First , there is an Internet "kill switch" designed to shut the Internet down by the POTUS. Then there are 7 "keys" around the world that have to come together from various locations to turn it back on.

The locations of those 7 keys are rather interesting.

Are Trinidad and Tobago counted as ONE or TWO. If one, then there are 7 cards and I guess they fight over it. If TWO, then they need eight cards or else, same scenerio, let the two T's fight over it.
