Two brothers, 10 and 14, surrender to police over fatal beating of James Lambert

July 11, 2022

"Two young brothers turned themselves into Philadelphia police Monday over the vicious beating death of 73-year-old James Lambert that was caught on camera, police said.

The siblings, ages 10 and 14, surrendered to authorities in connection to the fatal attack carried out by the crew of youngsters, according to authorities. Lambert was hit with a traffic cone during June 24 attack and died from his injuries a day later, police said.

Police confirmed the two minors were among the seven kids allegedly involved in attacking the lifelong Philadelphia resident, though it is unclear what role the brothers had.

Philadelphia District Attorney Larry Krasner told CBS 3 Philly the investigation is very active and juveniles involved could likely face murder charges “certainly on the very limited information we have.”

No formal charges have been brought.

Investigators were still working to identify some of the minors in the attack, CBS 3 Philly reported.

14-Year-Old Boy To Be Charged With 3rd-Degree Murder In Connection To Fatal Beating Of 73-Year-Old Man: Sources

July 12, 2022

Sources close to the investigation tell CBS3 a 14-year-old boy is being processed on charges of third-degree murder and conspiracy in connection to the brutal beating of a 73-year-old man that was captured on camera in North Philadelphia. James Lambert later died from his injuries.

Eyewitness News cameras were there at Philadelphia police headquarters as two young brothers — ages 10 and 14 — turned themselves in to authorities around 4 p.m Monday.

Police confirm the brothers were among seven juveniles captured on camera in a violent attack that happened last month in North Philadelphia.

Investigators are still working to identify some of the teens seen in that hard-to-watch security video.

Surveillance video shows the group of four males and three females taunting and striking Lambert with a traffic cone along the 2100 block of Cecil B. Moore Avenue in North Philadelphia. Lambert died the next day from injuries to his head.

It’s not clear what the roles were of the two brothers who walked into police headquarters."

"there is zero evidence that has been produced to back this story up, and the abortionist who is circulating the story is a far-left activist with a long history of whoring herself out to the media to support the Democrat cause.

Megan Fox, a PJ Media journalist detailed the hoax in a lengthy and comprehensive Twitter thread. Here are some of what Megan said:

The story about a 10 yr old pregnant girl who had to go from Ohio to IN for an abortion gives me serious pause for a number of reasons. There are many red flags.I’m going to detail them here.

#1. A pregnant 10-year-old is evidence of a heinous crime against a child but in every article (and there are SO MANY) thre is no mention of criminal investigation, no police involvement, not even a town where this allegedly occurred.

#2 An unnamed alleged “child abuse” doctor called Dr. Caitlyn Bernard (an abortionist in Indiana) to ask for help. But any doctor who knows of abuse would be required to also call law enforcement. There should be a criminal investigation going involving Ohio DFS and police.

#3 which maybe should be #1 The TIMING of this horrific story is too on the nose. Roe v. Wade was just overturned. The media is desperate for stories to push the pro-abortion narrative, and toke fear, anger, and division. They love this.

#4 The article first published in the Indy Star, a local Ohio paper’s site but in record time was picked up by huge international press. On the 2nd, The Hill and Newsweek had it and by the 3rd, The Guardian had it, and by the 4th it was on TMZ, reaching all the kids.

I heard about it from a teenager at a 4th party and a red flag went off big-time. If the kids have heard about it it was placed where they will see it intentionally. Fake news is always sold to the young because they will swallow it the fastest.

It was immediately used as a political weapon against Republican Governor Kristi Noem and will be used against other pro-life politicians to make them answer this possibly hypothetical or made-up scenario to win political hit points.

#6 #DrCaitlynBernard, the only source, is an abortionist and has been in the NYT participating in an anti-Trump hit piece and is clearly an activist. She has a stake in preserving abortion, it literally pays her bills.

#7 There’s no way to verify Bernard’s claim. She has doctor-patient confidentiality. No one can FOIA her. The media won’t ask any questions and even if they did she wouldn’t answer. There is no proof that this 10-year-old even exists and yet the media ran with it full tilt.

#8 Jennifer Rubin used this to batter conservatives, her former colleagues, in the Washington Post. This further gives me serious doubts about the veracity of the story. Rubin is a notorious tool for the left using this story to harm pro-lifers

#9 Why don’t any of them care about the crime committed against the child? Lawmakers in OH should demand an investigation into who raped this child. They are the only ones who can get information through DFS and help the girl seek justice for the crime, if it happened. Did it?

#10, #DrCaitlynBernard got a call from another doctor asking for help for a horribly abused child and her first instinct was to call the media. That should make you all stop and think for a minute. What’s really going on here?

With all this debunking, it makes sense to me now how desperate these far-left activists are.

The Satan-worshiping monsters on the far-left will lie, cheat and steal to protect their holy sacrament of baby murder. They desperately wish to murder more children in the womb as demonic sacrifices to Moloch.
This cult of the damned must be defeated for civilization to redeem, and the repeal of Roe v. Wade is a good start.

My hope is that this is a hoax because the reality of this story, is horrific. But if it is fake news, it says a lot about how fast left-wing propaganda can spread."

"White House chief medical adviser Dr Anthony Fauci has admitted that Covid vaccines do not work “overly well” against stopping people from getting infected.
Dr Fauci - who was the face of the pandemic in the US - said he still fully recommended getting vaccinated as jabs do protect against severe disease.

“One of the things that’s clear from the data [is] that even though vaccines - because of the high degree of transmissibility of this virus - don’t protect overly well against infection, they protect quite well against severe disease leading to hospitalisation and death,” he told Fox News.

“And I believe that’s the reason why at my age, being vaccinated and boosted, even though it didn’t protect me against infection, I feel confident that it made a major role in protecting me from progressing to severe disease. And that’s very likely why I had a relatively mild course.

“So my message to people who seem confused because people who are vaccinated get infected - the answer is if you weren’t vaccinated, the likelihood [is] you would have had [a] more severe course than you did have when you were vaccinated.”

The efficacy of Covid vaccines has been called into question in recent weeks as new variants spread across Australia and the rest of the world.

New subvariants of the Omicron strain appear to be able to evade vaccines, leading to an explosion of cases - and more hospitalisations.

There have been calls for the return of social distancing and the enforced wearing of face masks to reduce transmission of the disease.

World Health Organisation chief Tedros Adhanom Ghebreyesus has backed calls for some Covid measures to return, warning that the virus is running free.

He said he was worried that case numbers were shooting up, putting more strain on health systems and workers.

The number of Covid cases reported to the WHO increased 30 per cent in the past two weeks, driven by sub-variants of the Omicron strain and the lifting of control measures.

“New waves of the virus demonstrate again that Covid-19 is nowhere near over. As the virus pushes at us, we must push back,” he insisted.

He told a news conference that as transmission increases, governments must also deploy tried-and-tested measures like mask-wearing and improving ventilation."

"The CDC, the Florida Department of Health, and public health and regulatory officials are currently investigating a multi-state listeria outbreak which seems to be connected to Big Olaf brand ice cream products.

Currently, over 10 states have experienced cases of listeria. However, the CDC said the outbreak may not be limited to the states affected “because some people recover without medical care and are not tested for Listeria.”

Mormon founder Joseph Smith’s photo discovered by descendant after nearly 180 years

A great-great-grandson of Joseph Smith Jr. found the Mormon prophet’s photo tucked inside a locket passed down for generations.

Marooned in their homes, many Americans made the best of the early days of the pandemic by sorting through old boxes of family artifacts. One Saturday morning in March 2020, Dan Larsen and his wife were doing just that when they discovered the world’s only verified photographic image of Mormonism’s founder, Joseph Smith Jr.

Larsen, 79, is a great-great-grandson of Smith, who was killed by a mob near Nauvoo, Illinois, in 1844. Among the effects passed down to Larsen was a pocket watch that bore the initials of his great-grandfather Joseph Smith III, the prophet’s oldest son and founder of the Reorganized Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints, now called Community of Christ. There was also a second object, a locket that resembled a pocket watch.

When Larsen inherited the locket shortly before his mother’s death in 1992, its finial was bent and he was not able to open it, so he put it away for safekeeping.

While riding out pandemic shutdowns in 2020, he and his wife embarked on a project of sorting through items collected from both sides of their family. “I was a little hesitant” about prying the locket open, Larsen told Religion News Service in a phone interview. But he was soon able to wrest it open and shine a penlight inside.

Expecting to find a watch face, he was stunned to see the face of a man.

“In my mind, there was no question who it was,” Larsen said. He felt sure he was staring into the eyes of Joseph Smith Jr. For years, historians had speculated about the possibility that a photographic image of Joseph Smith was out there somewhere, based on claims various Smith relatives had made, and an advertisement from the 1850s.

Excerpts from Hitler's speech to the German Women's League at his 1936 Nuremberg Rally:

“As long as we have sound men — and we National Socialists will see to that — there will be no women throwing hand grenades in Germany, no women sharp-shooters. That is not equality for women, but rather their debasement”

“Women have boundless opportunities to work. For us the woman has always been the loyal companion of the man in work and life. People often tell me: You want to drive women out of the professions. No, I only want to make it possible for her to found her own family and to have children, for that is how she can best serve our people!”

“If a woman jurist does the best possible work, but next to her lives a woman who has given birth to five, six or seven healthy children who are well educated, I would say the following: From the standpoint of the eternal values of our people, the woman who has borne and raised children has done more, given more, accomplished more for the future of our people!”

“Real leadership has the duty to enable every man and woman to fulfill their dreams, or at least to make it easier for them to do so. We seek this goal through laws that encourage the healthy education of children. But we have done more than simply pass laws. We are educating for German women and girls a manly youth, the men of tomorrow!”

“I believe we have found the right way to educate a healthy youth. Let me say this to all the literary know-it-alls and philosophers of equality: Do not deceive yourselves! There are two separate arenas in the life of a nation”: that of men and that of women. Nature has rightly ordained that men head the family and are burdened with the task of protecting their people, the community. The world of the woman, when she is fortunate, is her family, her husband, her children, her home. From there she can see the whole. The two arenas together join to form a community that enables a people to survive. We want to build a common world of both sexes in which each sees its own tasks, tasks that it alone can do and therefore can and must do alone.”

“In my 18 years of struggle, I have gone a way that knowledge and consciousness of duty demanded. I have never left this way. But my life will have meaning only if our people lives, if a healthy posterity matures.

As I travel through Germany, I see in the millions of children nothing less than what gives meaning to all of our work. I see children who in obeying their mothers also obey me.

When I see this wonderful growing youth, my work becomes easy. I overcome every weakness. Then I know why I do everything. It is not to build some miserable business that will perish, but rather this work is for something lasting and eternal. A vital part of this future is the German girl, the German woman, the German mother."

“I do not measure the success of our work by our roads. I do not measure it by our new factories, or our new bridges, or the new divisions. Rather, I measure our success by the effect we have on the German child, the German youth. If they succeed, I know our people will not perish and our work will not have been in vain.”

“I am convinced that no one understands our work better than the German woman. Our opponents think that Germany has tyrannized women. I can only reply that without the support and true devotion of the women of the party, I could never have led the movement to victory. And I know that also in hard times when the know-it-alls and those who think themselves wise lose confidence, women’s hearts will remain true to the movement and be bound forever to me.”

"vaccinating during a pandemic will drive the evolution of resistant strains. This is precisely what we’re now seeing with Omicron variants BA.4 and BA.5, which circumvent both natural immunity and COVID jab-induced antibodies
The CDC and the FDA are also ignoring the reality of immune imprinting, which is causing COVID-jabbed individuals to contract COVID more frequently, and repeatedly
Media are again trying to drum up fear over new COVID strains, despite data clearly showing hospitalization rates remain steady even though the infection rate is rising
When RNAs include pseudouridine — as all mRNA COVID shots do — they will last longer and be less inflammatory. However, we’ve now discovered pseudouridine-containing RNA also causes immunosuppression, which we’re seeing in many who have received the jabs".

“Healthy three-year-old Jonny Simoson was in a pool when his Mum noticed a small speck on his right shoulder blade. It was a tick smaller than a pen point.
“It was not embedded. It was not engorged. I easily removed it with a pair of tweezers, and it was still alive,” Ms Simoson said. “He didn’t necessarily have any marks on his back shoulder until a few days later — there was just a tiny red bump. That was it.” About two weeks later, Jonny’s daycare called saying he was not feeling well.
“He was mopey, had no appetite, and the fact that he was complaining about a headache was not normal for a three-year-old,” Ms Simoson said. Just that morning, his mum said he had been eating breakfast, playing with water guns and having the time of his life.
His symptoms got worse over the next two days. After a visit to the paediatrician, Johnny was sent home with some supportive medicines. He woke up that night with a fever.
“We called the doctor the very next morning, and I said he’s sleeping a lot and that’s really not like him,” Ms Simoson said.
After a second visit to the doctor, she took her son to the ER as his fever spiked above 104 degrees (40C). He also showed no reaction to a Tylenol suppository, which was abnormal for a typically rambunctious boy.
Days in the hospital turned to weeks. Elevated white blood cell counts swelled to 30,000. He was unusually drowsy and showed no signs of perking up after IV fluids.
A spinal tap found that he had increased neutrophils – a type of white blood cell that acts as the immune system’s first responders – in his cord fluid. He was treated for bacterial and viral meningitis until doctors ruled them out.
Johnny was transferred to a specialty children’s hospital, where he spent four days in the paediatric intensive care unit undergoing a coronary CT scan to rule out a brain bleed, an abscess or mass. All of those were ruled out.
“Things got really scary at that point,” Ms Simoson said. “It was so frustrating searching for an answer. We were terrified that we might not be coming home with our child.”
However, after an MRI, neurologists were able to diagnose him with meningoencephalitis – an infection of both the brain and the thin tissue that surrounds it. After a night of intravenous immunoglobulin, a treatment for patients with antibody deficiencies, there were signs of hope.
Ms Simoson believes that IVIG made all the difference for her son.
“Within 15 hours of his first dose, I heard ‘Mummy, is that pepperoni pizza?’” she recalled.
In reality, it was simply a tissue box. To Johnny, however, it looked like a pizza box, and that’s all the kid wanted – a slice of pie.
“So we started asking him questions to try to gauge his cognitive ability at this point,” Ms Simoson said.
After almost five full days of unresponsiveness, her son was alert and talking.
There was light at the end of the tunnel for Johnny, but the toll of isolation was devastating.
“Isolation is hard on a toddler,” Ms Simoson said. “He started having ICU delirium and by the time he was allowed out of isolation, he did not want to go back to the room.” His parents had to teach him how to eat and drink again, as well as how to sit up and speak clearly.
After 12 days Johnny was still not walking, and his balance was poor. Johnny tested positive for Powassan virus – a rare and dangerous tick-borne disease. His parents had to teach him how to eat and drink again, as well as how to sit up and speak clearly. He still has some noticeable left-side deficiencies and has regressed cognitively. Ms Simoson is now urging others to prevent tick bites and advocate for their children.
“You are the only one who knows them and what is normal for them, and if you don’t feel right about it, advocate for them,” she said. “Don’t feel like you’re questioning someone. That’s your job.”
Her son had five doses of IVIG, a blood product, over the course of his hospital stay. With each dose, she said doctors saw consistent improvements.
“We are confident, it can’t be proven, but we know deep down that IVIG was the turning point for Johnny, and it is important to get that treatment quickly. "
