, concerning this bad law, to be far too risky to allow host, you and most everyone else, to even comprehend how bad this law is and much less to speak up about it. This bad laws' cause and effect is so detrimental to US citizens and the rest of the world, by following our false belief system, is nearly impossible to comprehend. If we could comprehend its immorality we would act quickly to change it. All humans have the same basic program running in the background of our minds. This program is math driven, self serving, totally selfish in nature, not a moral program at all. This is what human beings are up against when trying to be moral creatures showing love and compassion for one another when those actions may be considered a risk to one self. By you know who, now. It's like the twilight zone but so what it is the truth, deal with it or self destruction is coming. Really, show this short paragraph to a doctor of psychology and get his response, in writing.
2- If one person or group has monetarily benefited an office or public trust, in truth they have violated our constitutional equality between citizens. Receiving special or different treatment than other citizens that didn't bribe them, equality is broken. Any gift to public official, lobbyist included, violates our equality if contributors’ identity is known. It is a bribe, any common since tells us that is exactly what those contributions are. The obviously criminal contributors expect something for their gifts.
Changing current laws of legal bribery to that of anonymous contributions only, will eliminate all but the most dedicated criminals from seeking public office.
