The judge does it again. He lays it out, makes the case, and slaps Obama in the face in just 6 minutes. Wow

I love Judge Napolitano. He just spells it out like it is. Why isn't Obama indicted for breaching the constitution by not going through Congress to go to war with Libya?

Excellent question, Schmididley. "Why isn't Obama indicted for breaching the constitution by not going through Congress to go to war with Libya?" I think there are too few in the Congress who care a whit about the Constitution and abiding by it. And that's because there are too few Americans who care a whit about the Constitution and abiding by it. Remember how far the impeachment of Clinton got, and there were members of Congress who were out to get him.

Haha, I love watching the interpretations of my internet name; great stuff. I agree with your synopsis. We've reached the point where it has more to do with personal scores to settle, money, and power, than strong principals.

The Constitution is nothing but an impediment to what evil-doers and schemers in our so-called 'government' want to accomplish, plain and simple. We have no business lobbing 120 cruise missiles into Libya because of what is going on there. Was there a declaration of war from Congress that I missed? :)) 9/11 occurred as a result of evil-doers and schemers in this country needing a reason to invade Iraq and Afghanistan (and eventually Iran, Syria, Libya, etc.) for control of middle east natural resources and domination so that they can accomplish ulterior motives. The first Gulf War was also founded on lies (Saddam invaded Kuwait because they were slant-drilling and stealing oil out right from underneath him), yet we were told it all had to do with protecting small old Kuwait from big, bad Saddam. Ulterior Motives, political agendas, geo-politics, profiteering and evil are what dictate our foreign policy nowadays - it has nothing to do with protecting people from the regimes of evil dictators, bringing them freedom and democracy or fighting for the little guys, all while the Constitution is spat upon and scoffed at by these scheming men, not to mention those of us who want Washington to abide by it. If you had the oopportunity to confront your US Senator or Congressional Representative for just a couple of minutes, what would you say to him or ask him about the war in Libya without a declaration of war?

I would ask them how they can sleep at night knowing what they know, yet, contiunuing to either support or go along with it all while this country is destroyed from within.

Is he a fast runner? - i.e. how much of a head start he'll need to stay ahead of the mobs.

"If the American people ever found out what we've done to them, they'd chase us down the streets and lynch us." - George H.W. Bush to reporter Sarah McLendon in June, 1992.
