Gotta love it, when God's plan comes together.

A near repeat of a 6.5 that shook my son on his birthday, followed by an invited 7.3.

7.6 in SW Mexico, Michoacan-Colima border. Lightly felt here in Puebla. More severely felt in Mexico City and Guadalajara.

This is the third major earthquake to strike the country on 19 September, with the two previous ones being the 8.2 in 1985 and the 7.1 in 2017.

This is kind of cool. Due to the time zones, it appears that you posted the Earthquake's occurrence the day before it happened. (if one were to simply look at the day and not the time and location)

Interesting, I was reading the other day how earthquakes of different intensities are more destructive of different buildings. Thus a certain intensity earthquake could destroy say a medium sized building but not a larger and smaller building right next to it.

In fact different geology has different shaking.

"type of local geology beneath the instrument influences the amount of shaking at that location. Bedrock shakes the least, and soft mud the most."

Tesla showed he could bring down a building by swaying a small weight at resonant frequency.

"That's break step bridge. Adam has said that this was one of the hardest to test and they bit off more than they could chew. He built a scale suspension bridge, and first they tried pneumatic soldiers which couldn't sync up correctly, then they tried a bigger machine that I think swung weights or something to move up and down that was easier to tune. All they managed was to destroy the roadway. They couldn't replicate the human factor- humans have been shown to unconsciously move with bridges which exaggerates the movement further (Matt Parker has some interesting talks about resonance in structures if you are curious). They called it busted but did retest and change it to plausible.

This was before Grant joined, so their robots weren't able to be tuned as well (Grant later made something for a Tesla episode that would have worked better)."

An easy way to see it is how you learned to swing in a swing set. Each properly timed kick set you soaring higher and higher.

that is huge. I hope there were no casualties, I haven't heard anything about this in the leftist bubble media.

Edit to add that Dutch just posted that at least 10,000 are dead. I don’t know where he got that information.

Dutch is also on it.
Feb 5, 2023 / Feb 6, 2023 (local time just after 1am).

The largest earthquake in years, M7.8 to M8.1 has struck South Central Turkey next to the Syria border (directly along the plate boundary).

Additionally multiple M6.5 range earthquakes (two of them) struck 30 and 60 miles to the West , totaling three large earthquakes within a few minutes time along the whole boundary between Turkey and the African Plate.

This is likely a devastating earthquake for Turkey, help will likely be needed as many of the nearby cities are stone stack cinder block multi-story buildings.

Much love to the people of Turkey.

The warning for Turkey was for M6.0.. instead a M7.8 to M8.1 struck, this is FAR GREATER than I was looking for unfortunately.

I will issue new watch locations on top of this video’s warned spots in Europe.

A new video will be made in the next few hours.
