I love this part.

And this way, it is so much easier to know who to add to your ignore list, right? ;)

Actually, SmallFarm has good points. I have been on many forums and this is the only one I have ever blocked people on. The rudeness here can be quite incredible.

Consider this:

1 Nephi 16:2

2 And it came to pass that I said unto them that I knew that I had spoken hard things against the wicked, according to the truth; and the righteous have I justified, and testified that they should be lifted up at the last day; wherefore, the guilty taketh the truth to be hard, for it cutteth them to the very center.

1 Nephi 16:3
3 And now my brethren, if ye were righteous and were willing to hearken to the truth, and give heed unto it, that ye might walk uprightly before God, then ye would not murmur because of the truth, and say: Thou speakest hard things against us.

God did not give us commandments that if we do not abide by He will let us into His presence anyway. Just the opposite, we sin and don't repent...we're out, no entry! Likewise, rules were set up on this forum. Does that mean we can continually break or ignore them and still remain? Rules were made for a reason, otherwise why have them at all?

The Constitution in getting the same treatment. People don't want to abide by it, so they want to change it, or even omit it, so they can go on turning this country into a nation of socialistic slaves.

Alma 45:16
16 And he said: Thus saith the Lord God—Cursed shall be the land, yea, this land, unto every nation, kindred, tongue, and people, unto destruction, which do wickedly, when they are fully ripe; and as I have said so shall it be; for this is the cursing and the blessing of God upon the land, for the Lord cannot look upon sin with the least degree of allowance.

So why should the mods that are attempting to bring order and friendliness into our discussions allow it?

Is this site called LDS Freedom Forum or something else?

There are those who will accept truth and change. There are also those who will fight against it. And just who are they?

3 Nephi 14:20
"By their fruits ye shall know them."

Let the name-calling begin!! :)) /:)
I agree that terms used help give insights into the character of posters.
Sometimes, I've wondered what "investigators" who have no other impression of Mormons except here, think about Mormons.

Still, I appreciate this thread & the reminder of common courtesy.
