Congressman Pete Stark slammed at a Town hall Meeting

Nice!

This is a clown who swore to uphold the Constitution yet has no respect for it!
Good work by these citizens, indeed, who called him on it! We need more of that!

At first I wasn't sure if he was just stating it like it is, (e.g. "the Federal government doesn't have a right to this power but they are using it anyway") or if he was saying that the Federal government is entitled to "do most anything in this country". I have seen previous videos of Pete Stark ridiculing the town hall audience, so I'm putting my bets on the latter.

OOps, you posted this just before I did. Sorry, I'm not trying to steal your thunder.

When he sarcastically said "well, it's a good thing your here to save it (the constitution)" she should have said "If you aren't interested in doing it for us, then obviously we don't need you!" Maybe that would get his attention...or not!

And bless her heart with her last comment: ...."you sir, are destroying this nation', and Stark sits there with a dumb look on his face nodding yes in agreement. A little bit of self-incrimination, if there ever was any.

So so right..... If states want to institute policy's, they are free to, and then the people can be free to go to another state, or change those policy's. But, if the Feds institute a policy, there is no freedom anywhere. You can't go anywhere nor do anything to change it, other than possibly to get said policy's repealed by electing "Constitutional" leaders which is almost impossible to do.
