I need your help!
I would like to put something together using the scriptures and words of the Prophets explaining why "Islamic Extremism" is NOT T-H-E Conspiracy spoken of by ancient and modern prophets.
I've got some quotes already lined up, but would appreciate any help you can give.

I will try my best
Hel. 2: 1-2, 5-9
1 And it came to pass in the *forty and second year of the reign of the judges, after Moronihah had established again peace between the Nephites and the Lamanites, behold there was no one to fill the judgment-seat; therefore there began to be a contention again among the people concerning who should fill the judgment-seat.
2 And it came to pass that Helaman, who was the son of Helaman, was appointed to fill the judgment-seat, by the voice of the people.
• • •
5 Therefore he did flatter them, and also Kishkumen, that if they would place him in the judgment-seat he would grant unto those who belonged to his band that they should be placed in power and authority among the people; therefore Kishkumen sought to destroy Helaman.
6 And it came to pass as he went forth towards the judgment-seat to destroy Helaman, behold one of the servants of Helaman, having been out by night, and having obtained, through disguise, a knowledge of those plans which had been laid by this band to destroy Helaman—
7 And it came to pass that he met Kishkumen, and he gave unto him a sign; therefore Kishkumen made known unto him the object of his desire, desiring that he would conduct him to the judgment-seat that he might murder Helaman.
8 And when the servant of Helaman had known all the heart of Kishkumen, and how that it was his object to murder, and also that it was the object of all those who belonged to his band to murder, and to rob, and to gain power, (and this was their secret plan, and their combination) the servant of Helaman said unto Kishkumen: Let us go forth unto the judgment-seat.
9 Now this did please Kishkumen exceedingly, for he did suppose that he should accomplish his design; but behold, the servant of Helaman, as they were going forth unto the judgment-seat, did stab Kishkumen even to the heart, that he fell dead without a groan. And he ran and told Helaman all the things which he had seen, and heard, and done.
Hel. 1: 2-4, 6, 9
2 For behold, Pahoran had died, and gone the way of all the earth; therefore there began to be a serious contention concerning who should have the judgment-seat among the brethren, who were the sons of Pahoran.
3 Now these are their names who did contend for the judgment-seat, who did also cause the people to contend: Pahoran, Paanchi, and Pacumeni.
4 Now these are not all the sons of Pahoran (for he had many), but these are they who did contend for the judgment-seat; therefore, they did cause three divisions among the people.
• • •
6 And it came to pass that Pacumeni, when he saw that he could not obtain the judgment-seat, he did unite with the voice of the people.
• • •
9 Now when those people who were desirous that he should be their governor saw that he was condemned unto death, therefore they were angry, and behold, they sent forth one Kishkumen, even to the judgment-seat of Pahoran, and murdered Pahoran as he sat upon the judgment-seat.
Alma 51: 5, 7
5 And it came to pass that those who were desirous that Pahoran should be dethroned from the judgment-seat were called king-men, for they were desirous that the law should be altered in a manner to overthrow the free government and to establish a king over the land.
• • •
7 And it came to pass that this matter of their contention was settled by the voice of the people. And it came to pass that the voice of the people came in favor of the freemen, and Pahoran retained the judgment-seat, which caused much rejoicing among the brethren of Pahoran and also many of the people of liberty, who also put the king-men to silence, that they durst not oppose but were obliged to maintain the cause of freedom.
Alma 61: 4, 9
4 And it is those who have sought to take away the judgment-seat from me that have been the cause of this great iniquity; for they have used great flattery, and they have bled away the hearts of many people, which will be the cause of sore affliction among us; they have withheld our provisions, and have daunted our freemen that they have not come unto you.
• • •
9 And now, in your epistle you have censured me, but it mattereth not; I am not angry, but do rejoice in the greatness of your heart. I, Pahoran, do not seek for power, save only to retain my judgment-seat that I may preserve the rights and the liberty of my people. My soul standeth fast in that liberty in the which God hath made us free.
James 2: 6
6 But ye have despised the poor. Do not rich men oppress you, and draw you before the judgment seats?
Hel. 7: 4
4 And seeing the people in a state of such awful wickedness, and those Gadianton robbers filling the judgment-seats—having usurped the power and authority of the land; laying aside the commandments of God, and not in the least aright before him; doing no justice unto the children of men;
Ether 8: 18-19, 22, 24
18 And it came to pass that they formed a secret combination, even as they of old; which combination is most abominable and wicked above all, in the sight of God;
19 For the Lord worketh not in secret combinations, neither doth he will that man should shed blood, but in all things hath forbidden it, from the beginning of man.
• • •
22 And whatsoever nation shall uphold such secret combinations, to get power and gain, until they shall spread over the nation, behold, they shall be destroyed; for the Lord will not suffer that the blood of his saints, which shall be shed by them, shall always cry unto him from the ground for vengeance upon them and yet he avenge them not.
• • •
24 Wherefore, the Lord commandeth you, when ye shall see these things come among you that ye shall awake to a sense of your awful situation, because of this secret combination which shall be among you; or wo be unto it, because of the blood of them who have been slain; for they cry from the dust for vengeance upon it, and also upon those who built it up.
3 Ne. 7: 6, 9
6 And the regulations of the government were destroyed, because of the secret combination of the friends and kindreds of those who murdered the prophets.
• • •
9 Now this secret combination, which had brought so great iniquity upon the people, did gather themselves together, and did place at their head a man whom they did call Jacob;
2 Ne. 26: 22
22 And there are also secret combinations, even as in times of old, according to the combinations of the devil, for he is the founder of all these things; yea, the founder of murder, and works of darkness; yea, and he leadeth them by the neck with a flaxen cord, until he bindeth them with his strong cords forever.
3 Ne. 9: 9
9 And behold, that great city Jacobugath, which was inhabited by the people of king Jacob, have I caused to be burned with fire because of their sins and their wickedness, which was above all the wickedness of the whole earth, because of their secret murders and combinations; for it was they that did destroy the peace of my people and the government of the land; therefore I did cause them to be burned, to destroy them from before my face, that the blood of the prophets and the saints should not come up unto me any more against them.
4 Ne. 1: 42
42 And it came to pass that the wicked part of the people began again to build up the secret oaths and combinations of Gadianton.
Ether 9: 1
1 And now I, Moroni, proceed with my record. Therefore, behold, it came to pass that because of the asecret combinations of Akish and his friends, behold, they did overthrow the kingdom of Omer.
D&C 42: 64
64 And even now, let him that goeth to the east teach them that shall be converted to flee to the west, and this in consequence of that which is coming on the earth, and of secret combinations.
Mosiah 7: 15, 23
15 For behold, we are in bondage to the Lamanites, and are taxed with a tax which is grievous to be borne. And now, behold, our brethren will deliver us out of our bondage, or out of the hands of the Lamanites, and we will be their slaves; for it is better that we be slaves to the Nephites than to pay tribute to the king of the Lamanites.
• • •
23 And now, is not this grievous to be borne? And is not this, our affliction, great? Now behold, how great reason we have to mourn.
Matt. 23: 4
4 For they bind heavy burdens and grievous to be borne, and lay them on men’s shoulders; but they themselves will not move them with one of their fingers.
1 Ne. 17: 25
25 Now ye know that the children of Israel were in bondage; and ye know that they were laden with tasks, which were grievous to be borne; wherefore, ye know that it must needs be a good thing for them, that they should be brought out of bondage.
Mosiah 2: 14
14 And even I, myself, have labored with mine own hands that I might serve you, and that ye should not be laden with taxes, and that there should nothing come upon you which was grievous to be borne—and of all these things which I have spoken, ye yourselves are witnesses this day.
Ether 10: 5
5 And it came to pass that Riplakish did not do that which was right in the sight of the Lord, for he did have many wives and concubines, and did lay that upon men’s shoulders which was grievous to be borne; yea, he did tax them with heavy taxes; and with the taxes he did build many spacious buildings.

Those are all fantastic, thank you so much. Those seem to prove the existence of a Conspiracy, but what about ruling out Islam as more than just a tool of a bigger conspiracy?

Well, I think that the above verses show that it is those that are within government (secretly) that are the combination.
They have to be in the judgment seats, and they are removing freedom.
So that points to Congress, The Courts, and the Executive branch.
When it comes to knowing their goal, which is world power and gain, through TAXES, then you know that they are going to tax the people and try to have the biggest FINANCIAL gain in the world. So then you have to look at Central banks and those things that are part of trade. Food, travel, trade etc etc.
These combinations did not use religion to take over, the did use flattering words, but they promised POWER and MONEY.
One can argue that the PTB do indeed use other entities to COMBINE against the targets, but there are some that can take liberty faster.
The PEN is mightier then the sword, that is DEFINITE!

The Times in Which We Live
President Gordon B. Hinckley
Those of us who are American citizens stand solidly with the president of our nation. The terrible forces of evil must be confronted and held accountable for their actions. This is not a matter of Christian against Muslim. I am pleased that food is being dropped to the hungry people of a targeted nation. We value our Muslim neighbors across the world and hope that those who live by the tenets of their faith will not suffer. I ask particularly that our own people do not become a party in any way to the persecution of the innocent. Rather, let us be friendly and helpful, protective and supportive. It is the terrorist organizations that must be ferreted out and brought down.
We of this Church know something of such groups. The Book of Mormon speaks of the Gadianton robbers, a vicious, oath-bound, and secret organization bent on evil and destruction. In their day they did all in their power, by whatever means available, to bring down the Church, to woo the people with sophistry, and to take control of the society. We see the same thing in the present situation.
We are people of peace. We are followers of the Christ who was and is the Prince of Peace. But there are times when we must stand up for right and decency, for freedom and civilization, just as Moroni rallied his people in his day to the defense of their wives, their children, and the cause of liberty (see Alma 48:10).
To me this anwer is as plain as day. if you don't see it then it has been hidden from you for a reason.

Amen!!! Throughout the BoM, secret combos always got a hold of the government and stripped away freedom that way.
Islamic extremists have no army (nukes, etc) to back up their supposed threat. They are a non-issue and we shouldn't be "scared out of our Constitution" because of these 3rd world thugs who have no Army or Navy to compete with us. Period.
“At what point then is the approach of danger to be expected? I answer, if it ever reach us, it must spring up among us. It cannot come from abroad. If destruction be our lot, we must ourselves be its author and finisher. As a nation of freemen, we must live through all time, or die by suicide." – Abraham Lincoln, January 27, 1837. Address before the Young Men’s Lyceum of Springfield, Illinois
"A nation can survive its fools, and even the ambitious. But it cannot survive treason from within. An enemy at the gates is less formidable, for he is known and carries his banner openly. But the traitor moves amongst those within the gate freely, his sly whispers rustling through all the alleys, heard in the very halls of government itself." – Cicero Marcus Tullius
"There is no nation on earth powerful enough to accomplish our overthrow... Our destruction, should it come at all, will be from another quarter... From the inattention of the people to the concerns of their government, from their carelessness and negligence, I must confess that I do apprehend some danger. I fear that they may place too implicit a confidence in their public servants, and fail properly to scrutinize their conduct; that in this way they may be made the dupes of designing men, and become the instruments of their own undoing. Make them intelligent, and they will be vigilant; give them the means of detecting the wrong, and they will apply the remedy." – Daniel Webster, June 1, 1837; Works 1:403
“I am concerned for the security of our great nation, not so much because of any threat from without, but because of the insidious forces working from within.” – General Douglas MacArthur
"...for it is a truth, which the experience of all ages has attested, that the people are commonly most in danger when the means of insuring their rights are in the possession of those of whom they entertain the least suspicion." – Alexander Hamilton

Mosiah 29: 14-15, 17-18, 22, 27, 30-31, 36
14 And even I myself have labored with all the power and faculties which I have possessed, to teach you the commandments of God, and to establish peace throughout the land, that there should be no wars nor contentions, no stealing, nor plundering, nor murdering, nor any manner of iniquity;
15 And whosoever has committed iniquity, him have I punished according to the crime which he has committed, according to the law which has been given to us by our fathers.
• • •
17 For behold, how much iniquity doth one wicked king cause to be committed, yea, and what great destruction!
18 Yea, remember king Noah, his wickedness and his abominations, and also the wickedness and abominations of his people. Behold what great destruction did come upon them; and also because of their iniquities they were brought into bondage.
• • •
22 For behold, he has his friends in iniquity, and he keepeth his guards about him; and he teareth up the laws of those who have reigned in righteousness before him; and he trampleth under his feet the commandments of God;
• • •
27 And if the time comes that the voice of the people doth choose iniquity, then is the time that the judgments of God will come upon you; yea, then is the time he will visit you with great destruction even as he has hitherto visited this land.
• • •
30 And I command you to do these things in the fear of the Lord; and I command you to do these things, and that ye have no king; that if these people commit sins and iniquities they shall be answered upon their own heads.
31 For behold I say unto you, the sins of many people have been caused by the iniquities of their kings; therefore their iniquities are answered upon the heads of their kings.
• • •
36 Yea, all his iniquities and abominations, and all the wars, and contentions, and bloodshed, and the stealing, and the plundering, and the committing of whoredoms, and all manner of iniquities which cannot be enumerated—telling them that these things ought not to be, that they were expressly repugnant to the commandments of God.
2 Ne. 1: 7, 26, 31
7 Wherefore, this land is consecrated unto him whom he shall bring. And if it so be that they shall serve him according to the commandments which he hath given, it shall be a land of liberty unto them; wherefore, they shall never be brought down into captivity; if so, it shall be because of iniquity; for if iniquity shall abound cursed shall be the land for their sakes, but unto the righteous it shall be blessed forever.
2 Ne. 27: 1, 4-5, 31
1 But, behold, in the last days, or in the days of the Gentiles—yea, behold all the nations of the Gentiles and also the Jews, both those who shall come upon this land and those who shall be upon other lands, yea, even upon all the lands of the earth, behold, they will be drunken with iniquity and all manner of abominations—
• • •
4 For behold, all ye that doeth iniquity, stay yourselves and wonder, for ye shall cry out, and cry; yea, ye shall be drunken but not with wine, ye shall stagger but not with strong drink.
5 For behold, the Lord hath poured out upon you the spirit of deep sleep. For behold, ye have closed your eyes, and ye have rejected the prophets; and your rulers, and the seers hath he covered because of your iniquity.
• • •
31 For assuredly as the Lord liveth they shall see that the terrible one is brought to naught, and the scorner is consumed, and all that watch for iniquity are cut off;
Mosiah 23: 9, 12-13
9 But remember the iniquity of king Noah and his priests; and I myself was caught in a snare, and did many things which were abominable in the sight of the Lord, which caused me sore repentance;
• • •
12 And now I say unto you, ye have been oppressed by king Noah, and have been in bondage to him and his priests, and have been brought into iniquity by them; therefore ye were bound with the bands of iniquity.
13 And now as ye have been delivered by the power of God out of these bonds; yea, even out of the hands of king Noah and his people, and also from the bonds of iniquity, even so I desire that ye should stand fast in this liberty wherewith ye have been made free, and that ye trust no man to be a king over you.
Mosiah 28: 2, 4, 15
2 That perhaps they might bring them to the knowledge of the Lord their God, and convince them of the iniquity of their fathers; and that perhaps they might cure them of their hatred towards the Nephites, that they might also be brought to rejoice in the Lord their God, that they might become friendly to one another, and that there should be no more contentions in all the land which the Lord their God had given them.

Is it that bad in the AZ-NM area that LDSs will only believe something if a prophet tells them? There is so much evidence that the real conspiracy is very much within the halls of our own FedGov.

More quotes:
"Is there any one so naive as to think that things will right themselves without a fight? There has been no more fight in us than there is a bunch of sheep, and we have been much like sheep. Freedom was never brought to people on a silver platter, nor maintained with whisk brooms and lavender sprays. Do not think that all these usurpations, intimidations, and impositions are being done to us through inadvertence or mistake; the whole course is deliberately planned and carried out; its purpose is to destroy the Constitution and our constitutional government; then to bring chaos, out of which the new Statism with its slavery is to arise, with a cruel, relentless, selfish, ambitious crew in the saddle, riding hard with whip and spur, a red-shrouded band of night riders for despotism. If we do not vigorously fight for our liberties, we shall go clear through to the end of the road and become another Russia, or worse." – J. Reuben Clark, Church News PPNS pg. 327
"Concerning the United States, the Lord revealed to his prophets that its greatest threat would be a vast, world-wide 'secret combination' which would not only threaten United States but also seek to 'overthrow the freedom of all lands, nations, and countries' (Ether 8:25). In connection with an attack on the United States, the Lord told the Prophet Joseph Smith there would be an attempt to overthrow the country by destroying the Constitution. Joseph Smith predicted that the time would come when the Constitution would hang, as it were, by a thread, and at that time 'this people will step forth and save it from threatened destruction' (Journal History, Brigham Young's Speech, July 4, 1854). . . . The Prophet Moroni seemed greatly exercised lest in our day we might not be able to recognize the startling fact that the same secret societies which destroyed the Jaredites and decimated numerous kingdoms of both Nephites and Lamanites would be precisely the same form of criminal conspiracy which would rise up among the gentile nations in this day. The stratagems of the leaders of these societies are amazingly familiar to anyone who has studied the tactics of modern communist leaders. The Lord has declared that before the second coming of Christ it will be necessary to 'destroy the secret works of darkness . . ' in order to preserve the land of Zion--the Americas (2 Nephi 10: 11-16). The world-wide secret conspiracy which has risen up in our day to fulfill these prophecies is easily identified. President McKay has left no room for doubt as to what attitude Latter-day Saints should take toward the modern 'secret combination' of conspiratorial communism . . ." – Ezra Taft Benson, General Conference October 1961; former U.S. Secretary of Agriculture (1953–61) for President Dwight Eisenhower.
“Now I tell you it is time the people of the United States were waking up with the understanding that if they don’t save the Constitution from the dangers that threaten it, we will have a change of government.” – Joseph Fielding Smith General Conference—April 1950, p. 159
“We live in an age of deceit. Even within the Church we have been warned that "the ravening wolves are amongst us, from our own membership, and they, more than any others, are clothed in sheep's clothing, because they wear the habiliments of the priesthood." – J. Reuben Clark, Jr., CR, April 1949, p. 163
“We again warn our people in America of the constantly increasing threat against our inspired Constitution and our free institutions set up under it. The same political tenets and philosophies that have brought war and terror in other parts of the world are at work amongst us in America. The proponents thereof are seeking to undermine our own form of government and to set up instead one of the forms of dictatorships now flourishing in other lands. These revolutionists are using a technique that is as old as the human race—a fervid but false solicitude for the unfortunate over whom they thus gain mastery, and then enslave them” – Read by President J. Reuben Clark, Jr., at the final session of the 112th Annual Conference, April 6, 1942, in the Assembly Hall, Temple Square, Salt Lake City.
“Great nations do not fall because of external aggression; they first erode and decay inwardly, so that, like rotten fruit, they fall of themselves. The strength of a country is the sum total of the moral strength of the individuals in that country.” - Ezra Taft Benson

I too see 'radical' Islam as a tool that is a 'means to an end.'
One thing that really stands out to me is that so many times were are told that this 'organized destruction' is Godless. (referring to Ezra Taft Benson)
Men will lift themselves up as their own God. They will deny that there is a God. So many governments have done that. They worship a man rather then God. To the point that some believe that he is like a savior to them and that he can do no wrong. Complete blind devotion.
When government gets really big, they remove the rights given by God ,and claim that government can grant rights instead. This is one way that they set themselves up as Kings and God. I wouldn't want to be found supporting such a Godless government at all.
I will see if I can find some more statements to help you out. But do want to point out that in the Wars of 73 AD that they used HATRED to get them to be willing to go an fight. Whenever hatred is used, you can bet that Satan is behind it.
I "work" for liberty, because I love God, and I love my neighbors.

I find it interesting that the Prophets are conspicuously silent on the threat of radical Islam. On the other hand, last year they spent some time speaking on the conspiracy that is secular, godless and seeks to destroy the agency of man through the force of government.
If Islam is a bigger threat, why would the Prophets, ancient and modern, be silent on it?
There is only one reference, and it is in the old testament, giving us the same warning towards islamists as the Book of Mormon does towards Lamanites. It says if we don't repent, they will tear us to shreds. It says we must repent, not that it is the conspiracy that seeks to destroy us.

In fact, I think I will post about fear and hatred, there may be something there that can help also.
Matt. 8: 26
26 And he saith unto them, Why are ye fearful, O ye of little faith? Then he arose, and rebuked the winds and the sea; and there was a great calm.
Moses 7: 13
13 And so great was the faith of Enoch that he led the people of God, and their enemies came to battle against them; and he spake the word of the Lord, and the earth trembled, and the mountains fled, even according to his command; and the drivers of water were turned out of their course; and the roar of the lions was heard out of the wilderness; and all nations feared greatly, so powerful was the word of Enoch, and so great was the power of the language which God had given him.
GS
Fear can have two meanings:1 to fear God is to feel reverence and awe for him and to obey his commandments;2 to fear man, mortal dangers, pain, and evil is to be afraid of such things and to dread them.
Fear of man: Fear not, for I am with thee, Gen. 26: 24 (Isa. 41: 10). The Lord is with us: fear them not, Num. 14: 9. Fear not: for they that be with us are more, 2 Kgs. 6: 16. I will not fear what flesh can do, Ps. 56: 4. Fear not the reproach of men, Isa. 51: 7 (2 Ne. 8: 7). God hath not given us the spirit of fear, 2 Tim. 1: 7. Perfect love casteth out fear, 1 Jn. 4: 18 (Moro. 8: 16). The sons of Helaman did not fear death, Alma 56: 46-48. The fear of death fills the breasts of the wicked, Morm. 6: 7. Fear not what man can do, Moro. 8: 16. You should not have feared man more than God, D&C 3: 7 (D&C 30: 1, 11; 122: 9). Fear not to do good, D&C 6: 33. Whosoever belongeth to my church need not fear, D&C 10: 55. If ye are prepared ye shall not fear, D&C 38: 30. Strip yourselves from fear, D&C 67: 10. Be of good cheer, and do not fear, for I the Lord am with you, D&C 68: 6. Fear not thine enemies, D&C 136: 17.
BD
On the other hand fear is spoken of as something unworthy of a child of God, something that “perfect love casteth out” (1 Jn. 4: 18). The first effect of Adam’s sin was that he was afraid (Gen. 3: 10). Sin destroys that feeling of confidence God’s child should feel in a loving Father, and produces instead a feeling of shame and guilt. Ever since the Fall God has been teaching men not to fear, but with penitence to ask forgiveness in full confidence of receiving it.
HATRED
GS Hate, Hatred
I, God. visit the iniquity of the fathers upon the children of them that hate me, Ex. 20: 5. These six things doth the Lord hate, Prov. 6: 16. A foolish man despiseth his mother, Prov. 15: 20. He is despised and rejected of men, Isa. 53: 3. Do good to them that hate you, Matt. 5: 44. Either he will hate the one, and love the other; or else he will hold to the one, and despise the other, Matt. 6: 24. Ye shall be hated of all men for my name’s sake, Matt. 10: 22. Every one that doeth evil hateth the light, John 3: 20. Let no man despise thy youth, 1 Tim. 4: 12. Because they are rich, they despise the poor, 2 Ne. 9: 30. Despise not the revelations of God, Jacob 4: 8. They had an eternal hatred against us, Jacob 7: 24. Men set at naught the counsels of God, and despise his words, D&C 3: 7. I was hated and persecuted for saying that I had seen a vision, JS-H 1: 25.
The parable of the good Samaritan in Luke 10: 25-37 shows the hatred that the Jews had developed for the Samaritans because the Samaritans had apostatized from the Israelite religion. The Lord directed the Apostles to teach the gospel to the Samaritans (Acts 1: 6-8). Philip successfully preached the gospel of Christ to the people of Samaria and performed many miracles among them (Acts 8: 5-39).
Ps. 109: 3, 5
3 They compassed me about also with words of hatred; and fought against me without a cause.
• • •
5 And they have rewarded me evil for good, and hatred for my love.
Prov. 10: 12, 18
12 Hatred stirreth up strifes: but love covereth all sins.
Ezek. 35: 5, 11
5 Because thou hast had a perpetual hatred, and hast shed the blood of the children of Israel by the force of the sword in the time of their calamity, in the time that their iniquity had an end:

11 Therefore, as I live, saith the Lord GOD, I will even do according to thine anger, and according to thine envy which thou hast used out of thy hatred against them; and I will make myself known among them, when I have judged thee.
Alma 26: 9, 34
9 For if we had not come up out of the land of Zarahemla, these our dearly beloved brethren, who have so dearly beloved us, would still have been racked with hatred against us, yea, and they would also have been strangers to God.
Alma 43: 7, 11
7 Now this he did that he might preserve their hatred towards the Nephites, that he might bring them into subjection to the accomplishment of his designs.
Gal. 5: 20
20 Idolatry, witchcraft, hatred, variance, emulations, wrath, strife, seditions, heresies,
Jacob 3: 7
7 Behold, their husbands love their wives, and their wives love their husbands; and their husbands and their wives love their children; and their unbelief and their hatred towards you is because of the iniquity of their fathers; wherefore, how much better are you than they, in the sight of your great Creator?
Mosiah 10: 17
17 And thus they have taught their children that they should hate them, and that they should murder them, and that they should rob and plunder them, and do all they could to destroy them; therefore they have an eternal hatred towards the children of Nephi.
Mosiah 11: 17
17 And king Noah sent guards round about the land to keep them off; but he did not send a sufficient number, and the Lamanites came upon them and killed them, and drove many of their flocks out of the land; thus the Lamanites began to destroy them, and to exercise their hatred upon them.
Hel. 5: 51
51 And as many as were convinced did lay down their weapons of war, and also their hatred and the tradition of their fathers.
Now, this can swing both ways, but I ask these questions:
When it comes to teaching hatred of a people or a religion is the United States guilty of this?
When it comes to preaching and calling for the destruction of a people or a nation, is The United States guilty?
What message is the loudest? The US saying be afraid, must kill terrorists, freedom through war, or do good to those that hurt you, teach them of Christ and love your neighbor as yourself?
Is the US trying to heal the rift or make it increase?
In my opinion, as a nation, we are guilty!
We are supporting a government that is killing our brothers and sisters. We are supporting a government that is robbing our own people not to mention other nations! Our government is robbing lives as well as robbing wealth. How are they robbing wealth? Pushing a dollar that is losing value.
Is the United States guilty of oppressing the people when they are held to the standard of the US Constitution?
I could go on and on.
I support the Kingdom of God and the Church. Upholding the Constitution is the ONLY way to protect both...
The fight is within and without, but if the inner vessel is weak, it breaks!
I don't know how to wake up more saints, but I am going to try, because if this is not 'hanging by a thread" I don't know what else could be.
