IF so then I will click on two ads per visit to this site to support it. Thanks.
Please confirm if clicking on the ads helps support this site or not? Brian?

Different ads have different pay-levels within the google adwords system. Some are paid per impression (looking at the ad), most are pay-per-click (clicking on the ad), and a few may be pay-per-action (you click and fill out a form on the ad page).
Brian probably does make money when people click on ads, HOWEVER, Google monitors clicking behaviors on any site to see if there is a pattern of abuse. If they determine that there is a campaign to click on ads, they will pull the ads and suspend Brian's adwords account.
So, only click ads that you have a genuine interest in, look at their site, browse within their site and determine whether or not their products are right for you. While clicking one here and there wouldn't be suspicious, if every member did it, it would raise flags.
PLUS, there is the question of honesty. Companies pay for these ads in anticipation that prospective customers will see them and click on them. That is why I recommend that you only click ads that you have a genuine interest in learning more about. Obviously, you don't have to be ready to buy, but you should be honest in your interest.
SO... I recommend you have a heightened awareness of the ads, so you can determine whether you have interest in some of them. Interestingly, many of the adword banners use cookies stored on your computer to serve up ads of sites you've already been browsing or looked at recently, so don't be surprised if some of the ads are of interest to you.

It doesn't have to be a moral dilemma every time you click. Your interest level doesn't have to be high, it just needs to be more than "I am clicking this to make money for Brian." If you're curious about something, go ahead an click it.
