Salt Lake City blowtorch KSL-AM (and its FM siblings) are said to be ending their relationship with conservative Fox News Channel/Premiere Radio Networks personality Sean Hannity, on grounds that he doesn’t fit in with the Latter Day Saints code of conduct.
Not only that, but here's what I'd like to know... is KSL-TV going to stop airing those filthy soap operas that have been running for over 30 years now? Probably not... too much money involved in advertising. This decision with Hannity was most likely a financial one... his ratings/listenership must have been declining (which is good news). Bill O'Reilly is another right-wing nut who bleeds red and despises blue. i'm wondering about the "right wing nut" comments. I thought we were all (most of those on this forum) accused of such a thing. or am i missing something? are we something else? I personally disagree with most everything that the "left" stands for. And i agree with much of what the "right" "tells" me, for the most part...I think. some things im not generally sure of.
So where, as a good latter day saint, should i stand? these "nuts" aren't perfect for sure. infact, on the way home, my wife had the radio tuned to her talk show and i think levinn was on. some guy said one sentence and Levinn was on him like a rat on a chitto. man, he was calling him a moron and all sorts of things in a long screaming stream. it was a little humorous, but mostly uncomfortable.
I think they were what started me opening my eyes to our situation. actually obama was, and these guys speak out against him...
I just find myself perplexed at who i should look to. Especially when comments about them are made. Am i a complete blind moron for listening to these shows?

resist the temptation, and listen to hymns, scriptures on CD, etc instead. Benson said you can learn more about current events from the Book of Mormon than from the newspaper anyway. So to get keep up today on current events, just pop in the Book of Mormon on CD
