I've been watching So Cal, especially near the Salton Sea. Very curious clusters appear -- dozens to hundreds of quakes... then QUIET again. Many of these clusters are NOT on the "red lines" (= known fault lines).
Curious. Right now hundreds in a cluster on the Cal-Mexico border,

I hope to be back more soon... my dear father passed away a few days ago and I'm so busy. Cut my trip to Australia short... to help with various arrangements and things. He passed in his sleep which was a blessing... that's how I'd prefer to go!

Steve, you have our deepest sympathies and condolences. I don't know what his opinion or knowledge of 9/11 was, but I am confident that on the other side of the veil, he will realize what a valiant and courageous son he has (which I'm sure he knew already). Re: EARTHQUAKES!
It seems that everyday there are multiple small earthquakes in Calif. I mentioned this to a former Calif. resident, and she said that that was normal, and Californians didn't pay any attention. IS THIS TRUE? We know that the big one will come sometime, but are these daily small quakes a sign that the big one is coming soon, or is it just business as usual.
Maybe CA won't have to worry about all their financial troubles. Maybe they will just fall into the ocean.
