Maybe because he hasn't committed treason, and has done nothing impeachment worthy.
Bee Prepared wrote:Is there something under the Constitution that can be done?
Sure. He can be removed from office. Anyone can.
Bee Prepared wrote:Has he committed treason?
No.
Bee Prepared wrote: What is treason?
Treason is 1)the offense of acting to overthrow one's government or to harm or kill its sovereign; 2)a violation of allegiance to one's sovereign or to one's state.
Would you define these acts as fraud, un-constitutional?

NSA spying
IRS targeting of opposition
Benghazi
Fast and Furious
Arming Syrian rebels
Executive actions on gun control

NSA spying is probably unconstitutional. Fraud? Maybe. Isn't unconstitutional enough?

Banghazi has been partison idiocy from the beginning. Fraud? Only on the part of the people claiming it was something it wasn't.

"WASHINGTON — A report released late Friday about the fatal 2012 attacks in Benghazi, Libya, left Republicans in the same position they have been in for two years: with little evidence to support their critiques of how the Obama administration, and then-Secretary of State Hillary Rodham Clinton, responded to the attacks...... Similar to five other government reports ... “The effort to turn the Benghazi tragedy into a political scandal never had a factual basis” ..." http://tinyurl.com/q94koob" onclick="window.open(this.href);return false;

Fast & Furious is more wild-eyed right wing nonsense. Everyone who has been telling you it was anything other than that yes, is guilty of fraud.

Fast and Furious Report Destroys Right-Wing Conspiracy Theories

... One expects a certain amount of irresponsible and baseless accusation from far right commentators, but it’s worth remarking on just how outlandish the accusations were. ...

The report itself was met with support from all quarters. GOP Rep. Jason Chaffetz of Utah complimented Horowitz at a House Oversight hearing Thursday for his “tenacity” and his “wonderful report.” ...

Horowitz destroys the conspiracy theories on both sides of the aisle over 471-pages, but it’s the right wing screamers who come out looking worst ... http://tinyurl.com/o9k7tys" onclick="window.open(this.href);return false;

I don't know what your question is about arming the Syrian rebels. Are you mad that we did it at all? Do you think we should have done it sooner? Fraud? Where? The right lying about it? That would certainly be fraud. And I have no idea what you mean about executive actions on gun control either. Please tell me, and I'll be glad to respond.
