The great I AM

I was reading Brother Kleon's Skousen's talk about the atonement.
In it (as many of you know), he talks about the intelligences and how the Universe is composed of them. We know these intelligences of which we are the most advanced , where shown to Abraham.
Then Cleon talks about these tiny little intelligences and how they are aware of who they are, and they basically say " I AM, I exist" , well it is obvious that Jehovah was the greatest of them all.
It came to me during sacrament meeting that this may be the reason why he is called " The Great I AM" , in other words the greatest of these intelligences.

What do you guys think?
Please let me know your thoughts, this may have already been discussed here, but I thought it kinda made sense, I felt the spirit when I realized this... so I just wanted to hear your take on this.
