President David O. McKay told Cleon Skousen to do his work of The Freemen Institute, and in doing so President McKay said, "The way will open up." for our people in the Church to rise above this world's Babylonian influence and begin to work together in an environment that brings back Zion.

I asked Bruce to compose this document for the Freemen of the Church. There are four parts.

Bruce is in his mid 70s and he has been an important part in the planning of how our Church would avoid "The Cleansing" and bring again Zion.

Cleon Skousen would have had a hey-day with this information, as he was still researching for his book "The Fifth Thousand Years," which he would have written based on the message of where the following information comes from.

Freemen, if you want to save the constitution, this is of the information that you will need to base your saving efforts upon, for those efforts to have their maximum effect.

TO THE MEMBERS OF THE FREE MEN INSTITUTE
AND THEIR SUPPORTERS

HOW WE REACH “THE GOAL” OF
THE FREE MEN INSTITUTE


Those of us who were Cleon’s Close Friends and Supporters know why it was that he rented that Office in that Building (that is near to the current Building there, at 835 N. 700 East), in Provo, (right off-campus from BYU), in the late 1960’s, and named the Organization that he began there, “The Free Men Institute.”

Among his Friends, he told us the following so many times.
In 1967 President David O. McKay called him into his Office. Cleon said that it seemed to him that he had all of the Church’s Attorneys there. Cleon said that he had never seen President McKay so angry. Cleon said that it seemed to him that President McKay had felt that all of those Attorneys there had betrayed the Church.
After all of those Attorneys had left President McKay said to him, as so many of us have heard this, so many times: “Brother Skousen, our People are becoming Slaves. They are falling for the same old Lures and Tricks that all of the rest of the World is. I want you to go down to Provo and work on “HOW OUR PEOPLE CAN WORK TOGETHER BY THE LAW!”
Responding to that, Cleon asked, “Can’t the University do that?”
Cleon then said, “President McKay, sadly, lowered his head, then shook his head, and said, ‘No, they don’t have the vision.’”
To that, Cleon asked, “But what can I do?”
To that, President McKay responded, with what Cleon had told so many of us, so often, with these Words: “HE PROPHESIED TO ME, ‘YOU GO DOWN THERE, AND THE WAY WILL OPEN UP!’”


So, a Question that can come up, for many people, is: “What is it, from a ‘technical’ point of view, that that Specific Name, ‘Free Men,’ has to do with the subject of ‘Working Together By The Law’?”

After we have addressed that, as we do next, many might say, “Oh, this is such important information, that the Whole World should know about; but, about which information, it seems to me, that I had never heard anything about this, before, and, maybe, so few other people in the Whole World have ever heard about it either.

That is, sadly, that that is the way that things seem to be, except among people of such Exceptional Leadership Abilities as President McKay and Brother Skousen.

So, now, we will talk about The Background Information that answers that “Question that can come up, for many people.”

Then, after that, we will need to talk about The Background Information about “The TECHNOLOGICAL DISCOVERIES BY LDS PEOPLE” that have made it possible for us, now, to “Reach The Goal Of The Free Men Institute.”

Then we will talk about how all of us, Working Together By The Law, are able to Reach that Goal.
The Background Information About The Question: “What Does The Name, ‘Free Men,’ Have To Do With The Subject Of ‘Working Together By The Law’?”


In the World Financial Industry it has been understood, for Centuries now, that, “The Financial Capitol of the World” is what could be referred to as, “the Commonwealth of London,” the Buildings within the “One Square Mile” of Land that is within the Ancient Walls that have protected the ancient Community of London, after the time of its founding, in 450 AD.

In all of the Languages of Scandinavia the name, that is pronounced, “London,” in Modern English, means, “the Grove.” There were 3 “Anglo-Saxon Tribes,” that came to the island of Britain, to establish their Country of England, there, in 450 AD. These 3 “Tribes” were: “The Angles, the Saxons, and the Jutes.” The Angles came from the east side of the Danish Peninsula, which is the Land that has, for Thousands of Years, now, been called, “Angle-land.” The Saxons came from the north part of Germany, which has been known, throughout its History, in the way that that is said in English, as, “Saxony.” London was founded, at about that time, of 450 AD, by the Tribe that is known as, “the Jutes,” who came, originally, from the South Half of Sweden, the name of which Land, for the last 2,000 years, now, has been called, by the People there, in their Language, by the words which sound like, “Jute-land,” in English.

The Jutes had been Members of the Church of Original Christianity since the first part of the First Century AD. By Article 13 of the Magna Carta, London is still organized, today, in the same way that it was at that time of its Founding, in about 450 AD. That Article states that: “London shall have all of its Ancient Liberties and Free Customs, both by Land and by Sea.”


As the youngest Member of the Quorum of the Twelve, David O. McKay was assigned to preside over the European Missions from the residence that he had that was in the Modern City of London. Thereafter he was always so interested in the way that the Ancient “Commonwealth of London” has always been organized like it has been, which is so similar to the way that the Prophet Joseph Smith was instructed to organize The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints.

That ancient “One Square Mile” is “organized” around its “Temple,” the only such one still remaining in present-day Europe, although the Records show that virtually every “Shire” into which Nordic Europe has been divided used to be organized around such a “Temple,” before all of those others were destroyed by the Political Dictators that came to dominate so much of Europe during what are known as, Ancient and Medieval Europe’s “Dark Ages.” On its Island, protected by its Large Navy, London had that protection against those Military Dictators that other places in Europe did not have.

It can be said that that Ancient London is divided into 25, what LDS people would identify as, “STAKES.” In London they are called, “WARDS.”

Each WARD is presided over by its “Common Law of England” “JURY” of “12 WARDENS,” so identical with an LDS Stake High Council. And, the “President” of that Ward, its “Judge,” is its “Alderman,” (“elder-man” of that “Stake”), whose duties are similar to those of an LDS Stake President.

Each Ward, has been divided, throughout the History of London, into their Local Church Organizations, (those which are called, “the Wards,” of the LDS Church).

(In the Middle Ages each of those “Local Organizations,” across all of Nordic Europe, were called, in English, by the English name, “Township.”)

[During the Middle Ages, after European Continental “Statecraft” came into England, the Latin word, of Roman Catholicism, “parishes,” began being used as the name for those Local Church Organizations. However, since, on the European Continent, ALL of what is thought of as, “Nordic Europe,” has always been divided up into the Local Christian Church Organizations that have always been characterized by the “Main Meeting” that happens in them, which is, the Local Christian Members of those Local Church Organizations gathering together, every Sunday, to partake of the Sacrament, which, since in the vocabulary of Roman Catholicism, of the Statecraft of Medieval Europe, partaking of the Sacrament of Christianity was called participating in the, “communion,” ALL of those Local Church Organizations, throughout Nordic Europe, have always been called, “communes,” in the vocabulary of Medieval European Statecraft and of Roman Catholicism.

The “Nordic European” word, that is said, “Church,” in English, is said, “Kirche,” in German-speaking Lands. In Ancient Germany that name, originally, was, what would be said in English as, “The Kingdom of the Keys,” the Keys of the Authority of the Priesthood, that the Lord had conveyed to the 12 Apostles. In Ancient German that would have been something like, “Key-Reich.” And, since, throughout the History of Germany, the “General Conference” of all of the Leaders of all of the “Communes,” of a German-speaking Land, was held on “Easter Day,” Easter Sunday, which was “Reichs-Day,” in German, that Meeting of the Representatives from all of the Communes of a Land, was given that name, which is, “Reichstag,” in German. How similar this is to the way that, before the LDS Invention of Television, the Bishop of every Ward in the LDS Church was expected to go to the Tabernacle, in Salt Lake City, for General Conference. This Practice, among the People of Nordic Europe got the Statecraft of Medieval France to call such Meetings at the Leadership Headquarters of a Nordic Land, “La Chamber des Communes,” (“the Chamber of the Communes,” in Medieval French), which is the origin of the expression, in England. of, “The House of Commons,” which is the same as, “The House of Representatives,” in the State and National Governments of the USA.]


The concept of, “Working Together By The Law,” among people speaking the English Language, brings up the thought of Doing Business by the Ancestral “Free Enterprise System” of the People of Nordic Europe. In “theory,” by Article 13 of the Magna Carta, that Commonwealth of London has continued doing that until this time.

And, with that thought, we have Answers to many of the Questions that people might ask, about how “Business” works, all over the World today, etc.

“How does the ‘World of Work,’ work, all around the World, today?” It is, basically, controlled by the World Financial Industry. “And, how is it that that Industry is controlled?” The World Financial Industry is controlled, basically, by the, “500,000 LONDON FREE MEN,” who, by their Ancient Rules, there in London, control the “Quadrillions of Dollars of Value” of their LONDON BOND MARKET, which Value has been built, to be that World Controlling Value that it is, by their “WORKING TOGETHER BY THE LAW OF THEIR FOREFATHERS, there and elsewhere, over these past, almost, 2,000 years. With this information, we have the relationship connection of the name, “Free Men,” with the expression, “Working Together By The Law,” which has been appreciatingly understood by Well Informed Minds, such as those of President David O. McKay and Cleon Skousen. So, now, with that said, let’s approach having an understanding of how it is, for one thing, that “ALL OF THE CENTRAL BANKS” OF THE WORLD, etc. are controlled by that London “Bond” Market.

And, perhaps, the best way to do that is to tell quite a bit of the History of the People who were known as, “the Jutes,” (which History Cleon loved so dearly). As we do this we will be coming to some understanding of how it is that the “Negative” Influences that there are, among the “World Financial Powers,” have kept almost all of this “Background Information” so remote from “average folks,” that they may never hear of these things. And, at the same time, we can see how it has been that Most Alert Minds, such as the Mind of President McKay, may see the activities of those Negative Powers, attempting to do such things as “enslaving” the People of the World.

A way to introduce that History is to, briefly, consider the way that the 500,000 London “Free Men” have “Worked Together By The Law,” of their Forefathers, over the many Centuries that they have been there in London, doing that.

In that Historic “One Square Mile” London, each one of its Wards contained the Residences, Business Needs, Facilities, etc. of the Free Men who lived in that Ward. Explaining that, in Historic London, “All of the Grocers lived and operated in the Grocers Ward; All of the Merchants lived and operated in the Merchants Ward; All of the Tailors lived and operated in the Tailors Ward, etc. etc.

“And, how did they operate?”

A Christian Boy would pray to his Heavenly Father to ask for the inspiration to know which of the “25 Professions,” there in London, his Heavenly Father wanted him to learn, in order for him to be able to best serve his Heavenly Father’s Children, here in this World. When he felt that he knew what he was to do, he would volunteer to live and work in the Ward of London where that Profession, (“Craft” in English), was practiced. Throughout Nordic Europe those Boys, during that Preparation Time, were called, “Learners,” (“Lerners,” in German). In England Statecraft from France got the French word for Learners, “Apprentices,” utilized as the name for those Young Men.

Then, when a Young Man felt that he knew enough of that specific Professional “Craft,” that he had been preparing for, in order for him to be able to best serve his Heavenly Father’s Children, here in this World, he would ask that he be given the right to go through the Ceremony of the London Temple, in order to take his “Oath,” there, to perform that Craft to the best of his Ability. The Leaders of that Craft, having watched that Young Man, during his preparation years, and listening to him as he took his Oath, in the Temple, if they agreed that he was doing what he was doing worthily, they voted, among themselves, on that. If that Vote was positive, that Young Man, for the rest of his Life, WAS A LONDON “FREE MAN.”
“What about that ‘Temple,’ today?”

If a Young Man in England, or Wales, till this time, wants to become a Lawyer practicing “The Common Law of England,” (the Law in England that is decided by the Verdicts of “the Ancient Nordic 12-Man ‘Juries,’” of the Lands of Northern Europe, has been called, throughout Modern English History, “the Common Law of England”), the only way that that Young Man can do that is by his attending one of the 4 “Inns of Temple” (the only 4 Law Schools of the Common Law of England in England). 2 of those 4 Law Schools are located at the site of the Temple of London that was built at the time of the Crusades. The other 2 are at the Location of the previous Temple of London, that was built after the time when the Jutes came to and settled that part of England.

This information “unifies” the Concepts of, “LAW” and of “FREE MEN,” for people who have resided in London for some time, like David O. McKay did.

[The Tragedy, in relation to this information, is the story of how the “Evil Doer” (late Medieval) “Bankers,” who had been excluded from England, managed to get into England during the time of the English Civil War, in the mid-1600’s. When they felt ready for that, they caused, in the late 1600’s, “the Great Plague of London,” wherein many of the Great Minds and Leaders of the London Free Men were killed. Then, so that they could operate out of London, in order to kill of the plague-spreading Insects that they had secreted into London, they caused, “the Great Fire of London.”

The “Main Street” of the London Ward that was occupied by those practicing the Craft of being Tailors, has been, “Threadneedle Street.” After the Great Fire of London, the Tailors rebuilt their Tailors “Guildhall” on Threadneedle Street. Those recently alien Evil Doers, who caused the Great Plague and the Great Fire of London, wanted to bring, there, their concept for trying to Control the Work of the People of the World through their invented concept of “Central Banks,” and, then, were those who, after those disasters, brought that concept of theirs to London, where they negotiated with London’s Tailors to take over their recently rebuilt Guildhall. From that time till now that location, there on London’s Threadneedle Street, has been the “World Headquarters” of their “Bank of England.”]

With this much Background Information covered, now let us briefly consider, “The History of the Jutes.”


The History of the Jutes

As this information is so accurately documented in the “Ancient Sagas” of Iceland, that are required study in all of the School Systems of Scandinavia, because of the unique source of information which they are, to the People there, whose information about their “Founding Forefathers” was, otherwise, so completely “obliterated” by the Forces of Medieval Mediterranean Statecraft, against the Ancestral “LAW” Organization of the People of Scandinavia, we can begin this “History” with some information from those Sagas, and continue it with the widely available facts of the Military History of Europe. [In the effort to be able to best perform Responsibilities in relation to the Church’s Genealogy Work, the LDS Church has so extensively gathered the Records of so much of all of the Townships of Nordic Europe, and has deposited them in the vast, underground, Granite Mountain Records Vaults, under the large Granite Mountains, at the southeast corner of the Salt Lake Valley. The person who was in charge of these Activities of the Church, for so long, Archibald F. Bennett, was referred to by Church Leaders as, “the Man who knows more about Genealogy than anyone who has ever lived.” Brother Bennett used to regularly inform people that when one takes the Records of all of the Townships of Nordic Europe and puts them together, they PROVE that the Histories that are told in the Icelandic Sagas, are true. We will now tell about part of the History of the Jutes from those Sagas, and then the rest from the widely available facts of the Military History of Europe.]

Some years before the middle of the First Century AD, People from Judea (who, in their Language are identified as, “Judes”), migrated from Judea to Nordic Europe. These Ancient Sagas, that Brother Bennett says are proven true by the Church’s Vast Genealogy Records, tell how this Migration was led by the Resurrected Lord and the 12 Apostles that the Lord had ordained as the Leaders of His Church.

At that time the Israelite-descended People, of the South Half of Sweden, became very important in the History of those Sagas.

The Ancestral Land of those People had been organized, from the time when they first came there, in the way that Moses had organized the 12 Tribes of Israel: in “Tens, Fifties, Hundreds, and Thousands,” within each Tribe. Those “Ten-ships” of Nordic Europe are the origin of the English name for them of, “Townships.” A group of 10 of those Townships, in Southern Sweden, have been called, “Hundreds,” there, through its History, till this time. [These “Hundreds,” made up of 10 “Ten-ships,” are the origin of the concept of “Counties,” in the USA. Throughout Germany 10 of such “Ten-ships” have constituted a “a Hundred-ship,” (”eine Hundertschaft,” in Modern German), throughout the History of Germany.

When the Lord came to Southern Sweden He was worshipped so earnestly, there, by the People there who had waited so long for their Messiah to come to them and bring to them His Law.

At that time when He came there, a request was made of Him, in relation to the Work that He had done, for the Salvation of Mankind, in Judea. There, in Judea, His Mother, and her Husband, were the hereditary heirs, from their Forefather, King David, to the Kingship of Israel. And, since that hereditary right of His, to the Kingship of the People of Judea, (whose ancestral name for their People was, “the Judes”), was a part of the Services which He had performed, for the Salvation of Mankind, the People of Southern Sweden requested of Him the honor, that they could, thereafter, use for their name the Ancestral Name of the People among whom He had done his Mission, in their Land, and had accomplished, there, the Salvation of Mankind. This information, in the Icelandic Eddas, tells how the Lord granted to them that request. However, because of the differences among Languages, the closest that those People of Southern Sweden could come to calling themselves, “the Judes who live in Judeland,” was, in their Language, “the Jutes who live in Juteland.”

[This Information is available in the Ancient Icelandic Writings that are known as, “The Eddas,” of Iceland. When Cleon was striving so earnestly to complete his Work that he entitled, “The Majesty of God’s Law,” he called his Friend who knew and had that Information in both the English and Icelandic Languages. When Cleon heard that information, that is the basis of so much of the True History of Europe, from the time of the Lord’s Ministry to the time of the Crusades, which History of that time the Enemies of the Nordic People had destroyed so much of it that it was given the name, “the Dark Ages,” Cleon was so thrilled as he exclaimed to that Friend of his, with his ability in both of those Languages: “Oh, boy, this is Strawberries and Cream; you and me, we are going to write, ‘The Fifth Thousand Years,’” (which would be the True History of Europe, from the time of the Lord’s Ministry until the Crusades, instead of only all of that Missing Information that has made it so that that time is called, “the Dark Ages”).]


One thing that the Lord did, as He established His Law among the Israelite-organized Tribes of the People of Nordic Europe, changed the Military History of the World, from the Story of just Murders after Murders, to what is identifiable as the Main Thing among Mankind that has produced Peace and Safety throughout the World.

He made it part of His Law, that He gave to all of His People, throughout Nordic Europe, (and this is a part of the Constitutions of some US States, as it is in the Constitution of Utah, till this time), that Every Able-bodied Young Man, between the Ages of 18 and 45, had to Keep and Bear Arms, and Know How To Use Them. And, each of them needed to place his Life between the Life of a Woman or a Child, and a Danger that was threatening them. That happened so that if such a Young Man should see something like a vicious Wolf coming to prey on a child, that Young Man, with his Weapon, needed to run up, between the child and that Danger, and do all that he could with that Weapon against that Danger. These Organizations, of virtually All of the Young Men of Nordic Europe, were given the name that they were the “Young-Man-ries” of their People, the origin of the “Yeomanries” of Northern Europe, after that time. These Yeomanries, of the Townships of Colonial New England, are what formed themselves into “the United States Army,” that drove the Predatory Forces from Britain out of New England, thereafter, which was the beginning of winning the US Revolutionary War, and has continued, until this time, as “the National Guard” of the States of the USA.

As glorious a thing as this is, for the Peace of the World, this is what ended so many of the Evils that were promoted by the Roman Empire, in which about ½ of its Population were Slaves. The Dictators of the Roman Empire had made a Small, SOLID Gold Coin, which they paid to a man if he would risk his life for it, in his attempt to obey the Dictates of that Dictator. Such a man, risking his Life for that Small, SOLID Gold Coin, to carry out that Dictator’s Dictates, was named that he was a, “SOLID-ier,” of that Dictator, which is the origin of the English word, “soldier.”

Some years after the Lord’s Ministry in Northern Europe, when the Roman Emperors realized the impossibility that it was going to be, for them, to be able to keep on ruling their Western Europe etc., wherein it was felt that about half of such Populations were the Slaves of those Emperors, when their paid Solidiers had become so outnumbered by all of the Able-bodied Young Men in all of the Yeomanries throughout all of Nordic Europe, and, then, the Roman Emperors learned that it was “Judes from Judea” who had traveled up to Northern Europe to organize that, there, in their fury against those Judes and Judea, those Roman Emperors had their Squads of Murderers go over and destroy so much of Judea, including destroying the Temple in Jerusalem, as the Lord, on His way to Calvary, told some of His Followers that that was going to happen.

Then, when the Jute Christians, in Juteland, heard of the horrible persecutions that the Roman Emperors were having their Army of their paid Solidiers inflict upon their fellow Jude Christians, of Judea and of the Eastern Roman Empire, a large part of their Yeomanry traveled from Juteland to the North Shore of the Black Sea, from where, on the many boats that they built there, they traveled across the Black Sea, to save many of their fellow Jude Christians who resided in Asia Minor.

The North Shore of the Black Sea is part of, “the Steppes,” “the Great Plains” of Eurasia. That area, for its most extensive “pastures” etc., is known in Biology as, “the Homeland of the Horse.” When Members of the Jutes’ Yeomanry encountered numbers of the very large, 1½ Ton Horses, that lived from those Pastures, those Brilliant People invented “the Second-most Important Invention in Military History,” (after Guns, the Most Important Invention in Military History, that was discovered about 1,000 years later), “the Stirruped Saddle,” which a Jute Knight found would let him deliver the entire violence of his 1½ Ton Charging “Warhorse” into the tip of his Lance, which became the beginning of what is known in Military History as, “Shock Attack Tactics,” which is the beginning of the “Knighthood,” that was invented by those Jutes, which, then, dominated about the following 1,000 years of the Military History of Europe.

To stop the Knighthood Yeomanry Cavalries of the Jutes from coming over and freeing so many of the Romans’ Slaves, throughout Western Europe, the Roman Emperors had many of their Solidiers, with their Slaves, go east from Italy, into what they named, “Romania,” to build a Line of Fortresses along the top ridges of the Carpathian Mountains, the North Border of Romania, which was to be the Romans’ Defensive Line, between the Roman Empire’s Southwest Europe and the Steppes of Eurasia, where the Jutes had temporarily settled.

However, when Yeomanry Cavalries of that First “Knighthood,” in the World, of the Jutes, rode over to just inspect what it was that the Roman Infantry Solidiers thought that they were doing there, those Roman Solidiers were so terrified, of this Most Brilliant Invention in the Military History of the World, till that time, that so many of them just “snuck” away, and ran etc. back to a better, more distant protection for them, in Italy, rather than remaining anywhere near to these most Brilliant Masters of Military Ability, in the World, at that time. Then, after so many of those Roman Solidiers had run away, like that, it seems that about half of the Jute People, who had lived on the North Shore of the Black Sea for over 100 years, by that time, decided to move their Families over into Romania, to live there. When they did, something that could be expected happened.

It seems that the non-military Romans, and the Slaves, who had stayed in Romania, were very “charmed” by these Beautiful (some of them Blue-eyed Blonds, like they didn’t have in the “Mediterranean Race” physiology of Italy, at that time), Brilliant, Kind and Courteous Members of the Original Church of the Lord.

As these “Mediterranean” People tried to “interact” with the Jutes, they discovered how dearly the Jutes loved their “Gospel,” (the original Scandinavian word for the Visit of the Lord to their People and His establishment of His Church among them, which Scandinavian word for the Lord’s Visit to Northern Europe was entirely stamped out, on the Continent of Europe, by Dark Ages Statecraft, from the Romans etc., except in the Island “situations” of the British Isles and in Iceland, in which second location the original meaning of the word, “Gospel,” has remained, there, meaning, “the God Story,” The Visit of the Resurrected God of Israel to their Forefathers.)

With this sincere attention to their Gospel, by these interested People, living in this “new” Land, for the Jutes, their Responsibility for Missionary Work took its very important position, among them. An initial result of this was the production of the very first version of the Jutes’ Christian Bible that was ever produced in the Alphabet of the Romans. The Jutes had not yet learned to speak in the Latin Language of the Romans, but what they were able to do was to take a Copy of their Christian Bible, in their Swedish Language, and write all of those Swedish words with the Romans’ Alphabet.

It was felt that by their doing that, those new, Roman Neighbors of theirs, could, at least, be able to “pronounce” the Beloved Gospel of the Jutes, in the Jutes’ Swedish Language and, thus, have a beginning in communicating with the Jutes about the Beloved Gospel of their People.

[A Copy of that First Christian Bible, written in the Latin Alphabet of the Romans, which Copy is named with the Latin name, “the Codex Argenteus,” has long been a well preserved historical item at the Library of the Main University of Sweden, Upsala University. It was about a century later before it became a project of the Dictators of the Romans to produce a Bible that was written in the Romans’ Latin Language. And, that was done as a part of an Evil Plan, by Romans and by their Evil Doer Associates, which Plan is what the Lord explains, in Section 86 of the Doctrine and Covenants, as the Evil Plan to, “drive the church into the wilderness,” to the relatively “deserted” Island, at that time, of Britain, allowing the Romans’ Allies, the Huns, who drove the Angles and the Saxons from their very productive, prosperous, previous Homelands, to be able to occupy the productive, “former” Saxony, of the Saxons, for the subsequent 800 years.]


By our having had “the patience” to make our way through the above given details of the Military History in Europe, at that time of the transition from Ancient History there to Medieval History, we have come to the place where we can now address the ONE THOUGHT that is that which has allowed THE VALUE that the World operates on, at this time, to be “easily” explained, to Everybody in the World who wants to know it, which has been, “THE GOAL” OF THE FREE MEN INSTITUTE.


A place where we can begin is with a word, in the ancient Swedish Language of the Jutes, that is in that Codex Argenteus, that the Jutes wrote to help their new Neighbors, the Civilian Romans then living in Romania, to, at least, get an introduction to the Study of the Gospel, which was the Center of Life among those Christian Jutes.

That word, in the 18th Chapter of John, in English, is the word, “band,” in the expression there of the “band of men and officers” that “took Jesus.” In the Ancient Southern Swedish Language of the Jutes, at that place in the Codex Argenteus, that word is said, “hanse.”

People who know something of the History of the Ancestral Free Enterprise System, of the People of Northern Europe, during the Middle Ages History of that System, know that the “Organization” that WAS that System, (from that one of its 4 Headquarters “Kontors,” in the West, which was at London, and, then, along all of the Shores of the North Sea, the Shores of Scandinavia and all of the other Shores of the Baltic Sea, over to another of its 4 Headquarters “Kontors,” that was in the East, which was near Novgorod, Russia), was one in which all of the Participants in that “Orgnaization” used that Ancient Jutish word, “Hanse,” as the name for their Organization. And, that may have been because the MAIN HEADQUARTERS of that Hanse had been, for so long, at the Community of Wisby, on the Island of Gotland, which is off of the Shore from Southern (Juteland) Sweden.

So, the English name for the Organization of the Ancestral Free Enterprise System of the Nordic Race, during the Middle Ages of Europe’s History, was, “the Hanseatic League,” the English way of saying that Jutish word, “Hanse.”

The Main Language of the Hanseatic League, that was spoken from Belgium and the Netherlands, on the east Shore of the North Sea, then, eastward from there, all of the way along all of the South Shore and, then, the East Shore of the Baltic Sea, to near Novgorod, was what was the Language that, pronounced in German, was, “Platt Deutsch,” but which is expressed, today, in English, as being the “Dutch” Language.

So, because the Jutish People of Southern Sweden, from their Island of Gotland, seem that they are the ones who “began” the “Organization” of the Free Enterprise System, of Nordic Europe, as it operated from the Middle Ages till today, it seems that it was felt to be “courteous” for all of the People who participated in that Organization to try to use some way of saying that Jutish word as the name for that Organization.
Again, all that that Jutish word, “hanse” means, in the English Language, is the English word, “band.” “And, what is the Significance of that word, ‘band’?” That word, “band,” and all of its “forms,” teach us that ONE THOUGHT that gives to Mankind the Value that the World has worked on, for Centuries, now.
“What are some of the ‘forms’ of that word, ‘band’?”

Some of those forms, in English, are: “bind,” “bond,” and “bound.” In German the word for the essence of Good Government, among them, is that they have a “Bundes Republik.” And, the German word for our English word, “Covenants,” as in the title of the “Doctrine and Covenants,” is that that Book is the “… … Forbundets” Buch.

From the time when our Ancestors began Working Together By The Law, that Our Lord gave to them, from the time when, as Young Men, they went to their Temple with their pledge to their Father in Heaven of the way that they felt that they would be best able to serve His Will, among His Children, here on the Earth, those Young Men were “BIND-ing” themselves to DO that.

“What, then, has been this “Holy Power,” that assisted the “Fathers” of the early Latter-day Saints?” In D&C 86, the Lord said:

8. Therefore, thus saith the Lord unto you, with whom the priesthood hath continued through the lineage of your fathers
9. For ye are lawful heirs, according to the flesh, and have been hid from the world with Christ in God
10. Therefore your life and the priesthood have remained, and must needs remain through you and your lineage until the restoration of all things spoken by the mouths of all the holy prophets since the world began.
11. Therefore, blessed are ye if ye continue in my goodness, a light unto the Gentiles, and through this priesthood a savior unto my people Israel. The Lord hath said it. Amen.

The Church Historian, Leonard Arrington, said, in the Book that he wrote that was entitled, “the United Order,” that, in Salt Lake City, 2 of the United Orders there, “were just ‘continuations’ of the English Guild System.” That is that the way that they worked together was the way that London’s Craft Guilds worked together, by their Law.

Working this way, when the Young Men of London went into their Temple to “BIND” themselves, to do what they earnestly believed that their Father in Heaven wanted each of them to do, when that was accepted as a truth, by the Leaders of the Craft in which each of those Young Men wanted to serve, that “BIND-ing” was what allowed each of those Young Man to become a London Free Man, in the “BAND” of all of the others in that Craft which that Young Man had selected as the one in which to best serve his Heavenly Father. [In the German Language the way that someone says, “It works,” is, “es gilt.”

Apparently, the name that was thought up, for that Organization, of all of the Crafts of the Craftsmen of Nordic Europe, all “working” together in the way that they did, and, probably mainly because of the predominance in so much of what it was that that Organization did that was done in a German Language, that “System” that was the Free Enterprise System that the Craftsmen of England participated in, began being called, “the Gild System,” the “it works” System, by some English speakers. Then, with the influence of “Spelling Peculiarities” for the French Language, a “u” got placed into that word that made the BAND of the Free Men of London, that worked in a particular Craft, become known, thereafter, as a, “Guild.”]

“And, so, then, once again, what is it that brought that to which the Young Men of the London Guild System, (including the ‘fathers’ of those Members of London’s Second Most Prominent Guild, its Fishemen’s Guild, that brought over to America so many of the Thousands of their Associates to help them fish the best Fishery in the Atlantic, the Grand Banks Fishery, off of the Coast of New England, and to found Puritan New England, in their doing that), told their Heavenly Father that they were BINDing themselves to do, that let them into that BAND, that became known as their Guild, which made it so that the BOND Market, of the current 500,000 London Free Men, has, over the Centuries, been able to establish its Control over the Quadrillions of Dollars in the Values that their Working Together By Their Law has produced?”

Latter-day Saints are given what could be thought of as an introduction, in relation to this, as the Lord talked, in D&C 86, with those, “with whom the priesthood hath continued through the lineage of your fathers,” as they are asked by the Lord to “continue in my goodness” as their Righteous “fathers” had. The Lord said, there, “blessed are ye if ye continue in my goodness.” “How Blessed?”

We now come to that ONE THOUGHT that lets all of our Heavenly Father’s Children HAVE ALL OF THE BLESSINGS THAT THEY CAN HOPE FOR, IN THEIR SINCERE DESIRE TO BE OF THE BEST SERVICE THAT THEY CAN BE, TO ALL OF THEIR HEAVENLY FATHER’S CHILDREN HERE ON THE EARTH.

That ONE THOUGHT, that explains All of the Blessings, All of the Joy, All of the Goodness, for which the Eternal Intelligences of each one of our Heavenly Father’s Children in this World can hope, is given to us in D&C 82:10:

“I, THE LORD, AM BOUND WHEN YE DO WHAT I SAY!”

Almighty God, our Heavenly Father, is BOUND, to Work Together With Us, in His Law, as we live it. In 3 Nephi 15:9. the Resurrected Lord said,

Behold, I am the law. Look unto me, and endure to the end, and ye shall live; for unto him that endureth to the end will I give eternal life

AS WE HAVE BEEN TOLD FROM OUR CHILDHOODS, FROM THE FATHER, THE SON, AND THE HOLY GHOST, WE HAVE ALL OF THE ANSWERS THAT ALL OF THE RIGHTEOUS PEOPLE OF THE WORLD WANT.

Let’s let them have that through the LDS Invention of the Internet, which President McKay prophesied will be the Means that will let us reach the Goal he set for us, as he set the Goal that he did for Cleon and for these LDS Inventions. That is our next Subject.

AND THEIR SUPPORTERS

THE TECHNOLOGICAL DISCOVERIES OF THE LDS PEOPLE
THAT HAVE MADE IT POSSIBLE FOR US, NOW, TO
“REACH ‘THE GOAL’ OF THE FREE MEN INSTITUTE”

The First Part of this information addressed the understanding of people who have a familiarity with the relationship of the hundreds of thousands of the men who, today, operate the London Bond Market and the way that they understand that they are “Working Together By The” Rules of the Common “Law” of England, which is only taught, in England, at their Current Temple and at the Location of London’s previous Temple.

With that having been addressed, a subsequent subject, for us, who want to assist in accomplishing the Goal that President McKay assigned to Cleon, in relation to how Our People can use this information to Work Together By The Law, is what it has been that has been the best utilization of that in Our Country.

With that addressed we then address how we can use the Technologies, that were developed, in this Country of Ours, by LDS People, so that as many of us as want to can assist in accomplishing this Goal.

So, of the 2 “parts” of this Current Information, the “first part” is about what it seems that all Americans ought to understand but which, it seems, that almost none do.

Then, the “second part” is about how LDS People who understand this essential information about Our Country, can, effectively, help all other LDS Church Members, who also want to assist in reaching this Goal, to also feel prepared to do this, with the Technological Equipment that LDS persons invented in order for us to be able to do this.

And, as this information is made available, this way, to any and all LDS People, throughout Our Country, who would like to have an understanding about this, “the Technological Facilities” will be in place to also let everybody else, in Our Country, who also want to learn this and be able to participate in this, to also be able to do this, as well.

What so few know, but which all should

At the beginning of the previous “First Part” it was presented:

“After we have addressed that, as we do next, many might say: ‘Oh, this is such important information, that the Whole World should know about; but about which information, it seems to me, that I had never heard anything about this, before, and, maybe, so few other people in the Whole World have ever heard about this either.”

And, about this information, that is the “first part” of this “Second Part” of our talking about This Subject, it may seem that many might say: “OH, THIS IS SUCH IMPORTANT INFORMATION ABOUT THE ‘HISTORY’ OF THE WAY THAT OUR PEOPLE, IN THIS COUNTRY, HAVE ‘WORKED TOGETHER BY THE LAW,’ OF OUR COUNTRY, THAT EVERY SCHOOLCHILD IN THIS COUNTRY SHOULD KNOW ABOUT, BUT, ABOUT WHICH IT SEEMS THAT HARDLY ANY OF THE PEOPLE WHO WORK IN THIS COUNTRY AS LAWYERS HAVE EVER EVEN HEARD ANYTHING ABOUT IT!”

When our Heavenly Father restored the True Church upon the Earth, He told those who were chosen to be those through whom it was restored, “Your First Responsibility is To Seek After Your Dead!”

Doing that, having gathered the Foremost Collection of the Genealogical Records of Mankind, Our Church is recognized, around the World, as the Foremost Authority in the World on the Subject of the Genealogy of Mankind.

In the Book of Esdras, in the Apocrypha, it says that when the Babylonian Empire conquered the Assyrians, who had taken the 10 Tribes of Israel into Slavery, and told those Israelites that they were free to leave, Those Israelites said: “Let us go into a Northern Land, where man has never been; there we will keep the Law that we never kept in our Own Land.”

Available Records show that, at about that time, about 600 BC, those 10 Tribes, organized in the way that Moses’ Father-in-law, (who was the Leader of the Church that had been led by Melchizedek), had told Moses that the Tribes of Israel should be organized, arrived in what had been an, apparently, unsettled Land of Scandinavia.

Practicing the Principle of: “Be Fruitful, and Multiply, and Replenish the Earth,” those Israelite Tribes soon filled Scandinavia and needed to move south, onto the part of Europe below Scandinavia, where they became the many Tribes of the People there speaking the German Language.

Since the concept of being “free” was important among these Germanic Tribes, and since the Evils that were practiced in the City of Rome, Italy, made it so that after the Roman Empire was begun about ½ of its population were in Slavery, the reason that Romans formed their Military Empire was to prevent those Germanic Tribes, with their freedoms, from taking over the southwest of Europe, which the Roman Dictators then made into their Empire, with ½ of its Population, Slaves, etc.


Our Genealogical Records show that the Germanic Tribes, of Scandinavia and the German-speaking Lands, were organized, from their beginning, in about 600 BC, in the way that Moses organized the 12 Tribes of Israel: by 10’s, 50’s, 100’s, and 1,000’s, of each Tribe, for them to live that way on their Tribal Land. The Anglo-Saxon Tribes had named their “10-ships,” “town-ships”; and the Tribes of Germany named their “100-ships,” “hundred-ships” (in the German Language expression for that).

Then, as the Lord explains, in D&C 86:3, how the heir of “Babylon” (the “Mother of Harlots” of the Book of Revelation), the Roman Empire, and the Roman Emperors’ Satanic other “great persecutor of the church,” “the apostate,” together, were able to “drive the church into the wilderness,” (a precise explanation of the way that the Angles and Saxons were driven from their previous “prosperous” Lands into another place, that was, then, a comparative “wilderness,” by the Roman Emperors’ agents, the Invading Armies of the Huns), that is an explanation of what happened to the Church, of which, He says, in D&C 86:2, that: “the apostles were the sowers of the seed,” that organized that Church, as the Ancient Icelandic Sagas, {WHICH THE CHURCH’S GENEALOGY RECORDS PROVE ARE TRUE), tell us the details of that, in “the God Story” (as that name for that has been preserved in the Icelandic and the English Languages, in English as, the “Gospel”), of how the Lord and His 12 Apostles came to North Germany and, then, to Scandinavia, and gave to the Israelite-organized Tribes there the Keys of the Authority to all “WORK TOGETHER BY THE LAW” OF THE LORD’S GOSPEL.

“And, how, then, did All of those Germanic Tribes Work Together?”

Previously these Israelite-organized Germanic Tribes, with their Ancestral Israelite 7-day Weeks (in regard to which the Romans had no relationship, at all, until their conspiracy, with the Apostate, to trick those Tribes, in order for their Agents, the Huns, to kill them off), used to meet together on the 7th Day of each Week. As mentioned, the Main Language of the Hanseatic League, during the Middle Ages, was that which Germans referred to as, “Flat-land German,” (“Platt Deutsch,” in Modern German), the Language that was spoken all along the North Coast of Europe, from the Netherlands to Novgorod Russia. In that Main Language, as in its present-day Language, Dutch, THAT DAY HAS ALWAYS BEEN CALLED, “LAWS DAY,” IN DUTCH, (the Day of the Ten Commandments, the “preparatory laws,” of the Tribes of Israel). [In Dutch one “Law” is a “Zit”; many “Zit-s” are, “Zatter.”]

So, all of the Israelite Tribes, of Northern Europe, used to meet together in their 10-ships on “Laws Day,” (still “Zatterdag” in Modern Dutch), to discuss their Preparatory Laws and the Promises of them that one day the God of Israel would come to them and establish among them the way that All of Mankind can prepare themselves to live, in this Life and in Heaven, in the way that we all shouted for Joy for, when Our Father in Heaven told us how his Only-begotten SON, in the Flesh, would come to the Tribes of Israel and give them his “WHOLE (the meaning of the Germanic word, “HOLY”) LAW, that they would be able to Work Together through, for the Salvation of ALL of Mankind. Therefore, when the SON of God came to them, along with His 12 Apostles and so much of their Church, from Judea, and He explained to them how He had been Born and, then, ROSE FROM THE DEAD, on the First Day of the Israelite 7-day Week, and how they, from then on, should come together for all of us to make our Pledge, to Keep His Holy Law, to Always Remember Him, so that we can Always have the Holy Ghost to be with us, to help all of us to Win what we all shouted for Joy for, in the Spirit World, all of the Israelite-organized Tribes changed, from meeting in their Israelite 10-ships on Laws Day (the last day of their 7-day week), to all of them meeting together on “SON OF GOD DAY.” That is the way that that Day has been pronounced across Northern Europe till this time, [which had no relationship, whatsoever, to the Satanic Romans’ counterfeit, (that the Ancient Pagan Greek Words that produced Roman, then, European Dictatorial Statecraft, the Ancient Pagan Greek Words of, “Orthodoxy” and “Catholic,” had “absorbed” the Gospel of the Nordic People, as that Ancient Counterfeiting began using the 7-day Weeks in the Roman Empire]. Throughout Scandinavia, till this time, the First Day of the Week is still pronounced as, “SON of God” Day. The Scandinavian word for, “the Sun,” is a different word.

So, all across Northern Europe the Inhabitants in every one of their, by then, Ancient BC 10-ships, got together on SON of God day, and taking the elements of the Sacrament, promised their Heavenly Father that they will live the Holy Law of His Only-begotten SON, in the flesh.


Now to America

The London Fishmongers Guild (the Second, in the Leadership of London’s 25 Guilds} realized the enormous opportunity that was theirs when Spain and Catholic Southern Europe attacked Protestant Northern Germany, (in the Thirty Years War, from 1618 to 1648, on the European Continent), to destroy as many of the Ship Harbors of the previously huge Hanseatic League, [which had many times the Ships that the Southern Europeans had, which could have taken all of the Americas away from Spain, if they ever got the idea to do that]. That Opportunity, that was now theirs, was that now that the other Hanseatic Fishing Navies were disappearing, they could now go and dominate the best Fishery in the North Atlantic Ocean, the Grand Banks Fishery, extending between the 40th to the 48th Parallels, off of the East Coast of North America.

However, establishing needed Harbors nearby, on the Coast of the North American Continent had a prohibition to it that the Dictatorial Statecraft of Spain was not restrained by. By their Law, which gave to all of them their Beloved Ancestral “Gospel Rights,” (the way that those Forefathers of us of New England Ancestry ALWAYS spoke of those “Rights” that our Ancestral Law always gave to those of us who obey that Law), prohibited those Law-abiding Fishermen and their Families from going on to the North American Continent and STEALING the Land there, from its Native American Inhabitants, in order for them to establish their “Harbors of a New England” there.

“So, what could they do?”

This was their “Plan,” which, when it was possible for Americans to carry it out, after the Revolutionary War was won, resulted in “the Northwest Ordinance,” which developed into so much of what we think of as, ”Our Country,” today. The Plan was to divide up all of the entire North American Continent, that would become English-speaking, into our Ancestral “10-ships/Townships.”

When the World’s Second “Written” Constitution was written, in the 1600’s, by the Colonies of New England, the name given to it was, “The Articles of Confederation and Perpetual League of the United Colonies of New England.” Its Preamble ends this way: “Whereas we all came to these parts of New England in America with one and the same end and aim, namely to ADVANCE THE KINGDOM OF OUR LORD JESUS CHRIST, AND TO ENJOY THE LIBERTIES OF THE GOSPEL IN PURITY …”

“How?”

To see how this “Organization” was planned to happen, for so much of all of North America, we need to see how it always worked, first, there in Colonial New England. If persons are driving into the Township of Concord, Massachusetts, they may see the sign that says: “Entering Concord Inc. 1638.”

“So, then, how was it that Every Township in Colonial Massachusetts was ‘INCORPORATED’?”

As we remember that Every 10-ship/Township, of the Ancestral Northern European People, is the Local Christian Church Organization of that area of Land, we can understand how all of the Townships of Colonial New England, including Concord, Massachusetts, were inCORPorated. The “-corp-” part of that word, “incorporated,” means, “body.” “Whose BODY?” The Lord’s Body. “How did this happen?”

All of the “American FREE MEN,” and their Families, that are going to be the Members of that Township, travel out to and physically stand on some part of the Land of that Township. Then, the person whom those American Free Men have elected to be their Minister, blesses some Bread and (Concord Grape Juice) to represent the BODY and Blood of the Lord Jesus Christ. Then, as all of those who are to be the Participants in this Township/Local Church take those Emblems of Our Lord into Their Bodies, in remembrance of the Salvation that the Lord wrought for each one of us with His BODY, THAT IS THE “INCORPORATION” THAT, THEREAFTER, MAKES THAT LOCAL TOWNSHIP/CHURCH INTO “THE BUSINESS CORPORATION,” that, in the most Businesslike way that is Possible, will be striving to reach the Lord’s Goals for all of us, as all of us, WORK TOGETHER BY THE LORD’S LAW, TO ACCOMPLISH ITS GOALS, FOR ALL OF MANKIND, AS THE LORD ESTABLISHED THAT LAW AMONG OUR ANCESTORS IN ALL OF THE TOWNSHIPS/LOCAL CHURCH ORGANIZATIONS THROUGHOUT ALL OF NORTHERN EUROPE.

Now to the Way that “America ‘Works’ By The Law”

The Goal of the Bank of England, in doing what it did, that caused the Yeomanries of the Townships of New England to form the US Army to protect us against that attempted Theft, by the Bank of England, was that that Bank wanted to take over what was to be the US Midwest, because if New England got to keep its Ownership Rights to that Most Important Part of the World, the USA would grow to become the Most Powerful Country in the World, instead of the Bank of England’s British Empire.

When that War was won, the next question became, “What is ‘The Most Business-like Way’ for New England to be able to expand west-ward, in order to make the best use of the Midwest that the Colonial Charters of the New England Company and of the New England Colonies gave to them?”

The answer that came up was to Dig Canals between New England and the Great Lakes, etc. to facilitate Business Shipments, etc. That resulted in the Erie Canal and the others. The question then came up, “What is the Best Way In The World to Organize the Administrations of these Canal Companies?” The answer to that was, “The Best Organizational Way of Doing Things, that we know of, is to organize a Business of Ours, to Administer such a thing as that, in the same way that New England Townships are organized, that are run by the Brilliant Voting of the Free Men of those Townships, in their Frequent Town Meetings!”

So, that was the beginning of the “Incorporations of the Corporations” of the Canal Companies, that were built from New England westward.

Then, when Transportation by Canals was improved to Transportation by Railroads, when that same Question came up that same Answer was given to it.

Then, when the USA began to grow, like the Bank of England feared that it would, and the Question was asked, “How should ALL OF THE BUSINESSES OF THE USA BE ORGANIZED?” that same answer was given for ALL OF THE SUBSEQUENT BUSINESS CORPORATIONS THAT WOULD BE FORMED IN THE USA.

The Name, for Townships, in Scandinavia, is that they are: “By-s.” There, a “By” is where someone “a-bi-des,” in English. And someone who “abides” “near” to someone else, is that person’s “near-a-bi-der,” the origin of the English word, “neighbor.”

And, just as ALL Townships in Scandinavia are called, “By-s,” so, also, so many Townships in the Islands of Britain also have that in their names, such as: Ingles-by, Cros-by, Horn-by, etc., etc., etc,
“WHAT KIND OF LAWS ARE THEY THAT THE TOWN MEETINGS OF TOWNSHIPS ENACT?” THEY ARE THE “BY-LAWS” OR TOWNSHIP LAWS OF THE FREE MEN MEMBERS OF THOSE TOWNSHIPS.

And, so the “Laws” that all US Business CORPorations make are the SAME AS THE TOWNSHIPS OR BY-S ACROSS ALL OF NORTHERN EUROPE MAKE. “And, what is this “BODY,” this (Latin) “CORP” that All of these Businesses, of the Free Enterprise System, are FORMING THEMSELVES INTO, as they resolve to operate by the same Law that all of the Townships, Local Church Meetings, of all of Northern Europe, operate by, as they meet together every SON of God Day, to take the Lord’s Sacrament, and pledge to Work by the Law of their Heavenly Father?”

They are hoping to Work Together by the Law of “the BODY of the Lord,” who explained to all of the Israelite-organized Tribes of Northern Europe how He had kept the Law of our Heavenly Father, PERFECTLY, in His Life, in His BODY, in the Ancestral Land of the Israelites, and explained how, to the extent that all of us try, the best we can, to Live as He set the example for us, we will have the assistance of the Third God of the Godhead to be with us to help us to do that.


Having considered what we have just now considered, we are now to the point where we can consider how Our New England Ancestors (for those of us who have them) dealt with the Matter of their not STEALING this Land, from its Native American Owners, (like the Spaniards were doing throughout their Latin America), as that “wrong” is addressed as an initial Subject under the above Heading: “Now to America.”

THE ONLY WAY THAT THAT CAN BE DONE, BY OUR ANCESTRAL “GOSPEL RIGHTS,” IS FOR THE NATIVE OWNERS OF THIS LAND TO “INVITE” US TO LIVE HERE WITH THEM, ON THEIR ANCESTRAL PROPERTIES.

“How could we do that?”

We began that, after we had won the Revolutionary War, by enacting the Northwest Ordinance. By that Plan we divided up so much of what was to be English-speaking North America into our Ancestral 10-ships/Townships.

Since, by the Rules of our Ancestral Law, every one of our Ancestral 10-ships/Townships is the “area” of the Local Christian Church, which has its responsibility to raise the Children in them to be the “Learners” who will proceed on to pledge, to their Heavenly Father, how they will prepare themselves and will work to be the Most Effective Servants that they can be, of their Heavenly Father’s Children, here in the World, that was a beginning of the Plan. [There was a problem in doing this here, since the Bank of England would not let us build a Temple here, to address that, as that had, historically been done in London.] But, our Plan, that tried its best to address that, was to have an Elementary School in every “6 mile X 6 mile” Township, a “Preparatory School,” (that were called, “Prep Schools,” which later became, “High Schools”), in every “County,” and, then, a University in every “Commonwealth,” like Massachusetts was called, where it had Harvard University.

Then, with so much of all of the North American Continent divided up into “6 mile X 6 mile” New England Townships, ONE Square Mile, of those 36 Square Miles, was set aside to be sold to pay for the Elementary School for all of the Children, living in that Township. It was to be compulsory for all Native English-speaking Children to attend their local Township Elementary School, where they were to be encouraged to become the best “Learners” that they could be.

Then, having this “INVITATION” OUT THERE, across so much of the North American Continent, showing the Native Americans of this Land WHAT WAS SO MUCH OF “THE ESSENCE” OF WHAT IT IS THAT HAS GIVEN OUR PEOPLE THE HIGHEST STANDARD OF LIVING IN THE WORLD, for the Native American People, here, to understand that we are ALSO going to all of These Lengths in order for us to be able to Most Courteously “INVITE” ALL NATIVE AMERICAN CHILDREN, (for whom there is no “Compulsion” for them to attend these Elementary and Prep Schools, as there is that Compulsion for all Native English-speaking Children), the HOPE was that the Parents and Grandparents of these Native American Children would be Thanking us so earnestly for the Efforts that we have gone to, to make it possible for these Native American Children to also be able to attend one of these Elementary Schools, in every Township, and Prep Schools, in every County, in order for them to begin “bringing home to their Parents and Grandparents the Benefits of THAT HIGHEST STANDARD OF LIVING IN THE WORLD,” of these New-comers to their Land.

For those Parents and Grandparents of those Native America Children to begin THANKING US, for what we are doing, here, THAT IS THE “BEGINNING,” IN OUR LAW, OF OUR ABILITY TO BE HERE ON THEIR ANCESTRAL LAND, IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE “ESSENCE” OF OUR GOSPEL RIGHTS. [In our Current Constitution, reference is made to its Dependence, in being in harmony with the First Written Constitutions, in the History of the World, which were written by New Englanders, as our Current Constitution is.]

As those Parents and Grandparents “Thank Us,” for the Benefits that they are receiving from our “Learning System,” we can, then, ask them, “Are you ‘glad’ that we have come here to bring these Benefits to you?” Their Answer to us, of, “Oh, yes, we are so glad that you have come here, to serve us with all of these Benefits, from your Forefathers, that we, us and our Forefathers, have never known,” is the achievement of the Goal, that let’s us ask them, (for a reason that they may have no understanding of, as to why it is that we would ask this Question), “Is this expression of your Thanks to us what we may consider as a courteous Invitation from you, for us to be your Neighbors, here, and to continue to provide for you the Benefits of The Highest Standard of Living in the World, that has been our Ancestral Heritage?” With a Positive Answer from those Parents and Grandparents, the Descendants of the New England Colonists have achieved the Right to be here, that is in Accord with their Gospel Rights.

That is an Explanation of the “Circumstances” of Our Ancestral Law, being here, in this Most Important Land in the World, that we can share with Everybody.

All of our Children should know of this Information, of Why it is that all of them have had to be COMPELLED to attend their Local Schools, ever since the beginning of Our Country, and of its Northwest Ordinance. However, when the question is asked, “About how many of Our Children have EVER HEARD of this Reason for the COMPULSION that has COMPELLED all of them to attend their Local Schools, from the time of the Beginning of Our Country?” the answer to that, from so many people, at this time, would be, “It seems like it would be about Zero Percent of them!”

Now that we have covered what we have, about “THE ACTUAL LAW ENVIRONMENT THAT THERE IS IN THIS COUNTRY, ABOUT WHICH VIRTUALLY NOBODY IN THIS COUNTRY HAS ANY INSIGHT INTO, EXCEPT
SUCH WONDERFUL MINDS AS THOSE OF THE PROPHETS OF OUR CHURCH, a Question can come up of, “What next?”

President McKay saw that there was going to be an “Information Age.” He saw that LDS People can use their “rights of the priesthood” that “are inseparably connected with the powers of heaven,” to assume the Leading Role in the Activities of this Information Age, that can let so many of the Good Things, that the Prophets have said will happen, happen.

He prophesied that the LDS People would invent the Internet, that would let so many of these things happen. And, that is our next Subject.


THE TECHNOLOGICAL DISCOVERIES OF THE LDS PEOPLE
THAT HAVE MADE IT POSSIBLE FOR US, NOW, TO
“REACH ‘THE GOAL’ OF THE FREE MEN INSTITUTE”


As was discussed, in the First Part of our Information, by the Free Men of London, and their Forefathers, BINDing themselves to accomplish the Goals that they understood that their Heavenly Father has for His Children, here upon the Earth, during these last, nearly, 2,000 years of their Organization being organized as it is, all of the “Value” that a London Free Man developed, the Rights, to that Property, were his, for him to control, and for his Descendants after him to continue in the Control of. This Value, built to be what it is, over these Thousands of Years, has made the size of the London BONDs to be “the Biggest Value in the World.”

However, the Medieval Hanseatic League, that the Guilds of the Free Men of London were a part of, had Two Values, that they operated their Ancestral Free Enterprise System by: Stocks and Bonds.
All of us are fairly familiar with Stocks. In a Guild Project, or in a New England Township, or an American “CORPoration,” the Value of the Share of that Project, that a participant in this Law System produced, was his, allowing his VOTE for what he thought the Project should accomplish, to be the percent of all of the Value of the Project that the Law Rules of his Organization established that that Percentage of that Value that was his was.

“Vote” is a Latin word. And, of course, in the Roman Empire, in which ½ of its Population were Slaves, they did not have any “Vote.”

In the Languages of Northern Europe, when one “heal-s,” the result is “heal-th.” If a person “steal-s” through the shadows, the result is, “steal-th.” And, if one “weal-s,” the result is “Weal-th.” In the Languages of Northern Europe the word for, “vote” is “weal.” So, what is referred to, in English, as “the Common Stock” or “Voting Stock” that is bought and sold on the Stock Market, in the Languages of the Northern Europeans has been, through so much of History, there: “Wealth.”

In a Book that Bill Gates wrote, in 1996, he refers to the fact that when the Control over the Utah Technologies that created the Internet were taken away from their Utah Controllers, “Then the Internet really took off.”

In the final edition of Time Magazine for the year 1997, the Report was made that: “Every day, on the Internet, that year, the People of the World Bought and Sold 15 Trillion Dollars worth of Stock.” If that were done for every Business Day, of the 250 Business Days in a year, 250 times 15 Trillion equals 3.75 Quadrillion Dollars for that year. If the Population of the World, at that time, could be “rounded off,” to something like 6 Billion persons, at that time, that would be an expenditure of about $2,500.00 for Every Man, Woman and Child in the World, every day, at that time.


The Prophet Daniel prophesied to the Emperor of the Babylonian Empire, that his Empire was the first, in a line 1. his Babylonian Empire, 2. the Persian Empire, 3. the Ancient Greek Empire, 4. the Ancient Roman Empire, and 5. the “Dictatorial” Empires and Kingdoms of Medieval Europe that would endure until “the latter days.”

However, Daniel prophesied to the Babylonian Emperor, about “5’ in that line:

Daniel 2:44 And in the days of these kings shall the God of heaven set up a kingdom, that shall never be destroyed: and the kingdom shall not be left to other people, but it shall break in pieces and consume all these kingdoms, and it shall stand forever.

This “Line” of these “kingdoms,” that Daniel prophesied about, were, basically, the “Dictatorial Empires,” originally from the Mediterranean area, that operated on the Gold Coins that those Dictatorial Emperors etc. made from abundant Gold that was under their supervision, a lot of it in what is today south, central Turkey.

Those Gold Coins became so important to the Romans’ Empire that they gave them the name of their Principal Ancient Pagan Goddess, “Moneta,” the origin of the English word, “money.”

Then, “in the latter days,” (Daniel 2:28), when “the God of heaven” “shall” “set up a kingdom,” “it shall break in pieces and consume all of these kingdoms, and it shall stand forever.”

There is nowhere near the Gold in the World that is needed to operate the Economy of the World, as it operates, today. Today the Economy of the World operates on the Values of the Medieval Hanseatic League, of the Northern Europeans, very strongly influenced by the Activities of that One Remaining Medieval “Kontor” of the Hanseatic League, London.

“Why did the Medieval Guild System, the Medieval European Free Enterprise System, work on its ‘Inventions’ of Stocks and Bonds?” One answer to that question is because there have never been any Gold Mines found in Western Europe (until recently, when some amounts of Gold have been found in Swedish Steel Mines, in the Arctic Circle Area of Swedish Lapland).

So, the Economy of the Entire World, today, operates on the Values of the Stocks and Bonds of the North Europeans’ Medieval Free Enterprise System. “However, who in the World really understands ‘The Essential Dynamics’ of that ‘Ancestral Free Enterprise System’ of theirs?” Only the Descendants of those who began that Original Free Enterprise System, to whom, “in the latter days” “the Essential Dynamics” of their Ancestral System has been Restored.

“How are these Essential Dynamics going to be taught to the People of the World, who now have nothing more than the Medieval concept of Banks to do that, which, sadly, originated, in Medieval Times, from the Largest Gold Theft in History, and are “outsiders” to the Essential Dynamics of the Free Enterprise System’s Values of its Stocks and Bonds, which now the Economy of the World operates by.


The Internet

Near the beginning of his 2002 State of the State Address, just before the Winter Olympics were held in Utah, Governor Mike Leavitt said the following, which many of us watched, on Television, as he said it.
“Innovation is Utah’s signature. The television and artificial heart, limb and kidney were ideas conceived by Utah minds. When you use word-processing software or log on to a computer network. When you use the Internet, that’s right Utah technologies.

Utah technologies have worldwide impact. But too often the innovation took place here and the jobs went someplace else. We will change that.”

At hearing that, some people might feel to say, “You know, I’ve tried to be kind of ‘receptive’ to the things that have been said here, but now I can’t be, anymore. Everybody in America knows that it was former Vice President, Al Gore, who invented the Internet, not somebody or some Project here in Utah!”
An easy way to clear that up is to refer to some things which Bill Gates said in the Book that he published in 1996, that was entitled, “The Road Ahead,” on page 112 of that Book. Here is what is said there:
“In 1989, when the U.S. government elected to stop funding the ARPANET, users who depended on the network laid plans for a successor, to be called the “Internet.” The word came to mean both the network itself and the protocols that governed communication across the network a dual meaning that has been a source of confusion ever since.”

On page 4 of that Book, it says:

“In the United States, the connecting of the world’s computers into an interactive network has been compared to another massive project: the interstate highway system, which got under way during the Eisenhower era. In the early 1990s the “information superhighway” seemed like an obvious choice of metaphor, and then-Senator Al Gore, whose father sponsored the 1956 Federal Aid Highway Act, popularized the term.”


The Eisenhower Administration asked Al Gore’s father, then over the US Senate Highway Committee, to pass the Interstate Freeway Act. Then, the Defense Department had its Advanced Research Projects Agency, ARPA, in Military Secrecy, bury under those Freeways, as they were being built, its Fiber-Optic Cable Network, that was named, “the ARPANET.” The way that the Reagan Administration won the Cold War against the Soviet Union was for President Reagan to explain to Soviet Leader Gorbachev that the Missile Directorate of the US Air Force has a large Computer, at Hill Air Force Base, in Northern Utah. A Computer Chip had been installed in Every Single Missile in the USA’s Missile Force. And, the People of Utah had invented the Computer Software that allows that Large Computer, through that Fiber-Optic Network, all across the USA, to be in connection with the Computer Chip on Every Single Missile in Our Missile Force, so that it can so accurately direct every one of our Anti-Ballistic Missiles that, if a foreign Country should ever launch any Intercontinental Ballistic Missiles against the USA, the Missile Directorate’s Computer could knock down almost all of them out over the Oceans, where they could do no harm to the USA. However, if one such Intercontinental Ballistic Missile should get through that defense, for its Hydrogen Bomb Warhead to explode somewhere in the USA, the People of the USA would be so furious that they would force the Government to launch all of our Missiles back, and, if they were launched against the Soviet Union, that would be the end of the Country that had been called, Russia. When Gorbachev was introduced to this he admitted that the USA had won the Cold War, and the Soviet Union soon thereafter went out of existence.

Bill Gates says that, till now, the US Government is still so Secretive about that Fiber-Optic Cable, that is buried under the USA’s Freeways, that the Internet works on today, that it still will not talk about it. Al Gore’s father was the Senate leader who got the Interstate Freeway Act passed, that ARPA buried its ARPANET under. That ARPANET can be thought of as some of “the Hardware” that is involved in the operation of the Internet. Al Gore’s involvement was “only” in relation to that Hardware that was the ARPANET.

However, when the Reagan Star Wars Victory was achieved, when the Government, then, began letting the Public use its ARPANET, the US Public came up with its “new” name for it, of, “the Internet.” As Bill Gates says, there has been a “confusion ever since,” which, because, of the Government’s secrecy about the Hardware of that Network, that name, “the Internet,” has been used for both the Hardware of the Fiber-Optic Cable Network, as well as for “the Software,” that was invented in Utah, that was able to “Activate” that Hardware to achieve the Reagan Administration’s Star Wars Victory that won the Cold War for the USA.

As we have told this Information so frequently, to “be secretive” about its Plan to, eventually, protect the USA against the Cold War Threats from the Soviet Union, the Eisenhower Administration first “camouflagued” what it was doing by saying that what it was doing, in building its Freeway Network and working with Computers, etc., that was being done as the US Government was trying to create a Worldwide Inter-lingual Telecommunications Utility, that would operate through “Vast” Computers, in the USA, that would be able to “automatically and instantaneously” translate between all of the Languages in the World and North American English, which would let Everybody in the World, “be able to go into Business with the Free Enterprise System of the USA,” which would prove to the World how much better that was than to be subjected to the Domineering of Communism, over them.

Because letting everybody in the World “hear the fulness of the gospel in his own tongue” has been central to the Work of the LDS Church, it was very supportive of the Goal of the US Government to develop the Utility, from its beginning.

Then, in the Fall, 1966 General Conference, President McKay had a large part of that Conference taken by Talks about how the Church would use that Utility, after it was completed. It was a difficulty when, in the following month, the US Government had to admit that it seemed that it had been proven that it is technologically impossible to invent the Computer Software that can Automatically and Instantaneously translate between Human Languages. However, because the 90th Section of the D&C indicates that that will happen, President McKay directed the Faculty at BYU to keep on trying to do that and made the arrangements to have THE FACILITIES at BYU and nearby that, eventually, achieved the First Part of that Success.

A partial completion of that Invention was demonstrated at the Eyring Research Institute, ERI, that President McKay established off-campus from BYU, in the Fall of 1978. “Spin-offs” from that were WordPerfect and Novell, which began so much of the World Word-processing and Networking Software Industries. And, ERI used that Invention to make the Software that Activated the Defense Department’s ARPANET to develop the Reagan Star Wars Victory of the USA that ended the Cold War.

That Original Invention has now been completed. And, the People of Utah are now able to offer to the People of the World the Services of the Utility that President McKay prophesied that we would be able to. And, led by the people who have been prepared for this, by the Free Men Institute, we can use all of the Facilities, that are now ours, to invite all of the People in the USA, to participate with us in our “TOWN MEETING, OVER THE INTERNET,” IN PERPETUAL SESSION, where Everybody can say everything that they want to, anytime that they want to, about how they think that the Goals of the USA can be best achieved. And, Our Utility, organized around that Goal that President McKay directed Cleon to take to Our People, will be able to serve All of the People in the USA, by constantly letting all of them have Access to the “Everlasting Truths” that the USA was started for, which makes it so that the evil “Wisdom” of the “Wise Men,” of Dictatorial Rulings over People, “will perish,” as the True Goals are explained, that were sought by the Beginners of the USA, which made it possible so that the Lord could restore His True Church here. And, as All of the People of the World begin hearing these True Goals, in all of their Languages, through this Utility, of the LDS People, that will make it so that those “Enemy Organizations” of those Dictators of the World will be: “broken in pieces together, and become like the chaff of the summer threshingfloors; and the wind carried them away, that no place was found for them: and the stone that smote the image became a great mountain, and filled the whole earth. Daniel 2:35,” which makes it so that, as said in Daniel 2:44: the “kingdom” that “the God of heaven” “shall” “set up,” “shall never be destroyed: and the kingdom shall not be left to other people, but it shall break in pieces and consume these kingdoms, and it shall stand for ever.”

RESTARTING THE UTAH SOFTWARE INDUSTRY

This is our INVITATION to you to participate with us in RESTARTING THE UTAH SOFTWARE INDUSTRY.

Introducing ourselves to you, we are the General Officers of the Organization that is the Owner of the Copyrights etc. of the Invention of “Human Language Technology,” which was the Invention that was “the Beginning” of the Previous Utah Software Industry.

You were suggested to us as those of a Person with the Talents and Point of View that were, either, Good Contributions to the Successes of the Previous Utah Software Industry, or could have been.

A way that people might suggest to concisely articulate, in relation to the nature of this Invitation, could be to repeat the words that former Utah Governor, Mike Leavitt, spoke, at the occasion of his presentation of his “2002 State of the State Address,” on January 28, 2002, just before the time when the Winter Olympic Games were held here, in Utah, that year. (It seems that Governor Leavitt was recognized as doing such an excellent job in leading in the accomplishment of the great Successes of those Olympic Games that President Bush asked him if he would resign from being the Governor here and, instead, take that very high Responsibility on the President’s Cabinet of being the Secretary of Health and Human Services for the USA, for the subsequent 6 years of the Bush Administration. Still, though that Appointment required him to go elsewhere, at that time, yet, the words of his encouragement to us have seemed to many to be such an excellent Suggestion for how that which is needed to be done by us, now, can be done.)

Governor Leavitt said:

“The first step will be to position Utah as a top-tier state for technology employment, investment and entrepreneurship because, in the information age, economic leadership starts with world changing ideas.

Innovation is Utah’s signature. The television and artificial heart, limb and kidney are all ideas conceived by Utah minds. When you use word-processing software or log on to a computer network, to use the internet, that’s right, Utah technologies.

Utah technologies have worldwide impact. But too often the innovation took place here and the jobs went someplace else. We will change that”


So sadly, it seems that shortly after the time that Governor Leavitt accepted that National Responsibility and moved to Washington DC, that “bad influence,” that was referred to, began effecting things so much, here, that virtually ALL OF “THE JOBS” of that Previous Utah Software Industry of ours “WENT SOMEPLACE ELSE”!

These “World Changing Ideas,” from Utah, that have had the “Worldwide Impact” that they have had, the “Utah Technologies” that the World’s Current Word-processing Software Industry, Networking Software Industry, and the Internet, originated from, had made it so that during the 1980’s and 1990’s the Utah Software Industry was The Third Largest In The USA, after those of California and Washington, which made it so that it got up to bringing in, to the People of Utah, as much as $8 Billion per year, the Largest Industry EVER, in the History of Utah. However, that “Bad Influence” had such an effect here that from about the year 2005 the Utah State Government has been saying, “A Utah Software Industry does not exist here, anymore!”


“How can a Utah Software Industry be ‘re-started’ in such a way that that Bad Influence, that did what it did before, would not be able to repeat that?”

Our Organization feels that the way that that can be done is by helping Everybody here who would like to be involved in that Restarting, and has the Abilities such as those that Governor Leavitt referred to, to understand the way that that Previous Utah Software Industry BEGAN and was able to continue in the environment of that Previous Understanding among the Participants in that Beginning. As that is accomplished one would think that we, of course, have at least enough of a Mutual Purpose among us to get this Restarted Utah Software Industry surviving at least as long as that Previous Utah Software Industry survived. Then, as “the Unique Dynamics” that got that Previous Utah Software Industry started are well enough understood among this much Larger Group, so much so that it is felt that there is “A Working Mutual Purpose” among this Much Larger Group, that is the Circumstance wherein those of us who are anxious to Restart the Utah Software Industry feel that we would have addressed these Organizational Dynamics to the extent that they need to be, to be clearly understood by the Participants in this.

“So, then, WHO WAS IT WHO STARTED THAT PREVIOUS UTAH SOFTWARE INDUSTRY; AND HOW WAS IT THAT IT STARTED?”
The Previous Utah Software Industry was begun by President David O. McKay, the President of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints.


How it Happened

President McKay became the President of the Church a short while before President Eisenhower became the President of the USA. And, President Eisenhower had a member of the Church’s Council of the Twelve, Ezra Taft Benson, serve as the Secretary of Agriculture for the Eisenhower Administration.

From his experiences as the Commander over the Allied Forces in Europe, during World War II, President Eisenhower knew of the evils of the Soviet Union. That is, he knew of their evils wherein they would try to destroy the Leadership Position of the USA, in the Affairs of the World, by their Mutually Assured Destruction, by Intercontinental Ballistic Missiles, Cold War, during the 1950’s, 60’s, 70’s and 80’s.

His reaction to that was to, first, let the Soviet Union know that he was entering into an “idealistic” competition against them, for the “free” Ways of the USA to prevail against the dictatorial Ways of the Soviet Union. However, behind that idealistic competition President Eisenhower began the Development that, eventually, let the Reagan Administration do away with the Soviet Union, for which the Soviet Union might have begun World War III rather than go out of existence because of that US Development, had not the “heroic” Military Secrecy of the Eisenhower-commenced Reagan Star Wars Program “saved” the People of the World from those evils, as it did.
Of course the Eisenhower Secretary of Agriculture, Ezra Taft Benson, knew of those Military Secrets; and, it is understood, that information in relation to that was made known to the Leadership of the important US Organization of the LDS Church.
The idealistic competition “distraction,” of the Eisenhower Administration against the Soviet Union was that the US Government was going to use the US Defense Department’s World War II “Invention of the Computer” to have it be further developed in order to serve as the Basis of the USA’s “Worldwide Inter-lingual Telecommunications Utility,” to let the USA out-compete the Soviet Union, in relation to “organizing all of the Countries of the World.”

The central idea of “the Utility” was that its “Vast” Computer would operate on Software that would “automatically and instantaneously” Translate between All of the Languages of the World and North American English so well that All of the People of the World would be able, through their instantaneously Translated Telephone Calls or E-mail Messages, to be in contact with All of the Businesses of the USA, so well, that by that high level of Inter-lingual Communication All Of The People Of The World would be able to see how much better it is to “GO INTO BUSINESS WITH THE FREE ENTERPRISE SYSTEM of the USA,” and be beginning to enjoy the Highest Standard of Living in the World of the English-speaking People of North America, than it would be to be subjected to the “Slavery Conditions” of those who are subjected to the Dictates, in relation to them, from the Soviet Union.

[Non-members of the LDS Church might be aware of the importance to the LDS People, of the Scripture, in Mark 16:15, wherein the Lord said: “Go ye into all the world, and preach the gospel to every creature,” because of the fact of the LDS Church’s doing that its Members now speak over 200 Languages. And, that might explain to them why President McKay was so supportive of the US Government’s Goal to develop this Utility, in order for it to be the Inter-lingual Telecommunications Support that it could be for these very large Multi-lingual Needs. However, to LDS People, particularly those who are aware of how it was that President McKay set up the BYU Machine Translation Project of the 1970’s, it is seen how it is that the establishment of the Worldwide Inter-lingual Telecommunications Utility is a precise fulfilling of the Prophecy in D&C 90:10-11, that as much as says that All Of The People Of The World, speaking all of their different Languages, will be served by something like that Worldwide Inter-lingual Telecommunications Utility, which will also make it so that: “every man shall hear the fulness of the gospel in his own tongue, and in his own language.” And, these understandings make it so that it is understandable why it was that the “Facilities” were in place, at BYU and its vicinity, that were the beginning that enabled there to be Utah World-processing and Networking Software Industries and the beginning of the Internet.]

A part of that Beginning to that could be thought to have happened on September 11, 1961 by what was said in a Pre-School Conference Address by President Hugh B. Brown. He said, of the “prognostication,” by the Spokes-person for the US Government Project to begin the Worldwide Inter-lingual Telecommunications Utility by beginning the invention of “the automatic and instantaneous translation of languages,” (which Spokes-person was the Chairman of RCA), that that beginning would be accomplished “by the year 1978,” was, “a prophecy.” [As information is available on this from us, the “acceptance” of our Invention of the cost-effective Software for the Invention of “the automatic and instantaneous translation of languages,” happened almost to the minute, according to “the time schedule” of that “prophecy” by President Brown.]

In our Organization it is felt that that Beginning began with the way that President McKay had such a large part of the Fall, 1966 General Conference of the Church taken by Talks by Church Personnel who were over Church operations that would utilize the Services of the Worldwide Inter-lingual Telecommunications Utility, as soon as its “beginning Invention of the cost-effective ‘automatic and instantaneous translation of languages’ by Computers” was invented.

Perhaps the “tragedy,” in relation to that, was the Announcement, (the following Month, in November, 1966, by the Automatic Language Processing Advisory Committee, ALPAC, that had been set up by the National Science Foundation, supported by the US Government), that all of the Efforts, by US Government Agencies etc., to try to see if there might be some “TECHNOLOGY,” in relation to “HUMAN LANGUAGES,” that could be “Invented,” that would enable Computer Software to “Process Languages” “Automatically and Instantaneously,” were only Wasted Efforts, that were really only a “Silly Ignoring” of that Foundation of the Statecraft of Ancient, Medieval and Modern European Governments, that had been Established as being what Occidental Education HAS to be BASED ON, as that has been a Beginning of the Ancient Greek “Philosophy” that has been the Beginning of European Statecraft until this time, that: “IT WILL NEVER BE POSSIBLE FOR MANKIND TO EVER ‘INVENT’ A ‘SCIENCE-TECHNOLOGY’ FOR HUMAN LANGUAGES,” but that the Study of Languages will have to always remain as “Nothing More Than ONLY AN ‘ART,’ ‘the Written Art,’ (“Grammatike Techne,” in Ancient Greek), ‘Grammar,’ in English,” which has remained as “The First Liberal ‘Art,’” of “The Seven Liberal Arts,” that have continued as the Basis of “Education” in Occidental Countries until this time.

When that ALPAC Report stopped the US Government from continuing to spend, in relation to developing the Cost-effective Language Translation Software that would be the Beginning of that “idealistic” Utility of the US Government, President McKay did Two Things, to assist LDS People to continue working toward its development.

The First Thing that he did was to assign the BYU Departments of Linguistics and Computer Science to continue pursuing the Invention of the Software that would produce Cost-effective Computerized Translation Among Human Languages. President McKay passed on before very many of those Pursuits were developed on a large scale.

Perhaps he knew of the high level of “Contempt,” by those who think of themselves as, “the World Powers,” that was going to be aimed against “the work of the Mormon Church in the high and remote [“remote” from those World Powers and, therefore, not needing to do what it was ordered to do by them] valley of the Great Salt Lake in Utah,” [We have literature showing that high level of Contempt for us as we continued on trying to invent and, then, invented what we did.]

So, then, the Second Thing that he did, which he did in1967, was to call into his Office an LDS man who had served, in Washington DC, as one of the Highest National Leaders of the FBI and, then, had served as the Police Chief of Salt Lake City, W. Cleon Skousen, to give him the following “Calling.”

President McKay said to him: “Brother Skousen, Our People are becoming Slaves. They are falling for the same old Lures and Tricks that all of the rest of the World is. I want you to go down to Provo and work on how Our People ‘CAN WORK TOGETHER BY THE LAW!’”
To that Cleon Skousen asked, “Can’t the University do that?”
President McKay answered, “No, they don’t have the vision.”
Then, Cleon asked, “But, what can I do?”
President McKay answered him, by what Cleon said was President McKay’s “Prophecy” to him, “You go down there, AND THE WAY WILL OPEN UP!”


Bruce Wydner had felt that it was a part of his Patriarchal Blessing Instructions to learn how to Professionally Translate 11 European Languages into English, and, then, reading Histories written in those Languages, to, also, learn the History of the way that the Ancestors in his Genealogy, in New England, Old England, Scandinavia and Germany, had Worked Together By The Law of their Forefathers.

In 1973, while he was introducing, at BYU, the Textbook that he had written, on how to learn to read a new Language quickly, some friends of his asked him to write a Book that they could publish on how it is that People in the USA can Work Together By The Law, in relation to One Social Problem that was a subject of National Attention at that time. While walking by the Jesse Knight Building, on the BYU Campus, he saw a popular local Radio Announcer, who also worked for the Company that was utilizing his Book, talking with Cleon Skousen. Since Bruce had known Cleon’s younger Brother, he came up to listen to the Conversation that was going on between those two men. Then, he saw that they were both trying to understand something about how their Ancestors had Worked Together By The Law, that was in his Book. He volunteered that, and with that, the Radio Announcer seemed pleased with that information and, saying goodbye, went on his way. Bruce was also going to go on his way, but Cleon Skousen held Bruce’s arm and said, “I have something that I need to tell you.”

Then, he told Bruce about that Meeting of his, with President McKay, some 6 years earlier, and how President McKay had told him that if he went down to Provo, “the Way Will Open Up” for him to learn how to be able to teach the LDS People how they can Work Together By The Law, again, as their Righteous Forefathers had, and as they are urged to “continue” doing, “in” the Lord’s “goodness,” in Section 86 of the D&C.

Then what Cleon said, about what he had been told by President McKay, in relation to what he had just heard from Bruce, about the Lord’s “goodness” way of Working Together, of the Righteous Forefathers of the LDS People, as Bruce had learned this from information written in many of the Languages of Europe, was Cleon’s very enthusiastic response: “YOU KNOW, I THINK THAT THIS IS IT!” And, with that, he recruited Bruce to serve as, what might be called, “a ghostwriter of his” during the following Decades.

The way that the LDS People tried to “continue” in the Lord’s “goodness,” related to how, “the priesthood hath continued through the lineage of your fathers, D&C 86:8,” was identified by the Church’s Historian, Leonard Arrington, as a “continuation of the English Guild System,” (from the Book, “The United Order,” by Leonard Arrington).

The word, “Law,” is a Danish word, introduced to all of England from the settlement of so many of the People from the Danish Peninsula, who sailed to the east coast of England, and settled it, as “the Danelaw” of England, when their Peninsula was attacked by Mediterranean Political Interests.

Throughout Nordic Europe the name, “Law,” has always served as the name for the Ancestral “Free” Enterprise System of the Nordic Race. The Nordic name for that “System,” has been that it is, “the Guild System.” The Guild System of Nordic Europe, as it operated throughout History, along all of the Shores of the North Sea and of the Baltic Sea, was organized as an Organization that was called, “the Hanseatic League,” in English. It is maintained, in what many consider to be, “the Financial Capital of the World,” the Organization of, “the London Bond Market,” that by Article 13 of the Magna Carta, the “Ancient Commonwealth” of London, England, is still operating by the Law of the Ancestral Guild System of England and of the Hanseatic League, till this time.

[Also, we have information available on the, “in fact,” current leadership of the operators of the London Bond Market, in relation to their identification with what are considered to be, “the Financial Powers of the World.”]

However, at the time when the Second Most Prominent Guild of the London Guild System, its Fishermen’s Navy, went across the Atlantic Ocean to found New England, their “organization,” for Working Together By The Law of their Forefathers, is so “identical” with the Organization that the Holders of the Priesthood of the Restored Church were instructed to Work Together By, which was given the name, among the LDS Pioneers, of it being, “the United Order.”

We have Many Volumes available showing, “TECHNICALLY,” how it is that LDS people can show that which is, TECHNICALLY, their way to “continue” in the Lord’s “goodness” way of Working Together By The Law, as the LDS People are instructed to do that in Section 86 of the D&C. Some people might want to investigate all of those hundreds of pages of information to see how our People are suggesting, technically, how it was that President McKay was instructing Cleon Skousen to prepare that, so that the LDS People could be respected by the People of the World, as the LDS People offered to the World the Services of the Worldwide Inter-lingual Telecommunications Utility, which it was President McKay’s Decision to maintain the Pursuit of, in relation to the Prophecy of such a Development, that is read about in Section 90 of the D&C, and in relation to that which he had prophesied about it, before, it may have seemed to him, that all of the rest of the World had “GIVEN UP” on trying to do that, that month after that General Conference’s addressing how the Church would use the Services of this Utility.

So, all of this Technical Information is available on the way that the LDS People can offer to the People of the World the Services of the Worldwide Inter-lingual Telecommunications Utility. It would seem that this Information would “hold up in any Court,” that wanted to examine if the Services of the Worldwide Inter-lingual Telecommunications Utility were being offered to the World, by LDS People, according to the Conditions of the traditional “Common Law of England” procedures of the Medieval Guild System, to which both the Forefathers of those running the London Bond Market, today, as well as the Forefathers of the Settlers of New England, who wrote the US Constitution and won the US Revolutionary War, operated by those Procedures.

However, to LDS People who have read about Church History, and understand the way that the Temple Ceremony tells people how to live by the Law of Consecration which way of the LDS People “Working Together” was named, “the United Order” (which President McKay was familiar with while he was a boy, during the Territorial Days of Utah’s History, before Utah became a State and outside Political Forces prohibited the People of Utah from continuing to Work Together by the United Order’s way of doing things) this entire subject is such a simple, straight-forward explanation for how people can Work Together in a way that is so obviously “fair” to all of those who are involved in it.

The simple, straight-forward explanation of how the LDS Pioneers settled and built up their Intermountain West by Working Together by the United Order is that: “Whatever anyone accomplishes with his Work, of Building Up Heavenly Father’s Kingdom, here on the Earth, IS “THE STEWARDSHIP” OF THAT MEMBER OF THE CHURCH, HIS “PROPERTY.”


Probably almost anyone in the World might say, “Well, that’s about the Fairest Way that I have ever heard of, of People Working Together.”

That is the way that we have planned to Restart The Utah Software Industry, only This Time, doing it the way that President McKay planned for it to happen, by it being the Beginning of the Offer to the People of the World of the Services of the Worldwide Inter-lingual Telecommunications Utility, that so much of the World is waiting for the Services of, since the World is now operating so completely on that only 85%-effective Software Invention of ours, to which the US Defense Department assigned the name of it being the “Human Language Technology of all of the Languages of the World,” but which Utah Software Industry we are, today, ready to Restart with our Completion of that Software Invention, which is 100%-effective Computer Software, for which we use the name for it of, “Complete Human Language Technology.”


Lastly, so many of you, to whom this Message is being e-mailed or otherwise being communicated to you, might say, “Well, I am of retirement Age, today; and I don’t think of myself traveling around “Working Together” with others, like I used to do while I was working before I retired.

To that, us younger, maybe some of us middle-aged, persons, like those of us who are sending this communication to you, might say, “Well, us younger people are Working Together in what might be thought of as a more Traditional Way. HOWEVER, YOU OLDER PERSONS, WITH ALL OF YOUR WISDOM AND EXPERIENCE, SOME WAY, IN RELATION TO THE WAY THAT OUR EARLIER INVENTION STARTED THE PREVIOUS UTAH SOFTWARE INDUSTRY, ARE GOING TO BE ASKED FOR SO MUCH OF THAT WISDOM THAT YOU HAVE TO SHARE, OVER E-MAIL TELECOMMUNICATIONS TO YOU, OR BY PHONE CALLS. YOU MAY BE RECEIVING THESE MESSAGES TO YOU WHILE YOU ARE AT SOME VACATION RESORT, OR ARE RESTING AT HOME. THE ISSUE IS, HOWEVER, WHEREVER YOU MAY BE WHEN YOU GET THESE MESSAGES, ANY WISDOM THAT YOU COMMUNICATE TO US, THAT HELPS US TO ADVANCE THE PROCEDURES OF THIS RESTARTED UTAH SOFTWARE INDUSTRY, THE WORLDWIDE INTERLINGUAL TELECOMMUNICATIONS UTILITY, IS YOUR PROPERTY, THE VALUE OF WHICH IS YOURS, FOR YOU TO RECEIVE FROM US, AND FOR YOU TO SPEND, IN THE WAY THAT YOU WANT TO.


That is our “big” Message. It is how to get “all” of the Best Minds, in this part of the World, Working Together in the way that this part of the World has seen is, obviously, the best, the fairest, way that there is for People to Work Together.

Then, with these “GOOD” Things having been addressed, the Second Part of this Message to you, (the next e-mail that we will be sending to you, if you want it), is an “exact recapping” of how it was that our Previous Utah Software Industry was begun so much of the Facilities for which Beginning were here, available for that Beginning, because of President McKay’s focus on this “Second Part” of the History of a Utah Software Industry, its “Successful” Continuing On, which Beginning was accepted by the World Market as the Provision of “world changing ideas,” that were able to change things for them in the way that they wanted them changed, but which left a lot of that World Market feeling “left out” because a lot of the things that would be most useful to them did not seem accessible to them.

If we could receive an acknowledgement, that we, including the Original Inventors of the Original Invention that is what produced that Previous Utah Software Industry, are trying our best to conceptualize how that Previous Utah Software Industry could have been “completed,” in the way that President McKay had wanted it to be, that is what we would gratefully accept, from you, as our invitation, from you to us, this time, to “retrace the Steps” that were taken to get the Previous Utah Software Industry begun, only, this time, “sticking to the STRAIGHT AND NARROW PATH” that “leadeth to that Goal,” that all of Mankind senses is so much of, “the Best.”

THE “SECOND HALF” OF OUR INVITATION

What could be thought of as, “the disappearance” of the Previous Utah Software Industry, which, while it was still growing, got such things as “Money Magazine” to make statements such as, “Provo, Utah is the best City in the USA to live in,” was a disappearance that was a sad circumstance, to many. So, as we wish to now address the Subject of Restarting The Utah Software Industry, it has been felt among us that THAT VERY MOST POSITIVE “PREDICTION,” THAT CLEON SKOUSEN USED TO TELL PEOPLE ABOUT, THAT WAS THE “PROPHECY” THAT PRESIDENT DAVID O. McKAY MADE TO HIM, ABOUT HOW “THE WAY WILL OPEN UP” FOR “OUR PEOPLE” TO BE ABLE TO “WORK TOGETHER BY THE LAW,” AGAIN, (like life used to go on, for David O. McKay, when he was a boy, and his Father, the Bishop of the Huntsville, Utah Ward, used to supervise the operations of our United Order there, in Ogden Valley), should well be “at the center of our thoughts,” as we address the Restarting Of The Utah Software Industry, for it to grow to become The Worldwide Inter-lingual Telecommunications Utility, as President McKay foresaw that happening. And, that is why the “First Half” of this, our Invitation to you, to participate in these Developments, focused on this, what the Lord said is, and what anyone can see is, “The Fairest Way For People To Work Together.”

The way that we have talked about, for this to happen, would be that all of the LDS People who know about this would be invited to share their Thoughts for The Best Way For This Restarting To Happen. They should each keep a copy of each of their individual Suggestions that they make available to us. At rather frequent intervals we Officers of the Utility will make available, on our Website, the Suggestions that have been instituted, where they came from, and THE CURRENT VALUE (maybe escalating quickly) that the Officers of the Utility have agreed is the Value of each of those Suggestions. To the extent that people contact you, or you contact them, about how both of you, or the Group of you, all came up with the Same Suggestion at about the same time, then, of course, those involved will need to agree on the “fairest way” that that Value should be addressed. However, perhaps the Biggest Value in that happening would be the “formation,” by that “Group” of you, of “Your Organization,” to, both, Advance The Quality of that which was suggested by those in that Group, thereby advancing that Value, and for the Group of you to agree how that Value, that is THE PROPERTY of you and the others in that Group, is to be Controlled, Paid Out For, Divided Between You And The Others In Your Group, etc. etc. Some “outsiders” might think that that is too much of a “novelty” to count on, very much. However, to all of us who know how the Success of our United Order way of Working Together By The Law was the Success that it was, in building up, for all of us and for all of our Descendants, the Wonderful Towns, Facilities, Traditions etc. etc., that that way of Working Together, by the Pioneers of Utah, trying to follow the United Order, produced for all of us, we, the Current Officers of our Organization, felt that this was As Good A Way To Think Of, to Restart The Utah Software Industry, as there is, for us to think about doing this.


With those “happy” things, that are thought about as having that “virtue” of “hope” associated with them, having been addressed, in that First Half of this “Invitation,” and in the beginning of this Second Half, we think that some “mental preparation” has been made for addressing the “sad” things, that happened in the development of our Previous Utah Software Industry, that can be of the “benefit” to all of us of introducing us to thinking about how it is that those things can be avoided, so that they do not happen again.

“So, what is our Challenge in talking about this?” Let’s be “Big Boys and Girls” in talking about this, so that there won’t be the thought coming up that all of us are not really being as responsible about these subjects as we could be.

Shortly after the US Defense Department established the name of, “Human Language Technology,” for our Successful Invention of the Cost-effective Computerized Translation of Human Languages, as it had been demonstrated at the Eyring Research Institute, off-campus from BYU, and was reported on in the October 24, 1978 edition of The Wall Street Journal, the Organization in the Securities Industry that is named, “Standard and Poor,” came out with its Prediction that in the Next Century the World Software Industry, so accelerated by this Human Language Technology Invention of ours, would be The World’s Biggest Industry. We have been watching so much of that happen. It might be expected that there would be numbers of “human errors” that would be involved in such developments. Let’s talk about those that happened among us, in the development of the Previous Utah Software Industry, that we would like to seek the wisdom, in relation to, so that such things will not be being repeated, in our Restarting this Industry of ours.

Background Information

Because of the responsibilities, in relation to “educational study,” that were mentioned in his Patriarchal Blessing, before being called to serve a Mission in Finland, Bruce Wydner had taken classes in Second-year Russian, Second-year Latin, and Second-year Spanish, at BYU, and had been on the High Honor Roll in relation to his Studies in those Languages. Then, when he arrived in Finland, he was assigned to learn both of the National Languages of Finland, Finnish and Swedish. Therefore, after he had been in Finland for about One Year he knew One Language in each of the Four Major Language Families of Europe. He knew the Latin Languages’ Spanish, the Slavic Languages’ Russian, the Germanic Languages’ Swedish, and the “Central Asian” (“Ural-Altaic”) Languages’ Finnish. Then, after that first year of his there, he felt the responsibility to very carefully read through the Book of Mormon. Doing that, he came to the verse in the Book of Mosiah, in Mosiah 8:13, where the Prophet Ammon explained how a Seer, with the Urim and Thummim, who is one of those who is described as, “whosoever is commanded to look in them,” which “interpreters” are “a gift from God,” can “translate all records.” Thinking about this, it came to Bruce Wydner, at that time, that it is the act of people mentally “looking,” with “the eyes of their spirit,” THAT IS THE “EXPLANATION” OF THE “GRAMMAR” OF EACH ONE OF THOSE FOUR LANGUAGES THAT HE HAD LEARNED, IN EACH ONE OF THOSE FOUR DIFFERENT LANGUAGE FAMILIES.

Upon returning from his Mission he had to do his Military Service before being able to graduate from College. A friend suggested that he do that through joining the Utah National Guard Linguists Company, made up, mostly, of Returned Missionaries who had each learned one of the main Languages of Western Europe and were, under the Supervision of the Army Language School, in Monterrey, California, being introduced to most of the Languages of Eastern Europe. And, because of his abilities with the Four Major Language Families among those, perhaps about 20, European Languages, he found that he was able to communicate somewhat in so many of those Languages in those Four Major Language Families of Europe. He main “motivation” in doing that was that it was kind of like his being involved in “jokes,” that his friends there thought were funny. However, that changed, when, at one special and important Formal Drill, “out of nowhere,” to him, the Commanding Officer of the Unit read off the Formal Announcement that Bruce Wydner was, “the Outstanding Linguist of the Unit.” After that he became more serious about “mastering” the Two other Main Languages in Occidental Education (beside English), of German and French.

A few years later he was hired as a Translator of Many European Languages into English by the Supervisor of a Translation Operation of the CIA, who later became the Supervisor of All translation for the CIA, all over the World. That Supervisor told him of the Excellent Employment Opportunities for a Translator like him, from many Languages into English, that there are with the US Government. So, because of that, he moved to Washington DC and worked there for almost Two Years doing that type of Translating.

While working there a person sought employment from him who brought up a subject that seems like it is now bringing about, “a Change in Society.”

This person, at a young age, became a Major in the Chinese Nationalist Army, during World War II. When that Army was forced out of Mainland China, to Taiwan, he was among those who arrived there. He met the LDS Church there, joined, went on a Mission there, then moved to Utah where he attended and graduated from BYU. After that he worked to get his PhD from the University of Utah in Political Science. He drove back to Washington DC, in the Summer of 1967, to try to communicate to the Pentagon information that he felt would help the USA to do better in its War in Viet Nam, at that time. Bruce Wydner was able to get work for him translating from Chinese into English for the Pentagon, and that gave him the access to the Pentagon that let him communicate the information that he felt would help them in their conflict with the Chinese Communism that was behind the Other Side, from the USA, in that War.
And, at that time, he also communicated to Bruce Wydner Information that seems that it is beginning to change Human Society, at this time, and may soon be part of a very Large Change. It seems that this can be addressed by considering information that, at this time, is known by not that big a percentage of the World’s Population, but which may soon be known by all of the World’s Population.

[The current European Union has a Population of over 500 million people, speaking the 23 different Official Languages of the European Union, that are spoken in its Member Countries. For some while, now, the Annual Translation Budget for the Commission of the European Union has been about ¼ of a Trillion Dollars, to translate those 23 Languages into the other 22, making that: 23 X 22 = 506 different “Language Directions,” which the European Union has to address, which is that which is done with that Annual Translation Budget of theirs of that ¼ of a Trillion Dollars.

The Country in the World with the Largest Population, China, has a Population of about 1.3 Billion People. Those People speak about 100 Mutually Unintelligible Spoken Languages. However, because of the way that that Largest Country has operated with Languages, for the past 3,000 years, now, it can be thought that their Annual Translation Budget, there, during all of this time, has been ZERO PENNIES.

That is because, in their Inter-lingual Communications, they do not concentrate on “the Sounds” that people make, as they wish to communicate over their Language Barriers, in the way that the Languages of the European Countries, who “inherited” their Alphabet-based Communication System from the Ancient Country of “Babylon” (the Ancient Greek way of saying, “the Tower of Babel”), do that. Instead, 3,000 years ago they went to the lengths that they did to identify what are “the 10,000 Most-used Words” in all of their Languages. They found that those 10,000 Most-used Words are used in what seems to be about the exact same Order of Frequency of Use, in every one of their 100 Different Languages. (And, it seems that that SAME ORDER OF FREQUENCY OF USE OF THE 10,000 MOST USED WORDS IN A LANGUAGE also applies to every one of the other Languages that there are in the 6,628 Different Spoken Languages in the World.) They decided to make “simplistic pictures,” “Characters,” for each one of these Most-frequently-used Words. And, the way that they have communicated with each other, during these past 3,000 years, is that they WRITE these Characters, for one another, to communicate over their “Many Thousands of Different Language Directions.”

One item of information, in relation to this, is that in a version of the Large Webster’s Dictionary of the English Language, the information is there that it contains, “460,000 English Words.” Looking at that from the point of view of the Communication System of the Orient, that we have been considering, it is “provable” that the 10,000 Most-frequently-used of those Words in the English Language, that are in that Dictionary, will make up, by frequency OVER 99% OF ALL OF THE WORDS THAT ENGLISH-SPEAKING PEOPLE USE IN THEIR CONVERSATIONS WITH ONE ANOTHER. AND, THEN, THAT MEANS THAT ALL OF THOSE REMAINING 450,000 WORDS, BY FREQUENCY, WILL MAKE UP LESS THAN 1% OF ALL OF THE WORDS THAT ARE USED IN CONVERSATIONS IN THE ENGLISH LANGUAGE.
Another item of information is that in this Computer Age, Computers will not need either Alphabets nor Characters in order to identify those 10,000 Most-frequently-used Words, that have been proved, over the millenniums, that they are used in Approximately The Same Order Of Frequency Of Use In Every One Of The World’s, Some, 6,628 Different Spoken Languages. COMPUTERS WILL BE ABLE TO DO THAT, FOR EVERY ONE OF THOSE 99+% OF ALL WORDS, BY FREQUENCY OF USE, AS THEY ARE USED IN CONVERSATIONS, IN ALL LANGUAGES, WITH A “NUMBERING SYSTEM” THAT SIMPLY GOES FROM: 0 to 9,999.

Also, about 1,500 years ago, the People of Japan, whose Spoken Language is as different from the 100 different Language of China as English is, did not want to be excluded from a maximum ability to interact with the Trade that was being carried on in their Large Neighbor of China. So, 1,500 years ago they began writing their Japanese Language in that “Widely Understood Character Writing System” of their Large Neighbor, of China. And, doing that, they got to be able to function as “just one more Chinese-Writing-System Land,” until at the conclusion of World War II those who beat them forced them to stop using that 1,500 year old Writing System of theirs in the way that they had been using it.]

The name of this man from China was, David Chen. After he got his PhD from the University of Utah he had his career teaching, as a Professor of Political Science, at BYU Hawaii. While serving there he was set apart, by Elder Dallin H. Oaks, of the Quorum of the Twelve, as The First Elder of China, the Area Authority of the Church over all of China. Beside the information above, he informed Bruce Wydner of some things that have had an “Impact” on the Information Age.

“In-laws” etc. speaking the different Languages of China, but who regularly communicate with each other over their Language Barriers, about the same things, have been able to have those communications, about those subjects that are so familiar to them, at the rate of a very high percentage of “complete understanding.” HOWEVER, ON SUBJECTS THAT ARE NOT THAT FAMILIAR, AMONG PEOPLE COMMUNICATING BY THEIR CHARACTER WRITING SYSTEM, AMONG ALL OF THE DIFFERENT SPOKEN LANGUAGES OF CHINA, IT HAS BEEN ESTIMATED THAT THE PEOPLE THERE, IN GENERAL, ARE ABLE TO COMMUNICATE WITH EACH OTHER AT THE RATE OF ABOUT 80% OF COMPLETE UNDERSTANDING!

Bruce Wydner understood that their Character-based Communications were, (in an easily explained way) for that WHICH THEY PHYSICALLY SEE.

The Ancient Nephite Prophets explained the way that they are able to Translate the Character Writing Systems, of the People of the Ancient Americas, by explaining how it is that THE “EYES” OF THE SPIRIT IS MENTALLY LOOKING AT THAT WHICH IS PHYSICALLY SEEN.
BY PUTTING THOSE TWO THINGS TOGETHER, AT THAT TIME, BRUCE WYDNER CAME TO UNDERSTAND THAT THE WAY THAT ALL LANGUAGES WORK IS THE WAY THAT THE HUMAN MIND MENTALLY LOOKS, WITH THE SPIRIT’S EYES, AT THAT WHICH WE PHYSICALLY SEE, WITH OUR PHYSICAL EYES.

The year after Bruce Wydner worked with David Chen he did a lot of Translation Work for a Company that did a lot of Translation Work for different Offices at the Pentagon. Beside doing a lot of Translation Work from Spanish into English, Bruce was also given Translation Work to do from, first, Portuguese into English and, then, from Italian into English, both of which “Language Directions” he had never translated before. When his Supervisor asked him how long it took him to prepare, to be able to do the high quality, professional, Translation Work that he did, in each of those Translations in those Two New Language Directions for him, and he answered that it took him about 8 hours of Preparation Work to prepare to do those Translations in those 2 New Language Directions for him, by his answering that question by saying, “About 8 hours each!” that Supervisor said: “What? If you could write a Textbook about how you did that we could make a Fortune from it!”

Hearing that, and knowing that the Church had just commenced the operation of a “Language Training Mission,” at BYU, that was under the supervision of, then, Elder Gordon B. Hinckley, he made an appointment with Elder Hinckley and traveled to Salt Lake City to explain to him how, “A TEXTBOOK COULD BE WRITTEN THAT CAN TRAIN ALL OF THE MISSIONARIES IN THE CHURCH TO VERY QUICKLY BE ABLE TO MASTER THEIR “MISSIONARY TEACHING MATERIALS,” IN OTHER LANGUAGES, IN JUST A MATTER OF A FEW HOURS, BY BEING “VERY MECHANICALLY” SHOWN, WITH THOSE MATERIALS, THAT, AS THE ANCIENT NEPHITE PROPHETS IN THE BOOK OF MORMON HAVE GIVEN THIS INFORMATION TO THE WHOLE WORLD, ALL THAT THE “GRAMMARS,” OF ALL OF THE LANGUAGES OF THE WORLD ARE, IS JUST THE WAY THAT ALL PEOPLE ARE BORN WITH THEIR EVERLASTING INTELLIGENCES “MENTALLY LOOKING,”WITH THEIR SPIRIT’S EYES, AT THAT WHICH THEY PHYSICALLY SEE, WITH THEIR PHYSICAL EYES!

When Elder Hinckley heard that, his instructions to Bruce were, “Do it; do it!”

When Bruce brought that Textbook that he wrote, and then its Second Edition, to BYU, to introduce them there, he was introduced, in order to be able to do that, there, by the Assistant of, then, Elder Hinckley, Loren C. Dunn.

The “Atmosphere” at BYU, at that time, was not one of wanting to know how to learn a New Language quickly. The “Main Focus,” at BYU, at that time, was TO DISCOVER HOW TO BE ABLE TO DEVELOP THE COMPUTER SOFTWARE THAT MAKES IT POSSIBLE FOR COMPUTERS TO AUTOMATICALLY AND INSTANTANEOUSLY TRANSLATE FROM OTHER LANGUAGES INTO ENGLISH AND BACK.

It took Bruce about 5½ years in that “Environment” before he realized that it was the Nephite Prophets, in the Book of Mormon, who are the ones who are able to teach all of the People of the World how they can be able to communicate with everybody else in the World, speaking all of the World’s 6,628 Mutually Unintelligible Spoken Languages, through COMPUTER SOFTWARE THAT HAS BEEN PREPARED TO “TEACH” COMPUTERS THE COMPLETE HUMAN LANGUAGE TECHNOLOGY THAT IS THE WAY THAT THE NEPHITE PROPHETS WORKED WITH LANGUAGES, WITH THEIR KNOWLEDGE THAT ALL LANGUAGE COMMUNICATION IS THE RESULT OF HOW IT IS THAT THE EVERLASTING INTELLIGENCES OF ALL HUMANS ARE BORN “MENTALLY LOOKING” WITH THEIR SPIRIT’S EYES, AT THAT WHICH THEY PHYSICALLY SEE, WITH THEIR PHYSICAL EYES.

The “Facilities” that were available “at BYU and its Vicinity”

When President McKay initiated the Activities at BYU that developed into what became known as, “The BYU Machine Translation Program of the 1970’s,” he, apparently, asked Ernest L. Wilkinson, who had served as the President of BYU for many years, if he would contribute $650,000.00 from his personal resources to purchase a large Mainframe Computer, to serve “at the center” of that Program.
After that was done, that Computer was available, for hire, by persons who thought that they might have anything at all that might be related to the goals of that Program. Also, Professors of Computer Science, there, were available for hire by those who thought that they might have some relevant development.

In that situation Bruce hired the services of a BYU Professor of Computer Science and a number of Students, there, to assist him and his Associates in putting on to that Large Computer the Materials that Bruce and his Associates had named, “the Language Science of Translating Spanish into English.”

When a Demonstration of the ability of that Language Science Computer Program of theirs, on that Large Computer, in January, 1978, seemed to be somewhat successful, in relation to the Goal of the BYU Machine Translation Program, that hired Professor told Bruce: “If you will let me transfer, over the Telephone Wires, that Program of yours, down to the ideal model of a Computer, that there is at the Eyring Research Institute, off-campus from BYU, for you to sell your Machine Translation Program on, I will get for you a BYU University Discount on that type of a Computer, that will be the best type of a Computer for you to sell to work with your Machine Translation Program.”

Bruce’s youngest Brother, who had been loaning him the funds to do his work on the BYU Computer etc., had earned $300,000.00, during 1976, by selling a certain type of Tax Shelter. He understood that good types of Tax Shelters were available from investments in Computer Software Developments. So, he put up the Funds for Bruce to rent an Office in the Eyring Research Institute Building, where he could be assisted in the use of the Computer that was being bought with that BYU University Discount.

Now to tell SUCH A BIG PART OF THE STORY.

Dr. F. Carlyle Harmon was an LDS Scientist of International Renown. He had served as a Vice President of Research for the Johnson & Johnson Corporation. He was “the Inventor of the Resin that bonds perpetually with water, that is the Essence of the ‘Throw-away Baby Diaper,’” (thus making him a most-appreciated Inventor by all of those caring for Babies, all around the World).

When, after the ALPAC Report, in November, 1966, the US Government had, in effect, “given up” on the Goal of its “Idealistic” Competition, against the Soviet Union, of inventing the Cost-effective, Automatic and Instantaneous Computerized Translation among Human Languages, that would allow it to go ahead with its publicized Goal to develop the Worldwide Inter-lingual Telecommunications Utility, it still had “the essence” of the Reagan Star Wars Plan that it was trying to complete.

[What President Reagan later demonstrated, for Soviet Leader Gorbachev, was that the US Air Force had a Large Computer, at Hill Air Force Base, in Northern Utah, that is operated by The Missile Directorate of the US Air Force, (it is still there). The Eisenhower Administration had talked Al Gore’s Father, who at that time was over the US Senate Highway Committee, to pass the Interstate Freeway Act (the only relationship that Al Gore ever had with the Internet). With the passage of that Act the US Federal Government owned a tiny “strip” of land up and down and across the entire USA. The Eisenhower Administration began the Procedure, in Highest Military Secrecy, to have the US Defense Department’s Advanced Research Projects Agency (ARPA) bury a Fiber-Optic Cable under all of the USA’s Interstate Freeways, as they were being built. It was named, “the ARPANET.” Then, a Computer Chip was installed into “Every Single Missile in the US Missile Force.” The “Goal” in doing this was to eventually allow a US President to inform the Leader of the Soviet Union that the US Defense Department had managed to have developed for it “the INTELLIGENT SYSTEMS TECHNOLOGY Software” that would allow the Missile Directorate’s Computer, through the ARPANET, under all of the Freeways of the USA, to the Computer Chip that is in every single Missile in our Missile Force, TO SO ACCURATELY DIRECT EVERY SINGLE MISSILE IN OUR MISSILE FORCE, (through the Lasers, radar, television, etc., on every one of those Missiles), that the Anti-ballistic Missiles in the USA’s Missile Force can “knock down” just about every in-coming Intercontinental Ballistic Missile that might ever be launched against the USA. But, then, as President Reagan was, eventually able to tell this to Soviet Leader, Gorbachev, that: “If one such Intercontinental Ballistic Missile, from the Soviet Union, ever did get through that defense, so that its Hydrogen Bomb Warhead hit and exploded somewhere in the USA, the People of the USA would be so furious about that that they would make the US Government launch almost all of our Intercontinental Missiles back, against the Soviet Union, so much so that there wouldn’t be such a thing as a Russia, anymore.”
When President Reagan did tell that information to Soviet Leader Gorbachev, the latter admitted that the USA had won the Cold War, and very soon thereafter such a thing as the Soviet Union ceased to exist.]

So, after the ALPAC Report President McKay informed the US Government that at the LDS Church’s University they would use the unique, broad Multi-lingual Resources of the LDS People to keep on trying to invent the Cost-effective, Automatic and Instantaneous Computerized Translation of Languages, and that the LDS People would provide the Financing for that.

Then, when that Goal was accomplished the US Defense Department would have available for it, here in the USA, what it would name, the “Human Language Technology” of All Of The Languages Of The World. The LDS Church would keep trying to apply that Human Language Technology for the Computerized Translation of more and more of the Languages of the World.

However, with that Achievement the LDS Church would be able to develop, from that Invention of Human Language Technology, the Intelligent Systems Technology Software that would allow the US Government to ACTIVATE its ARPANET and begin the negotiations with the Soviet Union that would win the Cold War.

President McKay made the Arrangement with the US Government that the Church would have its renowned Inventor, F. Carlyle Harmon, establish the Eyring Research Institute, to take any advancements toward the Development of Human Language Technology, at BYU, that the Church would ask its Members for Funds for, however, in Strictest Military Secrecy the US Defense Department would need to provide at least part of the Funds for the Eyring Research Institute to take any progress, at all, toward the development of Human Language Technology Software and work to make that into the Intelligent Systems Technology Software that could ACTIVATE the US Defense Department’s ARPANET, and make it so that its establishment, since the days of the Eisenhower Administration, would not continue to be such a “Useless,” just a very hurtful throwing away of the Financial Resources of the American People, but that the US Government can go ahead with it, with that which, eventually, became the Reagan Star Wars Victory, and the LDS Church will be able to have access to the ARPANET in order for it to be able to work toward the utilization of it as so much of the “hardware” Basis of the Worldwide Inter-lingual Telecommunications Utility.

The “Silly” Part of the Story

When Bruce and his Associates began working at their hired Office at the Eyring Research Institute, ERI, if “contempt” might be a strong word, it seemed like there was quite a bit of “disrespect” for these “Nobodies” from “Nowhere” thinking that they were going to accomplish the development of the Invention of the Human Language Technology of all of the Languages of the World, when there had been Zero Progress toward that, by the Large, Local University, as it kept on pursuing that, with all of the “tools” that it had handy, and with which Tools the Big Research Organizations of the US Government finally had to say that they had no option but to give up, in trying to see if there was such a thing as “the Human Language Technology of All of the Languages of the World” that could be found with all of those Tools for working with Languages, that Europeans have been working with all of the way back to the beginning of the Use of those Tools, as they originated from the time of the Building of the Tower of Babel.

During the Summer of 1978, Bruce was trying so earnestly to find some recognized Authority for whom the effectiveness of the Nephite Explanation of Human Languages could be demonstrated.

A new President had just been elected to be over the American Translators Association. It was suggested that Bruce have his people call him and invite him to a demonstration. However, the person making that suggestion, working with one of the largest, going-nowhere Attempts at Machine Translation, apparently called that President-elect to tell him of insane Mormon Hippies, in Utah, who were thinking that they could do something that EVERYBODY ELSE IN THE WORLD KNOWS IS IMPOSSIBLE. However, that person apparently told that President-elect that if he really wanted to get some Howling Laughter from the Crowd that would be coming to the Annual Convention of the American Translators Association, that he was going to be presiding over, as the New President of the Association, (which Annual Convention was to be held in a Large Hotel in New York City in the last of October, 1978), he should go to that Demonstration by those silly Mormon Hippies (and bring with him the Main Expert of the American Translators Association in charge of PROVING THAT COMPUTERS CANNOT BE USED IN THE TRANSLATION INDUSTRY), and, then, for the Two of them to both report, to that Convention, how asinine people can get, in remote places like Utah, in relation to things that ALL OF THE REAL EXPERTS IN THE WORLD HAVE PROVEN TO BE IMPOSSIBILITIES.

When that President-elect and his Negative Expert arrived at ERI they were, at first, shocked to be introduced to Bruce and his Associates, dressed in Business Suits, and not dressed like Hippies. And, then, as things started to be explained in a responsible way to them, about working with many Languages and about Machine Translation, it seemed that their negative attitude was not as pronounced. Then, after the explanations were over, that President-elect enthusiastically said, “I understood that this was to be a hands-on Demonstration.” At that Bruce’s expert at the Computer turned and said to him, “OK, give me a sentence, any sentence.” Professionally that President-elect was over Translation for Wells-Fargo Bank, at its Headquarters in San Francisco. His specialty, there, was for translations from Spanish to English. His Negative Expert taught Spanish to English Translation at Kent State University, in Ohio. The Two of them put their heads together and came up with a long, very complicated Spanish Sentence. Bruce’s expert, at the Computer, typed it in, in Spanish and, as Bruce’s current Computer Translation Program may do this, one time in 20, (but it was a “miracle’ that it did it that time), the Instantaneous, Automatic Translation came out in Perfect English.

As that was written up in The Wall Street Journal, the Defense Department gave to it their “name” of it being, “Human Language Technology.” ERI’s Annual Income, now mostly from the Defense Department, went up from a little over 2 Million per year, to 8 Million the following year, and it kept on increasing like that as ERI made from Bruce’s Invention of Human Language Technology the Intelligent Systems Technology Software that ACTIVATED the ARPANET, and, eventually, won the Cold War for the USA. Because of the extreme Military Secrecy that was involved ERI was told that they could not let Bruce or any of his Associates know of the Military Use that ERI was now going to be putting Bruce’s Invention of Human Language Technology to.

On page 50 of the Book, “Almost Perfect,” it is stated how it was that the “old agreement … with Eyring Research” gave ownership to the “word-processing software” that was involved, to the principal Programmer, (that Bruce paid ERI for), who showed all of the other Employees at ERI how to “switch” over from trying to make Intelligent Systems Technology Software from the failed BYU Machine Translation Program and, then, begin making effective Intelligent Systems Technology Software, to ACTIVATE the ARPANET, from Bruce’s Successful Human Language Technology Software.

As soon as that former Programmer of Bruce began bringing in quite a bit of income by selling that word-processing software, 4 of the ERI Programmers who were, in Top Military Secrecy, making from Bruce’s Human Language Technology Software the Intelligent Systems Technology Software for the Defense Department, went to the President of ERI and told him that if he tried to stop them from founding the Novell Company, and selling to the Public the Computer Networking Software that they had been producing as the Intelligent Systems Technology Software for the Air Force, the 4 of them were going to “go down the Street” and tell Bruce’s former Associates of the Fortunes that ERI and, then, Bruce’s former Programmer, were making from the Software that they had stolen from Bruce. That President of ERI has been very open in telling many people how he answered those 4, by his saying, “This is Blackmail,” as he, then, fired them.

One week after that Wall Street Journal Article was published, ERI published an article in the Deseret News explaining how “the software” “for the system” “now is about 85 percent accurate,” and, then saying: “With 85 percent accuracy, the system, using a standard mini-computer, does 85 percent of the translator’s work for him.”

After the Reagan Star Wars Victory, the Federal Government stopped being so secretive about its ARPANET and began letting the General Public use it, which Public Users renamed it, “the Internet.”

Then, when the Government and so many people in the USA and elsewhere, began “transitioning” over onto working on this only “85% Accurate” Software, that had originated, somehow, from the Mormons, beside the spokespeople for that Government Agency, ARPA, talking about how much “Productivity” and, in many ways, “Prosperity” have increased around the World, by the World’s utilization of this “Mormon Invention of the Internet” and of so much of the Software that the World is using, ARPA has also spoken a lot about how that 15% of Missing Code is “Bankrupting” the USA and World.

As the World wants to know, “Who are going to show us HOW TO WORK WITH HUMAN LANGUAGES COMPLETELY?” an answer to that can be, “The Righteous Ancient Nephite Prophets show the World how to do that, in their Book of Mormon, that they have given to us!” To that some people might say, “Other than that Righteous Modern Prophet, of the LDS People, President McKay, not all of that much of that Ancient Brilliant Righteousness seems identifiable in the ways that so much of that Previous Utah Software Industry “sprouted” for a while, and, then, “collapsed.”

An answer to that is, that Righteous Modern Prophet of the LDS People, who put in place the Facilities that made that Previous Utah Software Industry, said that “The Way Will Open Up,” to let Our People do this Service for Mankind the Right Way.
