The first act the new mayor of slc was to work with the slc city council to propose a domestic partnership for anyone.

SLC is in the toilet.

All I'm going to say is that you may not have liked Rocky Anderson or agreed with how he ran the city (I know I didn't care for him a lot), BUT... the guy had guts and was dead on and 100% right when he and Sean Hannity had it out last year on channel 13 (Hannity just made a token appearance and wasn't even really prepared to debate the facts... it was a pathetic showing on his part). How sad though that the Mayor of Salt Lake had to be the one to call a spade a spade with regard to the Iraq and Afghanistan wars instead of our church leaders. 501c3 baby.

I hated that debate so badly. I didn't even want to watch it as I knew I was going to side with Rocky. It was scary.

Ditto on the debate. I really could not stand Rocky, but he did very well in the debate and made Hannity look like the dweeb he is.
