Site Needs to grow!!!

This is an outstanding site and forum, the only downside is that there isn't but the same people always posting and reading. Kind of like preaching to the choir, although one could argue that is very important, especially the LDS choirs that seem quite in the dark.

How do we make it grow? How do we expand the network? How do we attempt to enlighten others? Maybe we need to all invite one person to the forum that will be active, then repeat that action every month or each quarter.
