Clinton To Congress: Obama Would Ignore Your War Resolutions

The White House would forge ahead with military action in Libya even if Congress passed a resolution constraining the mission, Secretary of State Hillary Clinton said during a classified briefing to House members Wednesday afternoon.
I'm no lawyer, but a member of the executive branch telling congress they will ignore a lawful resolution, sounds like treason to me. How can she get away with saying something like this??

She thinks she is talking to potted plants.....history proves that she is correct...

The Constitution defines treason as levying war against the states, or adhering to their enemies by giving aid and comfort to them... soo technically no. But it is definitely illegal and everyone in congress should be furious. Lets see if that fury will actually do anything.

Don't hold your breath - every 'police action' taken since Roosevelt was in office has been with no declaration of war - Bush Sr. invaded Iraq in 1991 without it, 'W' launched the bogus 'war on terror' without it (which was founded on a giant fraud and lie to begin with) and now our intervention in Libya is just as heinous. Hillary knows most Americans are dumbed down politically and constitutionally and will not and do not care as long as they are able to come home to their TV's every night with a beer or Pepsi and numb their minds with American Idol or Dancing with the Stars. :p :ymblushing:

From what I am gathering, Hilary is fed up with Obama, and has already declared she isn't coming back should he be re-elected. I see it as she is telling Congress: "Don't waste your breath. The President will do whatever he wants to do, regardless of anything or anyone else's concerns."
