So, I've heard about a drawing Orson Pratt made of a tree that helps explain our progression after we die. I can't find mention of this tree, let alone its drawing, online.
Has anyone else run across this ever?

I believe you are talking about Orson Hyde's description of the Kingdom of God, which he received from Joseph Smith.
I've included the link below. If this isn't what you're talking about, then I'm intrigued to find out.

Re: Orson Pratt's "Celestial Tree"
When I think of the Celestial Tree, I think of the depiction in the movie "Thor" of The World Tree - Yggdrasil.... it actually looks like a nebula with cosmic trails forming the outline of a deciduous (Ash?) tree (trunk & branches). These nebulous lines lead to each of the Nine worlds.
Sadly, I cannot find an image from the movie (DVD to be released on Sept 13, 2011), but I DID find another image with depicts this quite well...

YAY! I did it! My first image! (had to set up an account at photobucket -sigh)

Nope, that's it. The person who originally told me about it sent me this exact same link just the other day. I got the name wrong. :ymblushing:dewajack wrote:I believe you are talking about Orson Hyde's description of the Kingdom of God, which he received from Joseph Smith.
