Need help finding a scripture

I remember reading a verse about Jacob or Ephraim coming of age. I thought I read it in the D&C but have been unable to find it.

I was watching one of the videos about President Hinckley on the church site, and at the end of one, it he states that the "Church has reached its maturity." This scripture I read jumped into my mind and I wanted to see what all it said...... so if you know, please help.

This would be us and the others that are the remnant of Jacob. It was a Latter-day prophecy.....

I thought in the D&C, but maybe I read it somewhere else.

You know that Holy Ghost "knowledge recall" that happens sometimes? That is what happened when I watched that video and heard the prophet say that the church has reached Maturity.

Doctrine & Covenants:
sec. 1:30

And also those to whom these commandments were given, might have power to lay the foundation of this church, and to bring it forth out of obscurity and out of darkness, the only true and living church upon the face of the whole earth, with which I, the Lord, am well pleased, speaking unto the church collectively and not individually—

sec. 5:14

And to none else will I grant this power, to receive this same testimony among this generation, in this the beginning of the rising up and the coming forth of my church out of the wilderness—clear as the moon, and fair as the sun, and terrible as an army with banners.

sec 33:5

And verily, verily, I say unto you, that this church have I established and called forth out of the wilderness.

sec. 109:73

That thy church may come forth out of the wilderness of darkness, and shine forth fair as the moon, clear as the sun, and terrible as an army with banners;

I think I am going to have to read the D&C again to see if I can find it.

I know that it is before section 104

(if it is there and not something my Brigham Young that I read)
