I was just wondering what everyone does in order to prepare themselves spiritually for conference? Do you think of questions you want answered or do you just go into it with an open mind? I'd be interested in hearing your thoughts.
Btw- I'm new to the forum, so I'm looking forward to getting to know all of you.

Welcome to the forum!
I really look forward to each conference. I just try to be spiritually prepared to hear what the spirit wants to tell me. I especially listen for particular things to be working on, indications of what is coming, etc. I also enjoy getting new insights into "the basics".
If there is something that is talked about that seems "boring" or "Not applicable" I ponder reasons why the Lord wanted it said, how it actually IS applicable - in other words I try to "liken it unto myself", sometimes I have gotten some pretty startling insights during what initally seemed like a humdrum topic. Being attentive to a talk that initally seems "not for me" are some of the best opportunites for the spirit to open up my understanding to a new facet that I ahdn;t pondered before.
