I wanted to get some comments on this because of what it would mean in terms of what Washington, DC may be expecting in the future...

The Ulsterman Report, known for their White House insider reports, has published an interview from a Wall Street insider that, if accurate, threatens to fundamentally change the make up and loyalties of the United States Military. According to a Wall Street insider with first-hand knowledge of the goings on in the Obama administration, there are interests within the White House – perhaps going as high as President Obama himself – that are positioning to unionize the entire military. According to the insider interview, the motive for the move is to ensure that U.S. military personnel are “justly represented.”
With Mr. Obama spending much of his time over the last three years placating unions, it is not that far of a stretch to consider this report as a real possibility. As is pointed out in the interview, this is an extremely grave and dangerous situation. A unionized military would become beholden not to the US Constitution or the American people, but rather, to the union bosses in charge of the new military “workers’ parties” that will undoubtedly spring up as a result.
Wow... if true, the implications are frightening. :ymsick:

I liked the bit from the original interview:
Wall Street: I have seen very little come from them (the Obama Administration) to suggest they understand what they are doing.
...
Ulsterman: Incentive programs?
Wall Street: Sure…such as…Cash for Clunkers. That was madness. Billions of dollars to shift previous months sales to another months sales? What was that? And the removal of cars from the road to the scrap heap? That made no sense. None. Any way you crunch those numbers…it made no sense. I don’t know who cooked that up, whether it was someone inside the administration, someone from the car companies…the unions most likely…it was madness. And what was done to the bond holders…(trails off)
President Obama really hasn't made much sense anywhere else in the presidency. He just seems to be acting out the soaring rhetoric that got him elected, without regard for results. Is he a presidential placekeeper until someone else comes along? A people placater until the next fascist prez? What's his purpose?

What!? Seriously!? This ObamaNation of a President is crazy!!! When I was in the military I was represented by my chief, who was represented by our lieutenant, who was represented by our commander, who was represented by our captain, who was represented by our admiral, etc., etc., and freak'n ect.!!! That was our UNION!!! We worked together, we fought together, we bled together, and we cried together. Can't get more union-ized than that!!!
Ironically, my brother who's in the Army, just complained to me that the ObamaNation administration is changing the military ID card that used to read 'Armed Forces' and will now read 'Uniform Services'. Apparently 'Armed Forces' is too harsh a term for our military ambassadors.
This is crazy!!!
Please vote the traitor out NOW!!!

I just started reading, 'None Dare Call It Conspiracy', and based on what I have read so far, it would not surprise me to see Barry do this.
BTW, I have a PDF copy of NDCC, if anyone wants a copy send me a p.m. and I will forward to you.
George Mason, the Father of the Bill of Rights, said, "As nations cannot be rewarded or punished in the next world, so they must be in this. By an inevitable chain of causes and effects, Providence punishes national sins by national calamities."

Well its obvious the unions don't have a problem terrorizing American citizens (voter intimidation at elections, beating up guys in wheelchairs at tea party events, J Hoffa Jr screaming for blood, etc). Now that they will unionize the military, good folks will not re-enlist and standards will be lowered to "fill the quota". With these new soldiers on hand (TSA rejects), there will be no regard for Posse Comitatus, the Constitution, or making the right choice. It will be the perfect storm for tyranny.....and it worked for the Nazis, so they know its been piloted with success.

What?? That is so non-descript. That could be applied to a myriad of professions.

"Uniform Services" seems designed to look like:
a) Service workers International Union
b) unions for uniformed services such as police and fire departments (public safety unions)
Let's get the psychological familiarity going here...

And what better way to get our troops to turn on their own people? I think they would currently have a difficult time getting our troops to suppress our people, but by unionizing the military, they will take the patriotism out of serving and force servicemen to quell any revolt. In addition, just imagine the control and power with all the money (union dues) that they would now take over. Right now I would guess a majority of military personnel lean conservative. That would all change. Makes me sick.

I would say a HUGE portion of the military are liberty-loving patriots who are a tad bit ignorant of the Constitution, but if educated, would fight to the death to protect it. The internal complaints against the current OBAMANATION are frequent all the way to the upper O-levels.
Unionization of the military would completely alter the nature of the military.
unionize military
