I have a question, we are told the Elders of the Church will save the this Constitution and great country, How?
Here are some ideas:

Let us not be deceived in the sifting days ahead. Let us rally together on principle behind the prophet as guided by the promptings of the Spirit.
We should continue to speak out for freedom and against socialism and communism. We should continue to come to the aid of patriots, programs, and organizations that are trying to save our Constitution through every legal and moral means possible. (October 1963, General Conference)
Couldn't this include "Guns for America" and "Oathkeepers?"

[W]e will rally round the Constitution that was purchased by the blood of our fathers, and will support it….
[W]hile we do not trample under foot the Constitution, we will take care that others do not do it…. Shall we still bless the human family? Yes. Shall we rally around the Constitution of the United States, and protect it in its purity? Yes; we will save it when others forsake it. (September 13, 1857, Journal of Discourses, 5:246-247)
We will stand by that constitution and uphold the flag of our country when everybody else forsakes it. (March 5, 1865, Journal of Discourses, 11:92)
...................................................................................................................................................
[They] will tear away one plank of liberty after another, until the whole fabric will totter and fall; and many other nations will be cast down and empires destroyed; and
this nation will have to suffer as others will. And it will be as Joseph Smith once said,
“When all others forsake the Constitution, the Elders of this Church will rally around the standard and save its tattered shreds.” We will come to its rescue and proclaim liberty to all men. (November 30, 1879, Journal of Discourses, 20:357)

These secret combinations were spoken of by Joseph Smith, years and years ago. I have heard him time and time again tell about them, and he stated that when these things began to take place the liberties of this nation would begin to be bartered away…. [W]e would to God that our rulers would be men of righteousness, and that those who aspire to position would be guided by honorable feelings—to maintain inviolate the Constitution and operate in the interest, happiness, well-being, and protection of the whole community. [When] we see…men begin to tear away with
impunity one plank after another from our Constitution, by and by we shall find that we are struggling with the wreck and ruin of the system which the forefathers of this nation sought to establish in the interests of humanity. But it is for us still to sustain these glorious principles of liberty bequeathed by the founders of this nation, still to rally round the flag of the Union, still to maintain all correct principles, granting the utmost extent of liberty to all people of all grades and of all nations. If other people see fit to violate these sacred principles, we must uphold them in their entirety, in their purity, and be patriotic and law abiding and act honorably toward our nation…. (July 3, 1881, Journal of Discourses, 22:143-144)

And while other men are seeking to trample the Constitution under foot, we will try to maintain it. We have prophecies something like this somewhere; that the time would come when this nation would do as they are now doing—that is, they would trample under foot the Constitution and institutions of the nation, and the Elders of this Church would rally around the standard and maintain those principles which were introduced for the freedom and protection of men. We expect to do that, and to maintain all correct principle. (February 1, 1885, Journal of Discourses, 26:156)

It has been predicted that the time will come when [the Constitution] will be threatened with destruction, and when that time comes the
true Latter-day Saints will rally to its support. (1936, The Progress of Man, 299)

I believe that it is the destiny of the Latter-day Saints to support the Constitution of the United States. The Prophet Joseph Smith is alleged to have said—and I believe he did say it—that the day would come when the Constitution would hang as by a thread. But he saw that the thread did not break, thank the Lord, and that the Latter-day Saints would become a balance of power, with others, to preserve that Constitution. If there is—and there is one part of the Constitution hanging as by a thread today—where do the Latter-day Saints belong?
Their place is to rally to the support of that Constitution, and maintain it and defend it and support it by their lives and by their vote. Let us not disappoint God nor his prophet. Our place is fixed. (April 1933, General Conference)

It is my conviction that the elders of Israel, widely spread over the nation, will at that crucial time successfully
rally the righteous of our country and provide the necessary balance of strength to save the institutions of constitutional government. (October 1961, General Conference)
...................................................................................................................................................
Yes, but it will still hang, and there will be enough of good people,
many who may not belong to our Church at all, people who have respect for law and for order, and for Constitutional rights, who will rally around with us and save the Constitution. I have never read that that thread would be cut. It will hang; the Constitution will abide and this civilization, that the Lord has caused to be built up, will stand fortified through the power of God, by putting from our hearts all that is evil, or that is wrong in the sight of God, by our living as we should live, acceptable to him. (October 1922, General Conference)
