Mark of The Beast - Oh Boy!!
I'm sure we've all sat back and contemplated about what on earth the MARK OF THE BEAST could possibly be. Bar Codes, Micro Chips, or any number of other thing. Me Mum thinks it's the computer mouse and Video Games. That being said I just wanted to put forward another idea to which the MARK OF THE BEAST COULD BE...
And that is the CROSS... Which separates all churches from the True Church of Christ...

I have a very ancient computer, so this was very hard for me to get a grip on. That being said, the parts that I was able to read was very interesting. Did you make this chart? I can see that a lot of work went into this, and I can see your point. I wish that I could view all of it.

Great work on the historical charts...but... I gotta say that your conclusions feel a little like anti-other-religion liturature to me. The use of the cross in fact came from the pagan religions of a much earlier date and it was the apostacy that resulted in many pagan beliefs/rituals being incorporated into Christianity. (Constantine was indeed a pagan but "converted" to Christianity as a way to secure his power as emperor.) Other examples would be 12/25 as the birthdate of Christ, Virgin mary worship, saints worship amd Christmas Trees.

Well I'm glad that this guy makes a living on trying to prove that the bar code is of the devil... Seriously? Prince Charles? There is no way I would give him the credit of being a Son of Perdition little lone the Anti Christ. Good luck with that one, just leave the poor guy alone...Mullenite wrote:REALITY REPORT - 666 in Barcodes?

Except that I'm totally not Anti Other Religion, they are still considered part of Christ's Church until the New Jerusalem is established.

Sorry, I meant no disrespect. Just curious: did you come from a different religious background and then convert to The church?AngelPalmoni wrote:durangout wrote:Great work on the historical charts...but... Angel
Do you believe that Thomas S. Monson is a prophet of God and is the only one who holds all of the keys on the earth at this time?

Thanks for answering my inquiry. I was not sure where you stood. It helps me to know where someone stands when conversing with them on this forum so I can avoid certain things.YES 100% and same with the guy who made the Charts
I would suggest (and it is only a suggestion) studying the prophets and apostles writing in the scriptures and general conferences when exploring such deep subjects. I have noticed when folks veer off that path, they are lead astray into some very strange roads. "Hold to the rod"

It seems as though you are suggesting that others have strayed because their thoughts & opinions don't agree with your thoughts and opinions?NoGreaterLove wrote:Thanks for answering my inquiry. I've studied most of the charts in detail now.....I have yet to see anything that doesn't have a scriptural foundation. The interpretation may not agree with what my thoughts have been previously (like the sign of the beast or the offering by the sons of Levi) but it certainly is founded aon scripture and prompts one to study the scriptures a little harder.

Sorry Jason. My post would have been more appropriately posted on the Holy Ghost discussion. I got off subject on this one.t seems as though you are suggesting that others have strayed because their thoughts & opinions don't agree with your thoughts and opinions?
I still stick to what I said though. "Hold to the rod"

We absolutely hold to the rod....which happens to be scripture - both past and present. The gospel also is a deep pool of water with no bottom.....and each of us chooses at which depth we choose to swim.NoGreaterLove wrote:Sorry Jason. It's the sign of the cross. See "Mormon Doctrine'" "Sign of the Cross" references.
