Hello from AZ

Hello everyone.
I have been following the forum for months and decided it was time to join. I really enjoy reading the differing view points on so many topics that I find interesting and that my family sometimes scoff at.
Just a little about me. I live in Mesa, AZ. I grew up in Eastern Arizona and although I have family members that are involved in the local politics, I had no interest or desire to know more. That is until 2008 when I started waking up and becoming aware of the things that were happening. For better or for worse, I think I am awake now. Now I am striving to prepare and help my family (which is struggle as they all think I am a little looney).
The postings on this forum have given me much food for thought and I have pondered a lot of what has been said. Thank you for your insights on the various topics discussed in this forum. It makes me realize that I still have much to learn and long miles to go before the end of my journey. But is will be an adventure the whole way through.
