Fouchard Pierre-nau, a Man of God, Sign of the Times?

I think Fouchard Pierre-nau in the Fourth Quorum of the Seventies is a sign that the Mormon Church is turning to minority leadership on a full scale level, even at the level of a possible President of the LDS Church . Elder Pierre-nau is currently 37 and was 33 when he was a mission president in Port-Au-Prince, Haiti. Haiti alone might be a sign of the times and a reason the Church is highlighting this area with such a young leader. Rogerio G. R. Cruz in the Seventh Quorum of Seventies is another example. These two Seventies are the only Seventies in their thirties from what I can see and they are both foreign to the U.S.

I served a mission in Haiti (2001-2002) and know Fouchard Pierre-nau... I was happy to hear that he was called as a Seventy :)
