No particular 'speed' required. Enjoy the dynamic and develop a very thick skin.
It's good to have members from 'out in the Mission Field'. I'm one of those, too.

Welcome to the sight. I would suggest using the search tool for some of you favorite subjects. You will find interesting and sometimes thought provoking discussions on almost anything. Just have to ignore it when we get our feelings involved sometimes. Gets a little nasty around here on occasions.
