Just an Okie living in Utah

I am a very simple person who grew up lower middle class to middle class. I am 43y with a wife and 3 children. I love the Book of Mormon and my Savior, Jesus Christ!
I take the prophecies literally and understand the Lord means what He says.
I am in no way perfect and have many things to change in my life in order to serve my Savior more faithfully.
I am strong minded and soft hearted. I am passionate about my beliefs, but will listen to others views and seriously consider them if they sound as if they are in line with the teachings of the Lord.
I have no interest in starting my own militia or joining any others. But I do realize that the Lord will cleanse this nation in His own time and in His own way and the Prophet will lead us down the path that the Lord has set.
I believe in personal revelation for my stewardship and that no man can receive revelation for me unless he has stewardship over me.
Yes, I too have had dreams and revelations concerning my life and the affairs of my family. They are sacred.
I am grateful for the many who express their ideals and readings on this site. It is my hope that we will follow the teachings of the Prophet when addressing our concerns on this site and will not deviate onto our own agendas.
Thank you for participating and sharing! I stand firm in my conviction of the importance of knowledge and applying that knowledge as God directs.
