It is amazing how much minorities have in common even if they have many political differences. Amazing how often minorities are harassed and suppressed by the Federal government and the TWIN PARTY monopoly. The Independent American Party is a minority party.

And remember truth of the words of Mark Twain: “Whenever you find that you are on the side of the majority, it is time to reform.”

They say that history repeats. I believe that within the following quotes from Dr. King we can see that history does indeed repeat especially if we sit idly by and allow it.

This dearth of positive leadership from the federal government is not confined to one particular political party. Both political parties have betrayed the cause of justice. (Oh yes) The Democrats have betrayed it by capitulating to the prejudices and undemocratic practices of the southern Dixiecrats. The Republicans have betrayed it by capitulating to the blatant hypocrisy of right wing, reactionary northerners. These men so often have a high blood pressure of words and an anemia of deeds. “Give Us the Ballot,” Address Delivered at the Prayer Pilgrimage for Freedom

17 May 1957, Washington, D.C.

Does this sound familiar? It should. The vote fraud currently rampaging through this country is so obvious that even the controlled media is beginning to question its validity. And “Both political parties have betrayed the cause of justice. (Oh yes)”

Here is my NEW favorite quote from Dr. King: “When you are right you cannot be too radical; when you are wrong, you cannot be too conservative.”

YES! The Independent American Party is indeed a Radical Party. Radical for liberty. Radical in the support of the God Given Rights of Life, Liberty and the pursuit of Happiness.

And here are a few more quotes by Dr. Martin Luther King Jr. that may help you to realize that oppression by the government is a never ending evil that must be fought on all fronts. If you feel that the government is not supporting justice and you do nothing then it is as much your fault as those you accuse of injustice. Stand up and fight or you are as guilty of placing chains upon your children as those that forge them.

I submit to you that if a man hasn’t discovered something he will die for, he isn’t fit to live. Speech in Detroit, June 23, 1963

The hope of a secure and livable world lies with disciplined nonconformists who are dedicated to justice, peace and brotherhood.

The Independent American Party is filled with disciplined nonconformists who are dedicated to justice, peace and brotherhood.

Nothing in all the world is more dangerous than sincere ignorance and conscientious stupidity. Strength to Love, 1963

The ultimate measure of a man is not where he stands in moments of comfort and convenience, but where he stands at times of challenge and controversy. Strength to Love, 1963

The church was not merely a thermometer that recorded the ideas and principles of popular opinion; it was a thermostat that transformed the mores of society.

I submit that an individual who breaks a law that conscience tells him is unjust, and who willingly accepts the penalty of imprisonment in order to arouse the conscience of the community over its injustice, is in reality expressing the highest respect for the law.

I have a bit of a twist to this quote by Dr. King. That is: We Independent Americans submit that an individual who breaks a law (If it is a law and not just color of law) that conscience tells him is unjust, and then fights through every level of the justice system for justice in order to arouse the conscience of the community over its injustice, is in **reality expressing the highest respect for the law.

Our lives begin to end the day we become silent about things that matter.

In the end, we will remember not the words of our enemies, but the silence of our friends.

It may be true that the law cannot make a man love me, but it can stop him from lynching me, and I think that’s pretty important.

And remember that the governments lynch more people than mobs do, so Independent Americans want laws that protect us from the greatest known criminals and mass murderers of all time. GOVERNMENTS.

And in honor of Dr. Kings stated commitment to non-violence and the Independent American Party’s commitment to non-violence:

Nonviolence is the answer to the crucial political and moral questions of our time; the need for mankind to overcome oppression and violence without resorting to oppression and violence. Mankind must evolve for all human conflict a method which rejects revenge, aggression, and retaliation. The foundation of such a method is love. December 11, 1964

As Danny Hansen used to say: “I once believed that the greatest power in the universe was truth. But I was wrong. The greatest power in the universe is love.”
