More people disapprove of Obama for the 1st time?

I have just one question, how is it possible for polls to report for the FIRST time, more American's disapprove of Obama than approve. It is not possible for nearly 1/2 of the country to be that stupid. No way! I thought this happened about 1 second after Obama approved the bailouts, and then was confirmed with the passing of unconstitutional healthcare.
