Chief Justice of the Supreme Court of the United States John Roberts scheduled a case by attorney Orly Taitz dealing with Barack Hussein Obama’s use of forged IDs to be heard in conference before the full Supreme Court. The case titled Noonan, Judd, MacLeran, Taitz v Bowen provides a mountain of evidence of Barack Obama using a last name not legally his, forged Selective Service application, forged long form and short form birth certificate and a Connecticut Social Security number 042-68-4425 which was never assigned to him according to E-Verify and SSNVS. Additionally, this case provides evidence of around one and a half million invalid voter registrations in the state of California alone.

Please, keep in mind, Richard Nixon was reelected and sworn in, but later was forced to resign as a result of Watergate. over 30 high ranking officials of Nixon administration including Attorney General of the United States and White HouseCcounsel were indicted, convicted and went to prison. The Obama "Forgerygate" is a hundred times bigger then Watergate. More corrupt high ranking officials, US Attorneys, AGs and judges were complicit, committed high treason by allowing a citizen of Indonesia and possibly still a citizen of Kenya Barack Hussein Obama, aka Barack (Barry) Soebarkah, aka Barack (Barry) Soetoro to usurp the U.S. Presidency by use of forged IDs and a stolen Social security number

People wondering what could kick off the "next civil war"? This could be it. There's enough people that love him and believe him to be legit. Especially from his home town of Chicago.

Forgive me if I don't believe this will yield anything good out of the process. Certainly, I believe that we will see more Chicago politics and that it will further reveal how deeply everyone is in his pockets. Do we really believe that CJ Roberts has any noble intention to hear the truth? I so hardly think so. I'm a guessing it's just a stage to quell the masses. Seriously, it just won't happen!!!!!!!

What about the inaguration that should be postponed?

And just whose fault will this be? Aren't there other ways of bringing out truth without the use of bias media?

Lets say, just for giggles, that every thing alleged is true.

Obama was born somewhere other than Hawaii.

He was fathered by (pick one) a black dude who was a terrorist, or a black dude who was a loser.

He's a big liar who never went to college, or if he did, he never went to class.

He hangs out with guys like Bill Ayers and Jeremiah Wright.

He isn't legally qualified to be president.

(Etc. etc.)

Isn't it all a little academic right now?

He's just been sworn in for a second term. He's been running the country for 4 years now. It's probably a little late for raising hell about it at this point. No one is going to do squat to unseat him or drive him out of the White House.


And, let's just say they were successful. Now "Uncle Joe" would be President. =))

God works in mysterious ways, and is allowing Obama to be a ‘judgement’ on America, and the reason He is doing this is in a merciful way ‘to call us back to God, and for us to pray and repent’ so the Lord can heal us and heal our land. If we refuse to do this, then we will suffer a demise unknown to mankind. God is patient with us and now we MUST RESPOND to His calls! The answer to all of this is a very simple one…PRAY!! And may the good Lord be with Orly and her colleagues to expose the truth and may justice prevail! Trust in the Lord with all your heart…He won’t let us down! God bless America!

Time for a reality check here folks. The post makes it sound as if the full court is going to here this case. That is NOT what is taking place. What is happening is this. When anyone files a case with the court that case is referred to conference. In a typical session this is about 10,000 cases. These are sent around for the justices, or more likely the law clerks, to review. In conference the justices vote on which cases to accept. That generally numbers about 100. It take the vote of four justices to be accepted to be heard.

All cases that are properly filed with the court go to conference so this is a non event. It will only be important if the case gets out of conference and the chances of that are small indeed.

Could we actually hope for better from the SCOTUS? I would hope so. Not that it did much for Lincoln, much less Obama...?

I can't figure out why but the majority of our govenrment officials (supreme court, congress and even the news media) seem to be afraid of Obama. He has bypassed congress at every opportunity, abused the power of an executive order, increased the size of government by appointing tzars that report to only him, sent money to the muslim brotherhood, gave automatic rifles to the mexican drug gangs and spent taxpayers money like a drunken sailor on vacations and unnecessary trips. All of this and congress has not said a word. I don't know what it's going to take to rid this country of our corrupt government official but it had better happen soon.
