So he is smart. Just a little pre-planning, eh?

Not sure why, but the princess bride came to mind.

Prince Humperdinck- It's odd, but when I hired Vizzini to have her (princess) murdered on our engagement day, I thought that was clever. But it's going to be so much more moving when I strangle her on our wedding night. Once Guilder is blamed, the nation will truly be outraged -they'll demand we go to war.

later he says- "I've got my country's 500th anniversary to plan, my wedding to arrange, my wife to murder and Guilder to blame for it; I'm swamped."

Rugen replies with - "Get some rest. If you haven't got your health, then you haven't got anything."

That is a CLASSIC movie shadow... love it! I'm not really a movie buff (since there is so much garbage produced by Hollywood), but this is one that I can almost quote verbatim throughout its entirety. The same holds true for the TV show MASH... I think I've seen every episode 10 times and can quote a lot of the eps. Your analogy here with these Princess Bride quotes is quite clever, but true as they relate to what Washington, DC is all about.

Bush (to Cheney on the eve of the state of the union, after the VP asks him for a favor): "I've got my country to deceive, an economy to destroy, my next vacation to plan, a false flag operation in the Gulf to arrange and al Qaida to frame for it... I'm swamped"!

These globalists have about fulfilled their purposes and all that they are worth to the PTB. I think soon they will be staring at the wall that they have been lined up to. And they don't even see it coming.

1. Demoralize
2. Destabilize
3. Crisis
4. "Normalize" Neutralize works better

so the Destabilization is supposed to be a 2-5 year process we are there

The Crisis is supposed to take 6 weeks to create, and then the Normalize is when they bring in the tanks and military... only it wouldn't be the globalists like they think..... But those that do not know God's name. And poof, the globalists are no longer in Washington.. it sits empty because they used up their usefulness.

Nice.
