Changed my name

Post by Steve Clark »

I just went back and realized that I never introduced myself on here. Seeing as I have recently become active in the forum again and that I changed my name, I thought I'd do a little get to know me thread.

My name is Steve Clark. Changed from 14freedom to one4freedom. I thought I was being clever when I originally chose that user name thinking that I am "one for freedom" but it didn't work so well.

I am a husband/father/home (debt) owner/2A supporter/car lover/software tester by trade/2nd generation conspiracy believer. My parents did a good job raising me despite my rebellious disposition. My dad was fairly well acquainted with Dr. Skousen and I have fond memories of visiting his house several times. I attended Benjamin Franklin Academy for a while. We tried homeschooling for a while, but I eventually went back to public school in 8th grade and then graduated from Bingham High School.

I read a lot more than I post, so don't expect too much from me. I'll try to occasionally make it to events. I don't remember a single time when I have truly been offended by anybody, so don't worry about hurting my feelings, though I reserve the right to question your reasoning ability if you disagree with me. :D

Was the Benjamin Franklin Academy you attended the one on Broadway in Mesa, AZ run by Dr. Kimber ?

Yes, Dr Jones. We have. I went to dinner with you at The Roof with my parents and Virginia. Thank you for your work! I've been catching up on your alternate energy and over-unity circuits. Good stuff

Lundbaek. It was Dr. Kimber's school in the Salt Lake Valley. Later, Glenn lived with us while he was getting Kimber Academy going.

Yes, I remember that dinner. Wonderful. Thanks for following the alt-energy work. I've been a bit discouraged lately, frankly, but the work goes on.

Here's 14 the conspiracy theorists amongst us. This is the one-thread I clicked on upon not seeing my own intro of several hours hasn't yet posted. Upon clicking an immediate connection is drawn to 14lds.net, a great website whose owner, if memory serves, lives in Virginia. :-o

Just checked and it's now 14lds.com, apparently the owner is now ok with using a .com for a non-commercial website, but no longer wishes to pay for the .net forwarding of his website. Perhaps my far-away IP address is of concern (a result of my being deceived that I am hoping will turn out to be a good thing overall, but has left me lonesome this Christmas), or the moderators are simply away caught-up in their own extensive celebrations? :ymparty:
