What if you lease the land to the person who rents the building who leases to the owner of the whorehouse?

I thought the White House and Capitol Hill were owned by the US government. I was not aware one actually owned the property.

What was it?....a monthly rent that was not to far from the cost of a house in the same area. And continued profiteering up to the 1940's.

First of all, never allow anyone to sub-lease. Then you have a contract of who and what is going into your building.
You can put into the contract, NO Whorehouses allowed!! LOL

Perhaps I should have added that its a non-profit political institution (also non-tax) funded by a foundation funded by an individual...and that non-profit funded a trust which owned the property which then leased to an individual who then rented one of the buildings on the property to another person for a whorehouse.....

Of course is it not all Babylon??? Which is probably what Brent has been trying to drive at since the beginning.....
