just wondering, when the economy goes belly-up, which program will the US maintain -- SS or the military-industrial complex? Why?

The MIC (they're already at $2 TRILLION and counting since 9/11 - haven't they had enough yet?) - but both will need to go if the 'government' is going to be able to pay its bills and interest payments - here's a pretty good article that sums it up:
