A most wonderful Father's Day

I just got back from a Father's dinner. It was special. My son, Nicholas', the one that got married without a license in Colorado because they are not required, In-Laws were there. They are anti-Mormons and were very upset that their daughter was marrying my son. My son has been working on them for years and it was wonderful to have them there. This is the second get together they came to.

My daughter is getting married too (at least it looks that way) and Adam's parents were also there. They are thrilled to have Whitney as a daughter-in-law.

My eldest son will be married on July 3rd but the soon to be in-laws are in Arizona.

So I had three of my children, and their actual or soon to be significant others, and two sets of in-laws all sitting around a table eating and laughing together. I never would have dreamed something like that was possible considering my own family history with in-laws.

It was heaven.
